Claims (13)

  1. Panier pour vaisselle (1) comprenant un dispositif de retenue de vaisselle (10) logé d'une manière pivotante au panier à vaisselle, avec un élément de base oblong (12) et une multitude d'éléments d'appui (11), où les éléments d'appui (11), espacés les uns des autres, sont fixés à l'élément de base (12), s'étendent perpendiculairement ou en biais à l'axe de pivotement et sont orientés dans une première position de pivotement du dispositif de retenue de vaisselle (10) pour s'étendre verticalement ou en biais vers le haut, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'appui (11) sont orientés dans une seconde position de pivotement rabattue basculée du dispositif de retenue de vaisselle (10) selon un angle d'au moins 5°, de préférence entre 5° et 45° à l'horizontale, en ce que l'axe longitudinal d'au moins une partie des éléments d'appui (11) ou bien le prolongement de l'axe longitudinal dans une section supérieure d'au moins une partie des éléments d'appui s'étend à une distance de 0,3 à 8 cm, de préférence à une distance de 0,5 à 5 cm, relativement à l'axe de pivotement, et en ce que dans la position rabattue du dispositif de retenue de vaisselle, lors d'un arrêt ou d'une butée du dispositif de retenue de vaisselle, les pointes des éléments d'appui se situent dans la zone du plan de fond du panier à vaisselle.
  2. Panier pour vaisselle selon la revendication 1, où l'élément de base (12), au moins sur une partie de sa longueur, est disposé à distance de l'axe de pivotement, en particulier à une distance de 0,3 à 8 cm, de préférence de 0,5 à 5 cm, de l'axe de pivotement.
  3. Panier pour vaisselle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, où au moins une partie des éléments d'appui est réalisée en une forme angulaire, et la branche, reliée à l'élément de base (12), des éléments d'appui angulaires, présente une longueur dans la plage de 0,3 à 8 cm, de préférence dans la plage de 0,5 à 4 cm.
  4. Panier pour vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où l'élément de base (12) présente une multitude de saillies espacées (11A) pour l'appui de pièces à laver (20,21,22) dans la deuxième position de pivotement du dispositif de retenue de vaisselle (10).
  5. Panier pour vaisselle selon la revendication 4, où au moins une partie des saillies (11A) sont des prolongements des éléments d'appui (11).
  6. Panier pour vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où le panier pour vaisselle (1) présente un ou plusieurs premiers éléments d'application (17) auquel ou auxquels s'applique au moins une partie des éléments d'appui (11) et/ou l'élément de base (12) dans la deuxième position de pivotement basculé du dispositif de retenue de vaisselle (10).
  7. Panier pour vaisselle selon la revendication 6, où la ou les premiers éléments d'application sont une tige de grille (3, 5, 6) au fond et/ou au côté du panier pour vaisselle (1).
  8. Panier pour vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où le panier pour vaisselle (1) présente un ou plusieurs deuxièmes éléments d'application (6) auquel ou auxquels s'applique au moins une partie des éléments d'appui (11) et/ou l'élément de base (12) dans la première position de pivotement dressé du dispositif de retenue de vaisselle (10).
  9. Panier pour vaisselle selon la revendication 8, où le ou les deuxièmes éléments d'application est ou sont une tige de grille (3, 5, 6) au fond et/ou sur le côté du panier pour vaisselle (1).
  10. Panier pour vaisselle selon la revendication 8 ou 9, où le centre de gravité du dispositif de retenue de vaisselle (10) dans la première position de pivotement dressé est espacé horizontalement en direction des éléments d'appui de l'axe de pivotement.
  11. Panier pour vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la deuxième position de pivotement basculée du dispositif de retenue de vaisselle (10), au moins une tige de grille (5) s'étendant dans la direction de l'axe de pivotement est disposée en dessous de la zone des éléments d'appui (11).
