Claims (9)

  1. Verpackungsbehälter für Nahrungsmittel in Tellerform, der das Verzehren des Produktes ermöglicht, wobei der Verpackungsbehälter umfasst
    A. eine die zubereitete Nahrung aufnehmende Schale (1),
    B. einen Träger (2) mit
    • einer den Rand (11) der Schale (1) umgebenden bogenartigen Ausbildung, die mit Verzweigungen (22a, 22b, 22c) verbunden ist, welche die Unterseite der Schale (1) ummanteln,
    • Füßen (24a, 24b, 24c), die von der bogenartigen Ausbildung (21) getragen sind, über welche die Verpackung auf einer Abstützung ruht, und
    • einem Scharnier (5),
    C. einen Deckel (3),
    • der mit dem Scharnier (5) des Trägers verbunden ist und die bogenartige Ausbildung (21) sowie die Schale (1) abdeckt,
    D. eine Schließvorrichtung (4), getragen vom Träger (2) und dem Deckel (3) gegenüber dem Scharnier (5), um den Deckel (3) am Träger (2) anzulaschen,
    E. wobei Träger (2) und Deckel (3) aus einem einzigen Stück Kunststoffmaterial, das gleichzeitig das Scharnier (5) bildet, hergestellt sind.
  2. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Füße (24a, 24b, 24c) am Übergang von einer Verzweigung und der bogenartigen Ausbildung (21) ausgeführt sind.
  3. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Füße (24a, 24b, 24c) hohl und von konischer Gestalt sind, deren große offene Grundseite sich auf der Seite der Bogenausbildung (21) befindet, und die Achse der konischen Gestalt der Füße (24a, 24b, 24c) senkrecht zu der durch die bogenartige Ausbildung (21) gehenden Ebene ist.
  4. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Träger (3) nicht-äquidistant um die bogenartige Ausbildung (21) angeordnete Füße umfasst, wobei zwei Füße nahe beieinander angeordnet sind und der andere der bogenartigen Ausbildung gegenüber vorgesehen ist.
  5. Verpackungsbehälter nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Scharnier (5) aus zwei Teilen (51b, 51 c) geformt ist, die je einem der aneinander angeordneten Füße (24b, 24c) zugeordnet sind.
  6. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Deckel (3) massiv ist.
  7. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Füße (24a, 24b, 24c) eine konische Gestalt elliptischen Querschnitts haben.
  8. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Füße (24a, 24b, 24c) mit den Verzweigungen (22a, 22b, 22c) über Versteifungsknoten (26a, 26b, 26c) verbunden sind.
  9. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Schließvorrichtung (4) eine Unversehrtheitskontrollausbildung (6) umfasst.
