Anlagen dieser Art werden in Rollenkellern von Druckereien zur Versorgung der Druckmaschinen mit Papier eingesetzt. Die Erfindung umfasst ausserdem ein Verfahren zum Betrieb der Anlage. Claims (19)
- Store control device (6) for storing paper reels (4) and removing them from storage, which comprises a chassis (18) and a pick-up device for picking up a horizontal paper reel (4) with two elongated raisable and lowerable claws (23a, 23b) arranged a distance apart and intended for raising and lowering the paper reel (4), characterized in that the pick-up device is arranged on a pivot mounting (19) mounted on the chassis (18) so as to be rotatable about a vertical axis by at least 180°.
- Store control device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pivot mounting (19) is rotatable through 360°.
- Store control device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pick-up device comprises a continuous track section (22) arranged between the claws (23a, 23b) and intended for holding a carriage (8).
- Store control device according to any of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the two claws (23a, 23b) can be moved from a position which they assume in a ground state and in which they are located above the chassis (18), in the longitudinal direction on both sides, to a position which they assume in a transfer state and in which they project beyond the chassis (18).
- Store control device according to Claim 4, characterized in that, in the transfer state, the claws (23a, 23b) project beyond the chassis (18) by at least the length of one paper reel (4).
- Store control device according to any of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the pick-up device can be raised and lowered relative to the chassis (18) over an adjustment range.
- Store control device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the adjustment range extends at least over the diameter of one paper reel (4).
- System for the preparation and intermediate storage of paper reels and feeding thereof to at least one reel stand (15a, 15b), comprising a store control device (6) according to any of Claims 1 to 7 and comprising an intermediate store (1) having at least one row (2a, 2b) of storage places (3) arranged side by side and intended for holding in each case a paper reel (4) with its axis oriented in a transverse direction transversely to the longitudinal direction, said row (2a, 2b) extending in a longitudinal direction, comprising a preparation station (9) and a feed track (10) which leads from said preparation station (9) to a pick-up position (11), and a supply track (14a; 14b) which, leading away from a transfer position (13a; 13b), runs in the transverse direction to the reel stand (15a, 15b), and comprising a track (5) which runs in the longitudinal direction and which leads next to each of the storage places (3) and to the pick-up position (11) and to the transfer position (13a; 13b) and over which the store control device (6) can travel.
- System according to Claim 8, characterized in that the intermediate store (1) has in each case at least one row (2a, 2b) of storage places (3) at least on each side of the track (5).
- System according to Claim 8 or 9, comprising a store control device (6) according to Claim 7, characterized in that the intermediate store (1) has at least two rows (2a, 2b) of storage places (3) which are arranged one on top of the other.
- System according to any of Claims 8 to 10, characterized in that the transfer position (13a, 13b) is arranged in a row with a row (2a; 2b) of storage places (3) and is oriented in the transverse direction.
- System according to any of Claims 8 to 11, characterized in that the pick-up position (11) is arranged in a row with a row (2b) of storage places (3) and is oriented in the transverse direction.
- System according to any of Claims 8 to 12, characterized in that the pick-up position (11) is arranged at one end of the track (5) and is oriented in the longitudinal direction.
- System according to any of Claims 8 to 13, comprising a store control device (6) according to Claim 3, characterized in that each storage place (3) is provided with a storage track (12) oriented in the transverse direction, and the track section (22) of the store control device (6) is adjustable in each case at the storage places (3) and at the pick-up position (11) and at the transfer position (13a, 13b) so that it connects flush with the corresponding storage track (12), the feed track (10) and the supply track (14a, 14b), respectively.
- System according to any of Claims 8 to 13, comprising a store control device (6) according to Claim 4 or 5, characterized in that each storage place (3) is provided with a stationary storage trough (24) oriented in the transverse direction.
- Method for operating a system according to any of Claims 8 to 15, in which the paper reels (4') are prepared in the preparation station (9), stored in the intermediate store (1) and removed therefrom as required and fed to a reel stand (15a, 15b), the winding direction of each paper reel (4) being brought into correspondence with a required value either during storage or during removal from storage, where necessary, by corresponding rotation of the pivot mounting (19) of the store control device (6) through 180°.
- Method according to Claim 16, characterized in that the rotation of the paper reel (4) is optionally always effected during storage, so that the winding direction of the paper reels (4) in the intermediate store (1) always corresponds to the required value.
- Method according to Claim 16 or 17, characterized in that all paper reels (4) in the intermediate store (1) have the same winding direction.
- Method according to any of Claims 16 to 18, characterized in that a paper reel (4), provided with an adhesive area, is in each case loaded onto a carriage (8) at the preparation station (9), said carriage (8) is moved to the pick-up position (11) and the paper reel (4) is lifted off the carriage there by the store control device (6), whereupon the store control device (6) is moved next to the storage place (3) provided for the paper reel (4), where the paper reel (4) is stored and, if required, the store control device (6) is subsequently moved again next to the storage place (3), the paper reel (4) is picked up by the store control device (6), and the store control device (6) is moved to the transfer position (13a; 13b), where the paper reel (4) is set down on a further carriage (8) which brings it to the reel stand (15a, 15b) .
