Description

    Domaine de l'invention
  • La présente invention concerne un conditionnement d'un produit alimentaire, en forme d'assiette permettant de consommer le produit.
  • Parmi les multiples conditionnements de produits alimentaires, il en existe certains, par exemple en forme d'assiette ou de coupelle, emballés dans un suremballage en carton plié. Ce suremballage ne fait pas partie du conditionnement du produit proprement dit et, pour consommer le produit, il faut enlever ce suremballage qui ne constitue qu'un élément de présentation, il ne comporte pas de témoin d'inviolabilité et ne permette pas de refermer le conditionnement.
  • Le document US 5860549 décrit un conditionnement d'un produit alimentaire, en forme d'assiette, permettant de consommer le produit, le conditionnement comprenant
    • une coupelle recevant le produit alimentaire préparé,
    • un support ayant
      un arceau entourant le bord de la coupelle, par lequel le conditionnement repose sur un appui,
      un pied porté par le fond du support, et,
      une charnière
    • un couvercle relié à la charnière du support et coiffant l'arceau et la coupelle,
    • un dispositif de fermeture porté par le support et le couvercle pour accrocher le couvercle au support,
    • le support et le couvercle étant réalisé en une seule pièce en matière plastique, formant également la charnière.
    Objet et avantages de l'invention
  • La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients et se propose de développer un conditionnement de produit alimentaire permettant de protéger celui-ci, de recevoir les éléments de décoration, de marque et de publicité, offrant diverses possibilités de présentation et permettant la présentation du produit soit à plat soit en position debout et permettant, en outre, de refermer le conditionnement.
  • A cet effet, l'invention concerne un conditionnement du type défini ci-dessus caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend
    • une coupelle recevant le produit alimentaire préparé,
    • un support ayant
      • * un arceau entourant le bord de la coupelle,
      • * des branches enveloppant le dessous de la coupelle et reliées à l'arceau,
      • * de pieds portés par l'arceau, par lequel le conditionnement repose sur un appui et,
      • * une charnière,
    • un couvercle,
      • * relié à la charnière du support et coiffant l'arceau et la coupelle,
    • un dispositif de fermeture porté par le support et le couvercle à l'opposé de la charnière pour accrocher le couvercle au support,
    • le support et le couvercle sont réalisés en une seule pièce en matière plastique, formant également la charnière.
  • Ce conditionnement permet une préparation du produit et son scellement dans les conditions d'hygiène requises, la coupelle étant fermée par un film avant d'être placée dans le support et de refermer le couvercle avec son témoin d'inviolabilité. Le conditionnement est utilisé tel quel. Il suffit, pour l'ouvrir, de rompre le témoin d'inviolabilité et de basculer le couvercle. L'ensemble, ainsi ouvert, est très stable puisque la coupelle s'appuie sur les pieds et le couvercle ouvert constitue un appui supplémentaire. Ainsi, ce conditionnement, notamment destiné à l'alimentation des jeunes enfants, ne risque d'être renversé étant donné sa surface d'appui relativement importante. Enfin, la portion alimentaire contenue dans la coupelle n'est pas consommée intégralement, il est possible de refermer le couvercle.
  • Le couvercle refermable constitue un excellent support publicitaire étant donnée sa grande surface. Les pieds du support permettent de présenter le produit en surface de vente soit à plat si le produit repose sur tous ses pieds, soit en position debout, le conditionnement reposant alors sur deux pieds. Cette présentation est très attractive puisque toute la surface du couvercle et les indications qu'elle porte sont visibles ; il ne nécessite aucun support supplémentaire dans un rayonnage ou un linéaire de surface de vente. Le produit peut également être rangé dans les mêmes conditions chez l'acheteur.
  • Suivant une caractéristique avantageuse, les pieds sont réalisés à la jonction d'une branche et de l'arceau. Cette réalisation stabilise l'ensemble formé par le support et réduit la quantité de matière plastique nécessaire à la fabrication du support. De manière avantageuse, les pieds sont de forme conique creuse, la grande base ouverte est constituée du côté de l'arceau. Cette réalisation permet un empilage particulièrement pratique et peu encombrant des supports munis des couvercles, avant leur assemblage à la coupelle. Pour cela, les supports avec couvercle sont ouverts à plat et les différents pieds sont emboîtés les uns dans les autres
  • La conicité des pieds incline légèrement le produit en position « verticale » et la longueur des pieds constitue une surface d'appui suffisante pour que cette position soit stable.
  • De façon avantageuse, la charnière est formée de deux parties associées chacune à un pied. Cette charnière a l'efficacité et la fonctionnalité d'une charnière longue correspondant à l'écartement des pieds sans en présenter l'encombrement.
  • Le dispositif de fermeture comporte un témoin d'inviolabilité sous la forme d'une languette arrachable, réalisée de préférence avec le support, autour du dispositif de fermeture pour ne rendre celui-ci accessible qu'après arrachage de ce témoin d'inviolabilité et le dispositif de fermeture est avantageusement constitué par un dispositif à languette tel qu'un cliquet.
  • Enfin, de manière particulièrement avantageuse, le support avec son couvercle en une seule pièce sont réalisé en une matière différente de la coupelle, par exemple une matière plus souple et, de préférence, colorée. Cette combinaison permet de réaliser un conditionnement économique.

  • La présente invention sera décrite ci-après de manière plus détaillée à l'aide d'un mode de réalisation d'un conditionnement de produit alimentaire représenté dans les dessins annexés dans lesquels :

    • la figure 3B est une vue analogue à la figure 3A mais en vue de dessous,
    • la figure 4 est vue une en perspective, coupée du support avec le couvercle fermé,
    • la figure 5 est une vue de détail du support et du couvercle au niveau du moyen de fermeture,
    • la figure 6 est une vue de dessous du support.
    Description d'un mode de réalisation préférentiel
  • Selon les figures 1 et 2, l'invention concerne un conditionnement de produit alimentaire. Ce conditionnement se compose d'une coupelle recevant le produit alimentaire et d'un support muni d'un couvercle et d'un dispositif de fermeture 4. Le support 2 et le couvercle 3 sont réalisés en une seule pièce en matière plastiques. La coupelle 1 est une pièce creuse de forme habituelle, notamment moulée en matière plastique, comportant une cavité 10 ayant, par exemple, un bord 11 plus ou moins large.
  • Cette coupelle 1 est logée dans le support 2 et l'ensemble se ferme avec le couvercle 3 rabattu sur le support et la coupelle autour de la charnière 4.
  • La coupelle 1 contenant, en général, un produit alimentaire préparé, est fermée par un film étanche non représenté, protégeant le produit alimentaire contre l'oxydation ou la contamination par l'air extérieur.
  • Comme le montrent plus particulièrement les figures 3A-5, le support 2 et le couvercle 3 sont réalisés en une seule pièce en matière plastique injectée. Le support 8 se compose d'un arceau 21 destiné à entourer la coupelle en venant sous son bord. Cet arceau est muni, dans cet exemple de réalisation, de trois branches cintrées 22a, 22b, 22c, réunies par une pièce centrale 23. La courbure des trois branches 22a, 22b, 22c correspond à la forme de la coupelle 1.
  • L'arceau 21 est également muni de pieds 24a, 24b, 24c, ici de forme tronconique, creuse et de hauteur au moins égale à la hauteur de l'arceau 21 avec ses branches 22a, 22b, 22c de façon que le support 2 repose sur les pieds 24a, 24b, 24c éventuellement en plus de l'appui de la partie centrale 23 réunissant les branches 22a, 22b, 22c.
  • Les pieds 24a, 24b, 24c sont reliés à l'arceau 21 par une patte aplatie soit intégrée dans l'arceau pour l'un (24a) des pieds, soit débordant de l'arceau pour les deux autres pieds 24b, 24c. Ces deux pattes 25b, 25c portent en même temps une partie 51b, 51c de la charnière double 5, reliant le couvercle 3 au support 2.
  • Les branches cintrées 22a, 22b, 22c, les pattes 25a, 25b, 25c et les pieds 24a, b, c sont répartis autour de l'arceau 21 d'une manière non équidistante, les pattes 25b, c étant rapprochées et elles sont diamétralement opposées à la patte 25a, qui est en fait située sur la médiatrice du segment reliant les pattes 25b, 25c.
  • La disposition des branches 22a, 22b, 22c et celle des pieds 24a, 24b, 24c correspond à celle des pattes.
  • Les pattes rapprochées 25b, c permettent de réaliser la charnière 5 en deux parties 51b, 51c dont l'axe passe en dehors du contour du support 2 et du couvercle 3 de manière à ne pas gêner le basculement du couvercle tout en ayant une charnière 5 longue nécessaire au bon pivotement.
  • De façon homologue, le couvercle 3 comporte deux oreilles 31b, 31c reliées aux parties 51b, 51c de la charnière. Les oreilles 31b, 31c ont de préférence une forme identique à celle des pattes 25b, 25c.
  • Le couvercle 3 est muni d'un bord 32 destiné à coiffer l'anneau 21. Le détail de la jonction apparaît le plus clairement dans la vus en coupe de la figure 5 montrant le chevauchement du couvercle 3 et de l'arceau 21 du support 2. Cette vue en coupe est faite au niveau du premier pied 24a, à l'opposé des deux pieds rapprochés 24b, 24c du côté de la charnière 5.
  • Les figures 3A, 3B montrent de manière plus particulière la pièce de jonction 23 entre les trois branches 22a, 22b, 22c reliées à l'arceau 21 et la partie vide 231 au centre de cette pièce 23. Selon ces figures, les oreilles 31b, 31c portées par le couvercle 3 qui sont reliées par la charnière 5 réalisée par une réduction d'épaisseur de la matière plastique, aux pattes 25b, 25c correspondantes du support 2 au niveau des deux pieds rapprochés 24b, 24c. La partie centrale 231 peut également être pleine et recevoir une étiquette.
  • Le couvercle 3 à bord bombé a une partie centrale 33 aplatie, en creux vis-à-vis de l'extérieur pour recevoir une étiquette avec un élément de décoration. Intérieurement, il comporte ici des goussets de renforcement 35.
  • La figure 4 qui est une coupe axiale en perspective du conditionnement fermé en l'absence de coupelle, montre le chevauchement du couvercle 3 et du support 2 ainsi que la forme complémentaire des oreilles 31b, 31c du couvercle 3 couvrant les pattes 25b, 25c portant les pieds 24b, 24c du support 2 au niveau de la charnière 5. Ces pattes et oreilles permettent de décaler l'axe géométrique de la charnière pour que celle-ci ne coupe pas le contour du couvercle 3 et de l'anneau 2.
  • La vue de la figure 5 montre de manière plus détaillée l'assemblage du support 2 et du couvercle 3 au niveau du dispositif de fermeture 4, dans une position diamétralement opposée de la charnière 5. Cette fermeture 4 est constituée par un moyen d'enclipsage formé d'une languette 41 avec un ergot à rampe 42 sur lequel vient s'accrocher la patte 43 munie du trou 44 bordant le couvercle 3. L'ensemble est entouré par une languette arrachable d'inviolabilité 6 qui permet l'engagement de la languette 41 et son accrochage derrière l'ergot 42 mais interdit son dégagement en constituant ainsi un témoin d'inviolabilité.
  • La figure 6 montre une vue en perspective de dessous d'un support 2.
  • Cette figure met en évidence la forme conique de section elliptique des pieds 24a, 24b, 24c ainsi que la présence de goussets 26a, 26b, 26c de renforcement reliant la partie supérieure des pieds aux branches 22a, 22b, 22c.
  • Cette vue ne représente pas le couvercle.
  • De façon générale, la forme du support et de ses pieds creux, coniques, de section circulaire elliptique ou même de forme incurvée permet l'empilage des supports avec les couvercles ouverts pour faciliter leur stockage et réduire leur encombrement, notamment pour le transport.
  • La présence des goussets (26a, 26b, 26c) limite la profondeur d'emboîtage des supports et facilite ainsi leur séparation pour la mise en place de la coupelle.

  1. Conditionnement de produit alimentaire, en forme d'assiette, permettant de consommer le produit, le conditionnement comprenant
    A. une coupelle (1) recevant le produit alimentaire préparé,
    B. un support (2) ayant
    * un arceau entourant le bord (11) de la coupelle (1), relié à des branches (22a, 22b, 22c) enveloppant le dessous de la coupelle (1),
    * des pieds (24a, 24b, 24c) portés par l'arceau (21), par lequel le conditionnement repose sur un appui et,
    * une charnière (5),
    C. un couvercle (3)
    * relié à la charnière (5) du support et coiffant l'arceau (21) et la coupelle (1),
    D. un dispositif de fermeture (4) porté par le support (2) et le couvercle (3), à l'opposé de la charnière (5) pour accrocher le couvercle (3) au support (2),
    E. le support (2) et le couvercle (3) sont réalisés en une seule pièce en matière plastique, formant également la charnière (5).
