Claims (11)

  1. Interrupteur électrique notamment interrupteur à manette ou à curseur, comportant un organe d'actionnement (3), mobile, un moyen de basculement, un moyen de rotation et un embrayage de transmission de couple,
    l'organe d'actionnement (3) coopérant avec les moyens de basculement (4) pour que l'organe d'actionnement (3) puisse basculer dans un plan de basculement dans au moins une direction à partir d'une position neutre vers une position basculée,
    l'organe d'actionnement (3) coopérant avec les moyens d'entraînement en rotation (5) de façon que l'organe d'actionnement (3) puisse être tourné à partir d'une position de départ, d'au moins un angle, dans une position tournée,
    la position de basculement et la position de rotation étant réalisées chacune sous la forme d'une position de commutation de façon que l'organe d'actionnement (3) agisse en position de commutation sur un élément de commutation (6), un élément de capteur, un élément générateur de signal ou organe analogue, et
    le moyen de rotation (5) et le moyen de basculement (4) coopérant avec l'organe d'actionnement (3) par l'intermédiaire de l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7) de façon à découpler le moyen de rotation (5) et le moyen de basculement (4) et notamment leur masse,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7) se compose d'un disque d'une sorte de ressort-lame.
  2. Interrupteur électrique selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe d'actionnement (3) comporte un axe (8),
    une poignée (9) est de préférence prévue sur le côté de l'axe (8) à l'opposé de l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7), et
    de manière encore plus préférentielle, l'axe (8) est relié à une articulation de cardan (10) sur le côté tourné vers l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7).
  3. Interrupteur électrique selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe d'actionnement (3) comprend un élément d'actionnement tournant et pivotant (11), et notamment l'élément d'actionnement pivotant et tournant (11) s'étend de la poignée (9) jusqu'à l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7) et entoure le cas échéant l'axe (8) et de préférence l'élément d'actionnement tournant et basculant (11) est relié d'un côté à la poignée (9) et de l'autre à l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7).
  4. Interrupteur électrique selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'actionnement tournant et basculant (11) est couplé de manière pratiquement rigide par l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7) au moyen d'entraînement en rotation (5) notamment réalisé sous la forme d'un anneau tournant pour l'élément de commutation (6) correspondant,
    de préférence, l'élément d'actionnement tournant et basculant (11) est couplé de façon à pouvoir dévier élastiquement par l'intermédiaire de l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7) avec le moyen de basculement (4) qui comprend notamment l'articulation à cardan (10) pour basculer dans quatre directions perpendiculaires les unes aux autres à la manière d'une rose des vents pour l'élément de commutation (6) correspondant, et
    en outre de manière encore plus préférentielle, l'élément d'actionnement tournant et basculant (11) agit, lorsqu'il est basculé, sur l'axe (8) pour actionner le moyen de basculement (4).
  5. Interrupteur électrique selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7) comporte un anneau extérieur (12) et un anneau intérieur (13), et
    de préférence l'anneau intérieur (13) est fixé à l'anneau extérieur (12) par une entretoise (14) notamment de façon que l'anneau intérieur (13) puisse basculer hors du plan du disque et que l'anneau extérieur (12) puisse tourner dans le plan du disque.
  6. Interrupteur électrique selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embrayage de transmission de couple (7) est une pièce emboutie notamment en acier à ressort,
    de préférence des découpes (15) sont réalisées dans le disque de façon à laisser subsister une entretoise (14) reliant l'anneau extérieur (12) et
    l'anneau intérieur (13) et en outre des passages (16) sont de préférence prévus dans l'anneau extérieur (12) et dans l'anneau intérieur (13) pour fixer l'élément d'actionnement tournant et basculant (11) à l'anneau intérieur (13) et le moyen d'entraînement en rotation (5) à l'anneau extérieur (12).
  7. Interrupteur électrique selon les revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe d'actionnement (3) comporte un bouton poussoir (17) coulissant,
    de préférence le bouton poussoir (17) est mobile à partir de sa position zéro jusque dans une position coulissée notamment de façon que le bouton poussoir (17) agisse dans le sens de la commutation sur l'élément de commutation (6) lorsqu'il est en position coulissée, et
    en outre de manière préférentielle, le bouton poussoir (17) est installé de manière pratiquement centrée dans la poignée (9).
  8. Interrupteur électrique selon les revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'interrupteur (1) comporte un boîtier (2), de préférence l'organe d'actionnement (3) dépasse du boîtier (2) notamment de la partie supérieure du boîtier (2),
    de manière encore plus préférentielle, l'élément de commutation (6) est réalisé sous la forme d'un interrupteur électrique, sous la forme d'un élément de commutation optique à la manière d'une barrière lumineuse à fourche (20) dans laquelle pénètre un diaphragme mobile, ou encore d'élément de commutation magnétique coopérant avec un capteur Hall (19) ou un moyen analogue, et
    de manière encore plus préférentielle, l'interrupteur électrique, la barrière lumineuse à fourche (20), le capteur Hall (19) ou analogue sont installés sur une plaque de circuit (18), et
    de manière encore plus préférentielle, la plaque de circuit (18) est logée dans le boîtier (2) notamment dans la partie inférieure du boîtier (2).
  9. Interrupteur électrique selon les revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'organe d'actionnement (3) coopère avec un élément générant un effet haptique pour le basculement et/ou la rotation et/ou le coulissement,
    de préférence l'élément générant l'effet haptique pour le coulissement se compose d'un disque à déclic (21), et
    de manière encore plus préférentielle, l'élément générant l'effet haptique pour le basculement se compose d'une coulisse (23) prévue dans une coupelle de palier (22) recevant l'articulation de cardan (10), et dans laquelle pénètre un prolongement (24) de l'axe (8) notamment sous l'effet de la force d'enfoncement exercée par un ressort (25).
  10. Interrupteur électrique selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément qui génère l'effet haptique pour la rotation et le cas échéant les positions d'enclipsage pour la rotation, se compose d'un moyen magnétique (26) prévu notamment sur le moyen de rotation (5) ainsi que d'une couronne dentée (27) coopérant avec le moyen magnétique (26) et notamment montée de manière fixe dans le boîtier (2).
  11. Interrupteur électrique selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen magnétique (26) se compose d'un électroaimant (28) avec un noyau fixe (29), de manière préférentielle, la couronne dentée (27) comporte des dents (30) venant radialement en saillie, et de manière encore plus préférentielle, un moyen haptique modifié et/ou des positions d'enclipsage modifiées pour le mouvement de rotation de l'organe d'actionnement (3) sont réalisées par la disposition correspondante et/ou l'alimentation des bobines du moyen magnétique (26) et le cas échéant par une disposition à l'équerre des dents (30) de la couronne dentée (27).
