Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.多かれ少なかれ流体である物質に対するディスペンサにおいて、カバーを 形成するケース(1)が設けられており、軸方向ノズル(6)に作用することに よって制御される筒状本体(5)を具備するポンプ(4)が設けられており、柔 軟性のあるバッグ(3)が前記ケース内に設けられており且つ上部ベルト(2a ,12a)へ接続されている円筒状のスカート(2b,13b)を具備するリン グを形成するブッシュ(2)により前記ポンプへ接続されており、前記バッグの アウトレットは密封状態で前記スカートへ固定されており、前記ポンプ本体の一 部は前記ベルト内へ侵入し且つ密封状態でそれに嵌合しており、前記ブッシュは 、更に、前記カバーに対しての中心位置決め及び支持の目的のためにより大きな フランジ(2c,2e;13c,13e)を具備しており、この組立体を前記カ バーへ締着する部材が設けられており、前記ポンプには休止位置にあるピストン によって閉じられる通気孔(5e)を具備しており、前記ブッシュは前記通気孔 の下側において接続されており、その上方において前記ポンプを密封状態で前記 カバーへ保持させるカウンタフランジ(7a)が設けられており、且つ前記バッ グを取囲む下部中間空間(1c)と前記通気孔と連通し ている上部中間空間(1b)との間に連通状態(2f;12f,13f)が設け られていることを特徴とするディスペンサ。 2.請求の範囲1において、密封状態で前記ブッシュを前記ポンプ本体の底部 部分へ嵌合させるベルト(2a)がより小さな直径のカラーの形態であることを 特徴とするディスペンサ。 3.請求の範囲1又は2において、前記ポンプ本体の底部部分が密封状態で単 に摩擦嵌合として前記ベルト(12a,12b)の円筒内側担持表面に対して嵌 合することを特徴とするディスペンサ。 4.請求の範囲1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項において、前記カウンタフラン ジが前記ポンプ本体の閉塞用カラー(7)の一体的な一部であることを特徴とす るディスペンサ。 5.請求の範囲1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項において、前記支持フランジが 前記ポンプを最初の据え付け位置において中心位置決めさせるリブ(2g)を担 持する円筒内側面を有することを特徴するディスペンサ。 6.請求の範囲1において、前記ポンプのインテークが直接その底端部(5b )にあり、一方前記ブッシュが、横方向インテークオリフィスに加えて、管又は ドレイン(2i)を支持する中央オリフィスを 具備するインレットグリッド(2h)をその下側に形成していることを特徴とす るディスペンサ。 7.請求の範囲1において、前記ブッシュのカップリングリングが安全弁(1 1)を担持しており、前記安全弁は内側から外側へ向けての流れが通過すること を防止し且つ密封した状態で互いに入れ子状態とされた2つの基本的な部品(1 2,13)によって構成されていることを特徴とするディスペンサ。 8.請求の範囲7において、内側部品(12)のリムが前記バルブに対する面 取りした着座部(11a)を構成しており、弁部材(11b)が弾性変形可能な 孔が設けられたリングを介して外側部品(13)へその円錐担持表面の周辺部に おいて接続されており且つポンプと接触する場合に物質を通過させるためのチャ ンネルを形成するプッシャ(11e)が設けられているペレットによって構成さ れていることを特徴とディスペンサ。 9.請求の範囲8において、前記ポンプ及びバッグを取囲み且つ前記通気孔と 連通状態にある周辺のゾーン(1b,1c)が不活性ガスで充填されていること を特徴とするディスペンサ。 10.請求の範囲1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項におけるディスペンサのパッケ ージング方法において、前記ブッシュを所定位置に位置させ且つ前記バッグ を充填させた後に、前記ポンプを前記ブッシュのインレットに位置させ、前記組 立体を前記バッグをパージさせるために真空中に配置させ、前記ポンプを摩擦嵌 合としてそれを密封状態で前記ブッシュへ嵌合させるために前記ベルト内へ押込 み、ガスを前記ポンプ及びバッグを取囲む周辺ゾーン内へ侵入させ、最終的に前 記ポンプを前記カバーへ密封させる、ことを特徴とする方法。
