Claims (8)

  1. Verpackung aus Kunststoff, bestehend aus einem durch einen Deckel (2) verschlossenen Behälter (1), bei welcher:
    - der Behälter (1) eine Öffnung (6) aufweist, welche begrenzt ist durch einen Umfangsrand mit einem Querschnitt in Form eines umgekehrten U, gebildet aus zwei Schenkeln, nämlich einem inneren (7), welcher die Fortsetzung der Seitenwand des Behälters bildet, und einem äußeren (8);
    - der Deckel (2) folgendes umfaßt:
    • einen Umfangsrand (3), ebenfalls mit U-förmigem Querschnitt, mit einer zum Umfangsrand des Behälters (1) komplementären Form, dazu bestimmt, auf den Rand des genannten Behälters gestülpt zu werden;
    • eine Scheibe (4), welche den eigentlichen Deckel bildet und mit einem etwa an ihrem Umfang angeordneten Greifmittel (5) ausgestattet ist;
    • eine Linie geringerer Festigkeit (10), welche im Bereich des Umfangsrandes (3) des Deckels (2) verläuft;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linie geringerer Festigkeit (10) eine Unterbrechung aufweist, bei der sie lokal (12) in Richtung des Mittelpunkts der Verschlußscheibe (4) nahe dem Greifmittel (5) verläuft, und daß der Umfangsrand (3) durch Kleben oder Schweißen fest mit dem Umfangsrand des Behälters (1) verbunden wurde.
  2. Verpackung aus Kunststoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterbrechung der Linie geringerer Festigkeit (10) die Form einer Tülle (12) in Richtung des Mittelpunkts der Scheibe (4), senkrecht zum Greifmittel (5), aufweist.
  3. Verpackung aus Kunststoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfang der Verschlußscheibe (4) mit einer radialen Rippe (13) ausgestattet ist, die zwischen der Anbringungsstelle des Greifmittels (5) und dem Umfangsrand des Deckels in der Fortsetzung der lokalen Ausdehnung (12) der Linie geringerer Festigkeit (10) verläuft.
  4. Verpackung aus Kunststoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die feste Verbindung des Umfangsrandes des Deckels (2) an dem Umfangsrand des Behälters (1) durch Schweißen ausgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linie geringerer Festigkeit (10) fast stetig ist und Unterbrechungen (11) aufweist, welche geeignet sind, Gelenkscharniere der Verschlußscheibe (4) an dem Umfangsrand des Deckels (2) zu bilden.
  5. Verpackung aus Kunststoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die feste Verbindung des Umfangsrandes des Deckels (2) an dem Umfangsrand des Behälters (1) durch Kleben ausgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linie geringerer Festigkeit (10) aus einer Folge von Befestigungspunkten oder Nasen (19) gebildet ist, welche in gleichmäßigen Intervallen die beiden Teile des flachen Abschnitts (17) des Umfangsrandes (3) des Deckels (2) fest verbindet, wobei die Zonen des genannten flachen Abschnitts (17) des Deckels (2), welche zwischen den Befestigungspunkten oder Nasen (19) verlaufen, frei von jeglichem Material sind.
  6. Verpackung aus Kunststoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Greifmittel (5) aus einem im wesentlichen kreisförmigen Ring gebildet ist, dessen zwei Enden an der Grundfläche der Verschlußscheibe (4) fest verbunden sind.
  7. Verpackung aus Kunststoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Greifmittel (5) aus einem im oberen Bereich des Umfangsrandes des Deckels (2), in einer der Tülle (12) unmittelbar benachbarten Zone, fest verbundenen Ring gebildet ist.
