Claims (8)

  1. Verpackung für Nahrungsmittel, welche geeignet ist für die Aufnahme von zumindest in situ zu kochenden Nahrungsmitteln, und beinhaltend eine automatische Verschlußvorrichtung mit einer Kammer, welche einen Block aus thermoschmelzbarem Material aufweist und mit dem Innen- und dem Außenbereich der Verpackung in Verbindung stehen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte automatische Verschlußvorrichtung, welche in dichter Weise durch eine Wandung (12a) der obengenannten Verpackung hindurch befestigt ist, eine erste Kammer (38) aufweist, die mit dem Außenbereich in Verbindung steht und eine Verschlußklappe (35) beinhaltet, sowie eine zweite Kammer (40),die den besagten Block aus thermoschmelzbarem Material (44) beinhaltet und einerseits mit der besagten ersten Kammer über einen Durchgang (31) in Verbindung steht, der durch die besagte Verschlußklappe verschlossen werden kann, und andererseits mit einem Kanal niedrigen Querschnitts (41), welcher sich zwischen der besagten zweiten Kammer und dem Innenbereich der Verpackung erstreckt, so daß er nach der Schmelzung durch das thermoschmelzbare Material verschlossen wird.
  2. Verpackung, gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte automatische Verschlußvorrichtung (15) aus einem Körper (18) besteht, welcher mit einem ringförmigen Kragen (17) versehen ist und in welchem eine erste Zelle (19) und der besagte Kanal (41) angeordnet sind, wobei letzterer sich zwischen einem Ende der besagten Zelle und dem Außenbereich des besagten Körpers erstreckt, und aus einem Deckel (20), welcher in dichter Weise an besagtem Körper am Rand der besagten ersten Zelle (19) befestigt ist, wobei die besagte erste Kammer und der besagte Durchgang in besagtem Deckel festgesetzt sind, und wobei die besagte zweite Kammer durch den Raum festgesetzt ist, welcher am Boden der besagten ersten Zelle durch den besagten Deckel freigelassen wird.
  3. Verpackung, gemäß dem Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Deckel (20) eine zweite Zelle (38) mit mindestens einem Loch (28) aufweist, welche eine Verbindung nach außen herstellen kann, und daß ein Unterteilungselement (30), in welchem sich besagter Durchgang (31) befindet, an den` besagten Deckel am Rand der besagten zweiten Zelle (25) befestigt ist, wobei der besagte Deckel in der besagten zweiten Zelle durch das besagte Unterteilungselement festgehalten wird.
  4. Verpackung, gemäß dem Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit peripherischen Ausschnitten (49) versehenes Einsatzteil (48) in die besagte zweite Zelle zwischen dem besagten Deckel und dem besagten Loch eingefügt ist.
  5. Abgepackte Nahrungsmittelzubereitung, vorgekocht in einer Verpackung, wobei letztere nach dem Kochvorgang luftdicht verschlossen ist und eine automatische Verschlußvorrichtung aufweist mit einem Raum und thermoschmelzbarem Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte automatische Verschlußvorrichtung (15), welche in dichter Weise durch eine Wandung (12a) der besagten Verpackung hindurch befestigt ist, eine erste Kammer (38), die mit dem Außenbereich in Verbindung steht und einen Deckel einschließt (35), eine zweite Kammer, die mit der besagten ersten Kammer über einen Durchgang (38) verbunden ist, der durch den besagten Deckel verschlossen werden kann, und einen Kanal geringen Querschnitts (41), welcher sich zwischen der besagten zweiten Kammer (40) und dem Innenbereich der Verpackung mit dem den besagten Kanal verschließenden thermoschmelzbaren Material (44a) erstreckt, aufweist.
  6. Abgepackte Nahrungsmittelzubereitung, gemäß dem Patenanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte automatische Verschlußvorrichtung (15) aus einem Körper (18) besteht, welcher mit einem ringförmigen Kragen (17) versehen ist und in welchem eine erste Zelle (19) und der besagte Kanal (41) angeordnet sind, wobei letzterer sich zwischen einem Ende der besagten Zelle und dem Außenbereich des besagten Körpers erstreckt, und aus einem Deckel (20), welcher in dichter Weise an besagtem Körper am Rand der besagten ersten Zelle (19) befestigt ist, wobei die besagte erste Kammer und der besagte Durchgang in besagtem Deckel festgesetzt sind, und wobei die besagte zweite Kammer durch den Raum festgesetzt ist, welcher am Boden der besagten ersten Zelle durch den besagten Deckel freigelassen wird.
  7. Abgepackte Nahrungsmittelzubereitung, gemäß dem Patenanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Deckel (20) eine zweite Zelle (38) mit mindestens einem Loch (28) aufweist, welche eine Verbindung nach außen herstellen kann, und daß ein Unterteilungselement (30), in welchem sich besagter Durchgang (31) befindet, an dem besagten Deckel am Rand der besagten zweiten Zelle (25) befestigt ist, wobei der besagte Deckel in der besagten zweiten Zelle durch das besagte Unterteilungselement festgehalten wird.
  8. Abgepackte Nahrungsmittelzubereitung, gemäß dem Patenanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit peripherischen Ausschnitten (49) versehenes Einsatzteil (48) in die besagte zweite Zelle zwischen dem besagten Deckel und dem besagten Loch eingefügt ist.
