Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Öffnung/Schließung (1) einer luftdichten Verpackung (3), insbesondere vorgesehen für die Haltbarmachung von Agrarnahrungsmitteln, umfassend:- Mittel zum Durchstechen (2),- Mittel zum Verschließen (4), durch die hindurch das Durchstechen der Verpackung (3) ausgeführt wird,- wobei die besagten Mittel zum Verschließen (4) geeignet seien, um sich nach dem Durchstechen wieder zu schließen, wenn die Mittel zum Durchstechen (2) derart zurückgezogen sind, um jeden Kontakt zwischen dem inneren Bereich der Verpackung (3) und der Umgebung zu verhindern,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Mittel zum Verschließen (4) aus einem thermoplastischen Stoff, der eine zwischen 55 und 90 liegende Shore-Härte und einen vorzugsweise zwischen 550 und 650% liegenden Elastizitätskoeffizienten aufweist, in Form von einer Unterlegscheibe (5) gebildet sind, die mit der Wand der besagten Verpackung (3) verbunden ist und einen Begrenzungsring (15) bildet, der eine Scheibe (14) abgrenzt, wobei der besagte Begrenzungsring (15) einen kleineren Ausdehnungskoeffizienten und eine höhere Starrheit als jene der Scheibe (14) aufweist, so dass der besagte Begrenzungsring (15) eine Umschlingung, ja sogar Einfassung, bzw. Umrandung der Scheibe (14) darstellt, und dessen Verhältnis zwischen Durchmesser und Dicke bei drei liegt.
- Vorrichtung zur Öffnung/Schließung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die besagte Unterlegscheibe (5) an der Wand der Verpackung (3) geklebt und/oder geschweißt ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Öffnung/Schließung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die besagte Unterlegscheibe (5) einen Durchmesser zwischen 12 und 24 mm und eine Dicke zwischen 4 und 8 mm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zur Öffnung/Schließung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der besagte Begrenzungsring (15) eine größere Härte und einen kleineren Ausdehnungskoeffizienten als die besagte Scheibe (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zur Öffnung/Schließung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, bei der im Bereich der besagten Mittel zum Durchstechen (2) Mittel zum Einspritzen und/oder zur Absaugung (6) vorgesehen sind, erlaubend das Einspritzen und/oder die Absaugung von Flüssigkeiten oder halbflüssigen Substanzen in die und/oder außerhalb der Verpackung, wobei jeder Kontakt zwischen dem inneren Bereich der Verpackung (3) und der Umgebung verhindert wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Öffnung/Schließung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, bei der im Bereich der Mittel zum Durchstechen (2) wenigstens ein Sensor (7) vorgesehen ist, der die Beschaffung von Daten über den inneren Bereich der Verpackung (3) erlaubt, wobei jeder Kontakt zwischen dem inneren Bereich der Verpackung (3) und der Umgebung verhindert wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Öffnung/Schließung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, bei der die besagten Mittel zum Durchstechen (2) aus einer Hohlnadel (11) bestehen, die eine Öffnung (12) im Bereich des Teiles, der die Wand der besagten Verpackung (3) durchsticht, umfasst.
- Verpackung, die mit Mitteln zum Verschließen (4) nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ausgestattet ist.
- Unterlegscheibe (5) zum Verschließen, vorgesehen, um eine Vorrichtung zur Öffnung/Schließung nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7 auszustatten.
