Claims (10)

  1. Spender für mehr oder weniger flüssige Produkte mit einem einen Behälter bildenden Gehäuse (1), welches versehen ist mit
    einer durch Betätigung eines Kolbens (6) mit axialer Spritzdüse (6a) gesteuerten Pumpe (4) mit rohrförmigem Körper (5),
    einer im Inneren geschützt angeordneten nachgiebigen Kammer (3), die mit der Pumpe über eine Hülse (2) verbunden ist, welche eine Buchse mit einem zylindrischem Mantel (2b; 13b) bildet, die mit einem oberen Bund (2a; 12a) verbunden ist, wobei die Mündung der Kammer dicht am Mantel befestigt ist, ein Teil des Pumpenkörpers in den Bund reicht und sich dort seinerseits dicht anschmiegt, sowie einem breiteren Zentrier- und Auflageflansch (2c, 2e; 13c, 13e) auf dem Behälter, und
    Einrichtungen zur Befestigung des Ganzen am Behälter,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pumpe mit einem in Ruhestellung durch den Kolben verschlossenen Lüftungsloch (5e) versehen ist, daß die Hülse unterhalb dieses Lüftungslochs anschließt, oberhalb welchem andererseits ein die Pumpe mit dem Behälter verbindender Gegenflansch (7a) vorgesehen ist, so daß zwischen der Kammer und dem Behälter ein dichter Zwischenraum gebildet ist, und daß eine Verbindungsleitung (2f; 12f, 13f) den die Kammer umgebenden unteren Zwischenraum (1c) mit dem die Pumpe umgebenden oberen Zwischenraum (1b) in Verbindung mit dem Lüftungsloch verbindet.
  2. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bund (2a) zur dichten Anschmiegung der Hülse am unteren Teil des Körpers in Form eines Reduktionsbandes ausgebildet ist.
  3. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der untere Teil des Körpers durch einfache Reibklemmung dicht an der zylindrischen Innenfläche des Bundes (21; 12a) anschmiegt.
  4. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenflansch integrierender Bestandteil des Schließbundes (7) des Pumpenkörpers ist.
  5. Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zentrier- und Auflageflansch eine die Pumpe in der ursprünglichen Einbaulage zentrierende, Rippen tragende zylindrische Innenfläche (2g) besitzt.
  6. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Pumpenauslaß direkt an deren unterem Ende (5b) befindet, während die Hülse darunter ein Einlaßgitter (2h) bildet, welches neben seitlichen Entnahmeöffnungen eine zentrale Öffnung aufweist, die ein Rohr oder einen Kanal (2i) trägt.
  7. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußbuchse der Hülse ein von innen nach außen dichtes Sicherheitsventil (11) aufweist, welches durch dichte Aneinanderschäftung zweier Basisstücke (12, 13) gebildet ist.
  8. Spender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand des inneren Stücks (12) der Aneinanderschäftung den abgeschrägten Sitz (11a) des Ventils bildet, wobei dessen Klappe (11b) durch eine Anschlußscheibe gebildet ist, welche am Umfang ihrer konischen Auflagefläche mit dem äußeren Stück (13) über eine elastisch verformbare Krone verbunden ist, die zum in Kontaktbringen der Pumpe mit Kanälen zwecks Durchtritts des Produkts mit einem Schieber (11e) versehen ist.
  9. Spender nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Pumpe und die Kammer umgebende, mit der Entlüftungsöffnung in Verbindung stehende Umfangsbereich (1b, 1c) mit inertem Gas gefüllt ist.
  10. Verfahren zur Konditionierung von Spendern nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Anordnen der Hülse und dem Füllen der Kammer eine Pumpe am Eingang dieser Hülse angeordnet, das Ganze zwecks Entlüftens der Kammer unter Vakuum gesetzt, die Pumpe reibschlüssig in den Bund zur dichten Anschmiegung der Hülse eingelassen, ein Gas in den die Pumpe und die Kammer umgebenden Umfangsbereich eingeleitet und schließlich die Pumpe auf den Behälter aufgedrückt wird.
