Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zur Öffnung/Schließung (12) einer luftdichten Verpackung (10), insbesondere vorgesehen für die Haltbarmachung von Agrarnahrungsmitteln, aufweisend Mittel zum Durchstechen (8) sowie Mittel zum Verschließen (13), durch die hindurch das Durchstechen der Verpackung (10) ausgeführt wird, und die geeignet seien, um sich nach dem Durchstechen wieder zu schließen, wenn die Mittel zum Durchstechen (8) derart zurückgezogen sind, um jeden Kontakt zwischen dem inneren Bereich der Verpackung (10) und der Umgebung zu verhindern, wobei die besagten Mittel zum Verschließen (13) durch zwei käfigartige Bauteile (1, 2) gebildet seien, die im Bereich der Wand (3) der besagten Verpackung (10) angeordnet sind und gemeinsam verbunden seien, wobei das erste Bauteil (1), vorgesehen seitens der Umgebung, mit einem thermoplastischen Stoff ausgestattet sei, geeignet, um sich nach dem Durchstechen wieder zu schließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Bauteil (2) seitens des inneren Bereichs der Verpackung (3) vorgesehen ist und, einerseits, einen Anschlag für die besagten Mittel zum Durchstechen sowie, andererseits, Mittel zum Auseinanderdrücken der entgegengesetzten Wand der Verpackung bilden, um eine Unterdruckkammer mit unzusammendrückbarem Raum im Bereich der Mittel zum Durchstechen zu schaffen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das besagte erste Bauteil (1), das als Bauteil zum Verschließen bezeichnet wird, auf der äußerlichen Seite der Verpackung (10) angeordnet ist, und das besagte zweite Bauteil (2), das als Unterdruckmittel bezeichnet wird, auf der inneren Seite angeordnet ist, wobei die besagten beiden Bauteile (1, 2) die Wand (3) der besagten Verpackung (10) einfach zwischen sich einklemmen oder auf der inneren oder äußerlichen Seite der besagten Wand befestigt seien.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die besagten Bauteile zum Verschließen (1, 2) unabhängig sind und gegeneinander durch Verklebung oder Schweißung oder Klemmverbindung gebunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die besagten Bauteile zum Verschließen 13 ein einteiliges Stück (28) der Art Monoblock bilden, das auf der inneren (29) oder auf der äußerlichen Seite (30) der Wand (3) der Verpackung (10) befestigt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das besagte Unterdruckbauteil (2) einen geschlossenen Boden (15) und zumindest eine Öffnung (11) an seiner seitlichen Wand aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die besagten Mittel zum Verschließen (13) durch zwei käfigartige Bauteile (1, 2) gebildet sind, deren Durchmesser zwischen 15 mm und 25 mm und die Dicke zwischen 8 und 1 mm liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das besagte erste, käfigartige Bauteil (1), einerseits, einen Außenunterteil (4), vorgesehen, um mit der Wand der Verpackung (3) zusammenzuwirken, und, andererseits, einen hohlen Bereich (6) aufweist, der mit einer Wand (5) umrandet ist, um eine Scheibe (7) des besagten thermoplastischen Stoffs zu lagern.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das besagte zweite käfigartige Bauteil (2), einerseits, einen Außenunterteil (4'), vorgesehen, um mit der Wand der Verpackung (3) zusammenzuwirken, und, andererseits, wenigstens eine seitliche Öffnung (11) aufweist, wobei das besagte Körbchen einen inneren unzusammendrückbarem Raum bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das käfigartige Bauteil zum Verschließen (13), aufweisend einerseits den besagten Außenunterteil (4), geeignet, um mit der Wand (3) der Verpackung zusammenzuwirken, andererseits eine stirnseitige Öffnung (21) aufweist, wobei das Körbchen geeignet sei, um eine Scheibe (7) des besagten thermoplastischen Stoffs aufzunehmen, wobei die stirnseitige Öffnung (21) geeignet sei, um, einerseits, die Einfügung der besagten Scheibe (7), und, andererseits, ihre Haltung gekrimmt in dem besagten Körbchen zu erlauben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die besagten Mittel zum Durchstechen (8) aus einer Nadel (25) bestehen, die eine Öffnung (9) im Bereich des Teiles, der die Wand (3) der besagten Verpackung (10) durchsticht, umfasst.
- Verpackung, ausgestattet mit Mitteln zum Verschließen (13), durch die hindurch das Durchstechen der Verpackung (10) vermittels Mittel zum Durchstechen (8) ausgeführt wird, und die geeignet seien, um sich nach dem Durchstechen wieder zu schließen, wenn die Mittel zum Durchstechen (8) derart zurückgezogen sind, um jeden Kontakt zwischen dem inneren Bereich der Verpackung (10) und der Umgebung zu verhindern, wobei die besagten Mittel zum Verschließen (13) durch zwei käfigartige Bauteile (1, 2) gebildet seien, die im Bereich der Wand (3) der besagten Verpackung (10) angeordnet sind und gemeinsam verbunden seien, wobei das erste Bauteil (1), vorgesehen seitens der Umgebung, mit einem thermoplastischen Stoff ausgestattet sei, geeignet, um sich nach dem Durchstechen wieder zu schließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Bauteil (2) seitens des inneren Bereichs der Verpackung (3) vorgesehen ist und, einerseits, einen Anschlag für die besagten Mittel zum Durchstechen sowie, andererseits, Mittel zum Auseinanderdrücken der entgegengesetzten Wand der Verpackung bildet, um eine Unterdruckkammer mit unzusammendrückbarem Raum im Bereich der Mittel zum Durchstechen zu schaffen.
- Anlage, vorgesehen für die Anwendung der Verpackung nach Anspruch 11, umfassend eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der im Bereich der besagten Mittel zum Durchstechen (8) Mittel zum Einspritzen und/oder zur Absaugung vorgesehen sind, erlaubend das Einspritzen und/oder die Absaugung von Flüssigkeiten, halbflüssigen Substanzen, Gasen in die und/oder außerhalb der Verpackung, wobei jeder Kontakt zwischen dem inneren Bereich der Verpackung (10) und der Umgebung verhindert wird.
- Anlage, vorgesehen für die Anwendung der Verpackung nach Anspruch 11, umfassend eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der im Bereich der Mittel zum Durchstechen (8) ein Sensor vorgesehen ist, der die Beschaffung von Daten über den inneren Bereich der Verpackung (10) erlaubt, wobei jeder Kontakt zwischen dem inneren Bereich der Verpackung (10) und der Umgebung verhindert wird.
