Abstract

The inventive cladding panel is embodied in such a way that it is stackable in a small volume ensuring a good mechanical resistance to different forces, in particular to wind forces. The result is obtained in that the panel is provided with two wings (20, 30) which are substentially parallel with respect to each other and slightly inclined with respect to the plane which is perpendicular to the core sheet (10) of the panel. One (20) of two wings comprises a section (23) which is more inclined to said perpendicular plane in such a way that the other wing of the panel adjacent to a triangular cross section caisson is formed when two panels are nested into each other.

Description

The present invention relates to metal profiles or trays, used in construction for producing vertical or horizontal walls.

Such trays are used to make walls or ceilings or roofs of buildings, these profiles are often referred to as "cladding trays".

Such trays are known comprising a core and two wings extending substantially perpendicularly to said core, each of these two wings delimiting a kind of hook open towards the outside of the plate, which is intended during the assembly of trays, to cooperating with the end of the adjacent plate to achieve an interlocking to prevent the rotational displacement of these trays in a direction substantially parallel to the plane of the core and in a direction substantially perpendicular to the same plane. In addition, the interlocking of two adjacent wings delimits a box shape providing overall good rigidity.

This is particularly the case for the plate described in CA-1123568 which comprises wings whose portions of the main portions which are parallel to each other, are perpendicular to the plane of the core of the plate. As a result, the nesting mode shown in Figure 3 of the Canadian document can actually be achieved, or could be achieved with trays having different dimensions to each other.

Such trays have the disadvantage of occupying a very large volume when they must be stacked on top of each other to be transported or stored.

It has been sought to overcome this drawback, in particular in document FR 2 831 573, by proposing a plate which comprises practically only one wing and whose shape is adapted to make the necessary interlocking between two adjacent plates, while requiring a volume much less important during transport or storage.

However, the profile described in this document, if satisfactorily solves the problem of congestion, does not offer any performance. sufficient for resistance to wind loads. It also requires, at least in one of its variants, a somewhat larger metal consumption, to compensate for a certain lack of rigidity. In addition, its manufacture is relatively complicated.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a plate usable as a construction element, which reconciles both a satisfactory resistance to different types of forces and a low volume during storage or transport.

For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a plate that can be used as a construction element, formed of a metal section comprising a core or beach and two wings extending from two longitudinal edges, opposite to said core, each wing comprising a flange which is substantially parallel to the plane of the core and extends towards the outside of the plate, characterized in that the two wings of the same plate each comprise a main part, these main parts being substantially parallel to each other on at least a part of their length and forming with a plane perpendicular to the plane of the core of the plate an angle of between 5 and 15 °, that of the two wings which is inclined towards the inside of the plate having a part which extends the part main course and which is more inclined towards the interior of the board, the rim of this same wing extending towards the outside of the board from the edge of said inclined part which is the most Loigné of the main portion.

Les deux rebords 24 et 34 se chevauchent et le retour 35 vient en appui contre la partie plus inclinée 23 de l'aile 20.The two main parts 21, 31 of the two wings are in contact with each other while their ends delimit a portion 40 in box shaped, triangular. The two flanges 24 and 34 overlap and the return 35 bears against the more inclined portion 23 of the flange 20.

La fixation entre deux plateaux adjacents est réalisée au moyen de vis auto-taraudeuses de couturage 41 disposées dans la zone des parties principales 21, 31 des deux ailes, et au moyen de vis auto-taraudeuses 42 réalisant simultanément la fixation de panneaux de contre-bardage (non représentés) au niveau des rebords 24 et 34.Fixing between two adjacent trays is carried out by means of self-tapping seaming screws 41 arranged in the zone of the main parts 21, 31 of the two wings, and by means of self-tapping screws 42 simultaneously producing the fixing of counter panels. cladding (not shown) at the edges 24 and 34.

In this respect, the presence of the return 35 is important because thanks to this arrangement, the flange 34 is perfectly maintained and is not likely to deviate from the flange 24 during the introduction of the self-tapping screws 42, a disadvantage that the we meet with some devices of the prior art.

In the transport position, trays according to the invention can be stacked as shown in FIG. 3 and it can be seen at the mere sight of this figure that this stacking can be achieved with a loss of space which is extremely small compared to that that could be known with the trays of the prior art.

In the stacking position, the wings 20 fit into each other practically without play, while the wings 30 fit together with a vertical spacing that substantially corresponds to the height of the return 35. The contact of the side of the wings 30 on the one hand, at the level of the lower zone 36 of the main parts 31 and, on the other hand, at the free edge of the return 35, which bears on the rim 34 of the panel immediately below.

On a représenté sur la figure 4 une variante d'un plateau selon l'invention.FIG. 4 shows a variant of a tray according to the invention.

Cette variante se distingue du premier mode de réalisation au niveau de la forme des ailes 50, 60.This variant differs from the first embodiment in terms of the shape of the wings 50, 60.

The first wing 50 has in its main part 51 a recess so as to define a surface 56 extending from the cutaway 52 and whose inclination relative to the plane of the core is substantially the same as that of the cutaway 62 on the other wing.

Furthermore, the cutaway 62 has a length greater than that of the cutaway 52 of the first wing, so as to define a supporting surface 62a to the surface 56. The end portions 53, 54; 64, 65 of the wings 50, 60, are similar to those of the wings 20, 30 of the first embodiment.

The nesting in the vicinity of the ends of the two wings 50, 60 is the same as in the first embodiment. On the other hand, because of the presence of the recess and its cooperation with the cutaway 62 of the wing 60, the relative retention and the hooking between two adjacent panels, in a direction substantially perpendicular to the plane of the plates, are improved.

The stacking mode of this modified tray is similar to what has been described and shown with respect to the first embodiment, so that it did not seem useful to represent it.

  • ce plateau présente un profil relativement simple de sorte que sa fabrication est aisée et son prix de revient relativement bas ;
  • la résistance aux différents efforts est satisfaisante, du fait de la faible inclinaison des ailes des plateaux par rapport à une direction perpendiculaire à l'âme de ces plateaux ainsi que du fait de la constitution d'une structure en caisson lors de l'emboîtement de deux plateaux adjacents ;
  • la fixation de contre-bardages et la solidarisation entre deux plateaux adjacents est réalisée de façon efficace au moyen de vis auto-taraudeuses, et la présence du retour 35 garantit le maintien du rebord 34 en position ce qui assure de ce fait que les vis auto-taraudeuses traversent bien les deux rebords ;
It follows from the foregoing that a tray according to the invention satisfactorily solves the various problems posed. Indeed:
  • this tray has a relatively simple profile so that its manufacture is easy and its cost relatively low;
  • the resistance to the various forces is satisfactory, because of the low inclination of the wings of the plates relative to a direction perpendicular to the core of these plates and because of the constitution of a box structure during the nesting of two adjacent trays;
  • the fixing of counter-cladding and securing between two adjacent trays is effected effectively by means of self-tapping screws, and the presence of the return 35 ensures the maintenance of the flange 34 in position which ensures that the self-screws -tarsteuses cross the two edges well;
  • the stacking of these trays can be achieved with a minimal loss of space, which is a substantial advantage for transport and storage.

Of course, many variants can be made without departing from the scope of this invention as described in the claims, including the forms of detail of the trays, the dimensions of the different sections of the profiles and the values of the angles between them. different sections.

Thus, for example, the ends of the two wings 70, 80 may be shaped and dimensioned such that it is the flange 84 of the flange inclined outward of the corresponding plate which straddles the flange 74 of the wing 70 inclined inwardly of the adjacent plate, as shown in FIG. 6. This gives better bonding between two adjacent plates, but to the detriment of the absence of support between the return 35, 65 and the adjacent wing that can ensure the embodiments of Figures 1, 2 and 4, 5.
