Claims (19)

  1. Automatische Verschlussvorrichtung, die dazu vorgesehen ist, auf dichte Art durch eine Wand von einer Verpackung für zumindest zum Teil In-situ zu kochende Nahrungsmittelprodukte befestigt zu werden, wobei ebendiese Vorrichtung ein Gehäuse (18) aufweist, das eine Kammer (22) umfasst, das einen Block aus Heizschmelzmaterial (24) aufweist, sowie eine Klappe(29), die im Verhältnis zu einem Sitz mobil ist, der um die Öffnung einer Leitung (27) angeordnet ist, und einen verschließbaren Kanal (32), der fähig ist durch ein Verschieben von ebendiesem geschmolzenen und anschließend abgekühlten Heizschmelzmaterial verschlossen zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Kammer (22) und die besagte Leitung (27) mit dem Äußeren von dem besagten Gehäuse verbunden sind und dass der besagte verschließbare Kanal (32) zwischen der besagten Kammer und einer Ausschlagzone (34) von besagter Klappe angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Kammer, der besagte Kanal, der besagte Sitz und die besagte Leitung koaxial umeinander angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Kammer (22) durch mindestens eine kleine Leitung (26) mit dem Äußeren vom besagten Gehäuse verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Öffnung von der besagten kleinen Leitung, die in die besagte Kammer mündet und eine Verbindungspassage (36) zwischen der besagten Kammer (22) und dem besagten verschließbaren Kanal (32) an den beiden gegenüberliegenden Enden von der besagten Kammer befinden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Sitz (30) als eine stufenförmige Mulde ausgehöhlt ist, wobei eine Öffnung von der besagten Leitung (27) in die Mitte von ebendieser Mulde mündet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Klappe (29A) aus einem Teil aus Elastomermaterial gebildet wird, das einen kugelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt (50) aufweist, der mit dem besagten Sitz (30) zusammenwirkt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte kegelstumpfförmige Abschnitt (50) durch eine leicht zylindrische Erhöhung (52) verlängert wird, von der der Durchmesser dem Durchmesser von der besagten Leitung (27) entspricht, wobei die besagte Erhöhung fähig ist, sich in die besagte Leitung einzufügen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seite von der besagten Klappe, die der Seite mit dem kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt gegenüberliegt, eine Aushöhlung (54), zum Beispiel in konischer Form, aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Klappe mit einer kreisförmigen Assouplierrille (56) versehen ist, wobei sich diese in der besagten Aushöhlung erstreckt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Klappe einen Rand (58) aufweist, der leicht ringförmig ist und äußerlich den besagten kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt verlängert.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Rand (58) Ausschnitte (59) aufweist, die regelmäßig über den Umfang auseinander liegen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Klappe ein per Spritzgussverfahren hergestelltes Teil ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Klappe (29) aus einer Scheibe aus Elastomermaterial gebildet wird, die in der besagten Ausschlagzone gegenüber dem besagten Sitz eingegrenzt ist
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Gehäuse aus der Verbindung von zwei Teilen (19, 20) besteht, die sich koaxial aneinander fügen.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes Teil (19) über die Form einer Schale mit kreisförmiger Kontur verfügt, wobei diese einen Zentralschacht (40) aufweist, der aus dem Material gebildet ist, in dem die besagte Leitung und der besagte Sitz definiert sind, dass ein zweites Teil (20) über die Form eines Deckels verfügt, der die besagte Schale verschließt, dass dieser Deckel durch eine rohrförmige Wand (38), die aus dem Material gebildet ist, verlängert wird, wobei der verschließbare Kanal (32) zwischen der Innenwand von der besagten rohrförmigen Wand und der Außenwand vom besagten Zentralschacht definiert ist, wenn die beiden Teile verbunden sind.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere kleine vorgenannte Leitungen (26) aufweist, die in dem besagten zweiten Teil definiert sind.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Schale außen radiale Flügel (45) aufweist, die zur Öffnung der besagten Leitung konvergieren.
  18. Verpackung für Nahrungsmittelprodukte, die imstande ist, Produkte zu aufzunehmen, die zumindest zum Teil In-situ zu kochen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Behälter und eine automatische Verschlussvorrichtung (15) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist, die auf dichte Art durch eine Wand vom besagten Behälter befestigt ist, wobei die vorgenannte Leitung in das Innere von dem besagten Behälter mündet.
  19. Verpackte Nahrungsmittelzubereitung, die in einer Verpackung vorgekocht ist, wobei ebendiese Verpackung nach dem Kochen hermetisch verschlossen wird, die eine automatische Verschlussvorrichtung (15) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17 aufweist, die auf dichte Art durch eine Wand (12a) von besagter Verpackung befestigt ist, wovon der vorgenannte verschließbare Kanal (32) von im soliden Zustand heizschmelzbarem Material verschlossen wird.
