Claims (8)

  1. Verpackung für dickflüssige Produkte, bestehend aus einem Behälter (11, 12) mit zylindrischer Innenand, der einerseits einen von außen betätigten Verteiler, dessen Gehäuse (18) durch eine Aufnahme (13a) verlängert ist, das mit einem Sitz (13c) versehen ist, der es ihm erlaubt, an das Gehäuse anzusetzen, und andererseits einen umgekehrten beweglichen Boden trägt, der aus einem zwischen der Wand und dem Rohr hin- und hergehenden Ringkolben (14) gebildet ist, wobei das Rohr und der Sitz zuerst die Einfüllung des Produktes unter den Kolben erlauben und der Aufbau eine Entlüftung in Verbindung mit der Oberseite des Kolbens besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (13a) den unteren Teil eines Schachtes (13) bildet, der einen Flansch trägt, durch welchen er mit dem Behälter verbunden ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entlüftung eine in den Verteiler integrierte zeitweilig geöffnete Entlüftung (18a) und daß der Flansch ein Flansch mit Durchlaß (13e) ist.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand des Behälters aus zwei Bestandteilen (11, 12) besteht, die den Ringkolben (14) umschließen.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch mit dem oberen Bestandteil (12) in dessen engerem Bereich verbunden ist, der vorgesehen ist, den vormontierten Verteiler (18) abzudichten.
  5. Verpackung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Bestandteil den Schacht (13) umgibt, welcher einen zylindrischen Doppelmantel (13b) bildet, der eine Innenkammer bildet, die am oberen Ausgang des Rohrs mit einem Sitz (13c) versehen ist, und unter einem Vorsprung (12c) in seinem oberen Teil einen Ansatz (13d) umfaßt, der den Flansch bildet und von wenigstens einem freien Durchlaß (13e) durchquert wird.
  6. Verpackung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verteiler (18), dessen Gehäuse in der Innenkammer aufgenommen wird, einen Bund (17a) trägt, welcher ihn dicht unter dem Vorsprung arretiert, wobei sein Ansatzstück (18c) dicht an den Sitz (13c) anschließt.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, in welchem nach dem Anbringen des Kolbens und des Rohrs, um den unteren Teil zu bilden, das Produkt durch den Anstieg des Kolbens aus einer unteren Position, gegebenenfalls nach Entlüftung, durch das Ansaugrohr unter die Unterseite des Kolbens eingefüllt wird, wobei der Aufbau schließlich, um es abzudichten, seinen oberen Teil aufnimmt, der im wesentlichen vom Verteiler gebildet wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vormontierte Verteiler am Schluß des Arbeitsganges angebracht wird und dadurch die Verpackung abdichtet.
