Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour la surveillance d'un rouleau de presse (4) pour le traitement d'une bande de papier, de carton, d'essuie-tout ou d'une autre matière fibreuse (1) dans une machine de fabrication et/ou de traitement de celle-ci, qui comporte une enveloppe de rouleau rotative (2) en matière plastique, qui s'appuie sur un élément de presse stationnaire (3), dans lequel l'espace entre l'enveloppe de rouleau (2) et la surface de pressage de l'élément de presse (3) est lubrifié avec un lubrifiant liquide, dans lequel au moins une unité de surveillance optique et éventuellement aussi au moins une unité de surveillance thermographique (6, 7, 8), espacées de l'enveloppe de rouleau (2), surveillent l'état de l'enveloppe de rouleau (2) et fournissent un signal de panne à la commande de la machine (10) en cas de fuite du lubrifiant, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une unité de surveillance optique (8) surveille une surface de la bande de matière fibreuse (1) afin de détecter une décoloration.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute au lubrifiant des substances de signalisation, qui améliorent la reconnaissance optique du lubrifiant en fuite.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la commande de la machine (10) réduit ou de préférence arrête la rotation de l'enveloppe de rouleau (2) après réception d'un signal de panne.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de surveillance (8) surveillant la surface de la bande de matière fibreuse surveille la surface de la bande de matière fibreuse (1) tournée vers le rouleau de presse (4).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de surveillance (8) surveillant la surface de la bande de matière fibreuse envoie un signal de panne à la commande de la machine (10) en cas de décolorations en forme de rubans de la surface de la bande de matière fibreuse (1).
