Claims (9)

  1. Commutateur électrique, notamment commutateur de type manette de commande ou à curseur, comportant,
    - un organe d'actionnement (2), des moyens de pivotement (3), des moyens de déplacement (5), un élément (7, 8) générant un effet haptique et un élément de commutation (6, 6'),
    - l'organe d'actionnement (2) coopérant avec les moyens de pivotement (3) de façon que l'organe d'actionnement (2) pivoter dans un plan de pivotement dans au moins une direction préférentielle à partir d'une position neutre, dans une position pivotée,
    - l'organe d'actionnement (2) coopère avec les moyens de déplacement (5) pour que l'organe d'actionnement (2) se déplace linéairement sur au moins une course à partir d'une position zéro, dans une position déplacée, par un mouvement linéaire,
    - la position de pivotement et la position de déplacement, étant réalisées chacune comme une position de commutation de façon que l'organe d'actionnement (2) agisse en position de commutation sur l'élément de commutation (6, 6') dans le sens de la commutation, et

    - l'organe d'actionnement (2) dépasse du boîtier (16), notamment de la partie supérieure (9) du boîtier.
  3. Commutateur électrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe d'actionnement (2) coopère avec des moyens de rotation (4) de façon que l'organe d'actionnement (2) puisse tourner d'au moins un angle à partir de sa position de repos, vers sa position de rotation,
    et notamment, la position de rotation est réalisée comme position de commutation comportant un élément de commutation (6"),
    de préférence, les positions de rotation de l'organe d'actionnement (2), sont munies d'une division d'enclipage, et

  4. Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen de pivotement (3) et/ou le moyen de déplacement (5) et/ou le moyen de rotation (4), portent un arbre (11) coopérant avec l'organe d'actionnement (2) ainsi qu'une articulation à rotule (15) comme élément de support pour le mouvement de pivotement et/ou de poussée et/ou de rotation, de façon qu'en position basculée et/ou en position coulissée et/ou en position tournée, l'organe d'actionnement (2) puisse être actionné simultanément ainsi indépendamment et notamment suivant une combinaison quelconque.
  5. Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le disque à déclic (7, 8) comporte un orifice (17) sensiblement central pour le passage de l'arbre (11).
  6. Commutateur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe d'actionnement (2) peut être basculé par le moyen de pivotement (3) dans au moins deux directions préférentielles perpendiculaires l'une à l'autre et en particulier dans huit directions préférentielles,
    de préférence, le moyen de pivotement (3) comporte un manchon (19) avec des cavités (20),

    caractérisé en ce que
