Claims (3)
- Matériau de remplissage pour literie en nappe de fibres mélangées, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un mélange de fibres de polyester fines et de fibres de kapok, et en ce que les fibres de polyester et les fibres de kapok sont mises en nappe les unes avec les autres de manière homogène et les fibres de polyester sont constituées de fibres pleines, de fibres creuses ou de fibres 3D.
- Matériau de remplissage pour literie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des couches individuelles constituées d'une nappe de polyester-kapok mis en nappe ensemble, sont stratifiées, selon une technique de stratification, avec d'autres couches individuelles constituées d'une nappe de kapok pur et/ou d'une nappe de polyester pur.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau de remplissage pour literie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fibres à mélanger sont foisonnées par avance dans une première étape du procédé de manière mécanique dans un démêleur de balle selon un rapport de mélange déterminé, ouvertes davantage ensuite dans une deuxième étape de procédé dans un démêleur fin et orientées à peu près parallèlement les unes par rapport aux autres, et en ce que les fibres sont poussées dans une troisième étape de procédé à travers des tuyaux agencés dans une tour par des aspirateurs d'une installation aéraulique, les fibres se mélangeant complètement de manière homogène pour donner la nappe de fibres mélangées.
