Stench trap as claimed in one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the inlet (3) comprises a tube portion (12) extending substantially in a vertical direction and having a plurality of circumferential grooves, the tube portion (12) being insertable into a tubular receptacle (22) on the housing (2).
  7. Stench trap as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the tube portion (12) is held in the receptacle (22) by means of at least one sealing ring (31).
  8. Stench trap as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the inlet (3) can be fixed in height at the housing (2) by means of a clamp or a locking part, the inlet (3) still being rotatable.
  9. Stench trap as claimed in one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that an outlet connection piece (11) is provided on the housing (2) which is insertable into a drain connection piece (18) of the box casing (1).
  10. Stench trap as claimed in one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the housing (2) is removable through the opening (14) of the box casing (1).
