Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine à filer à rotor comportant une pluralité de postes de travail et un dispositif d'acheminement de bobines, s'étendant le long de la machine. Au moins deux unités d'entretien alimentant en bobines les postes de travail sont approvisionnées en bobines par le dispositif d'acheminement. Une unité de commande (14) servant à commander les unités d'entretien (5, 5A, 5B, 5C) est conçue de sorte que, lorsque la première unité d'entretien (5), positionnée en aval par rapport au sens de transport de l'unité d'acheminement, demande des bobines, elle empêche une demande ultérieure de bobines de la deuxième unité d'entretien (5A) jusqu'à ce que la première demande soit satisfaite. Il est ainsi possible d'éviter des temps d'arrêt inutiles des postes de travail ainsi que des temps d'attente inutiles pour les unités d'entretien (5, 5A, 5B, 5C).

Claims (4)

  1. Machine de filage à rotor, comprenant une multiplicité de postes de travail et un système d'amenée de bobines, qui couvre la longueur de ladite machine, sachant qu'au moins deux groupes de desserte, alimentant lesdits postes de travail en bobines, sont garnis par ledit système d'amenée, et sachant que ladite machine de filage à rotor englobe un dispositif de commande en vue du pilotage desdits groupes de desserte,
    caractérisée par le fait
    que le dispositif de commande (14) est réalisé de façon telle que, dans le cas d'une requête de bobine effective, émanant du premier groupe de desserte (5) occupant un emplacement situé en aval vis-à-vis de la direction de transport du système d'amenée, ledit dispositif interdise une requête ultérieure de bobine, émanant du second groupe de desserte (5A), jusqu'à ce qu'il soit satisfait à la requête de bobine effective exprimée en premier lieu.
  2. Machine de filage à rotor, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de commande (14) est réalisé de façon telle qu'une première requête de bobine effective soit réputée satisfaite lorsque le premier groupe de desserte (5), requérant la bobine, a prélevé une bobine (17).
  3. Machine de filage à rotor, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de commande (14) est réalisé de façon telle qu'une première requête de bobine effective soit réputée satisfaite lorsque la première bobine requise (17) a franchi le second groupe de desserte (5A).
  4. Machine de filage à rotor, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de commande (14) est un dispositif central de commande de ladite machine.
