Interrupteur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pivotement (3) est une articulation croisée (18) pour le montage pivotant de l'une des extrémités de la tige articulée (8), en ce que de préférence un autre second levier (11) disposé dans à peu près de façon croisée par rapport au premier levier (10), en particulier sensiblement dans le plan (14), de telle sorte que l'organe d'actionnement (2) actionne avec la tige articulée (8) deux leviers (10, 11) conçus différemment en particulier en plan géométrique, avec des cosses de commutation (12, 13) pour les barrières lumineuses (6, 6'), en ce que également de préférence le premier levier (10) sert pour l'actionnement des barrières lumineuses (6) lors du pivotement dans la direction nord/ sud, en ce que, avec une préférence encore plus grande, le second levier (11) sert à l'actionnement des barrières lumineuses (6') lors du basculement dans la direction est/ouest, et en ce que, encore une fois avec une autre préférence, l'actionnement des barrières lumineuses (6, 6') est obtenu lors du basculement dans des directions intermédiaires à partir d'une combinaison des positions de rotation du premier levier (10) et du second levier (11).
  6. Interrupteur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux leviers (10, 11) et les capteurs (6, 6') sont disposés dans deux plans (14, 17) parallèles entre eux, en particulier le plan pour les capteurs (6, 6') étant formé par une plaque à circuits imprimés (17).
  7. Interrupteur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre second verrou (28') pouvant être déplacé au moyen d'un élément de réglage (27') est disposé sur la bague incrémentielle (22), de telle sorte que les deux verrous (28, 28') représentent chacun une butée pour la fonction de rotation dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre, et en ce que de préférence l'élément de réglage (27, 27') est constitué d'un aimant de levage, de moteur électrique, de moteur pas à pas, d'un élément piézoélectrique ou similaires.
  8. Interrupteur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de rotation (4) comprend un arbre (20) monté de façon rotative sur une extrémité et disposé sur l'autre extrémité sur l'organe d'actionnement (2), en ce que de préférence l'arbre (20) est disposé dans la tige articulée (8), en ce que également de préférence une bague rotative (21) se trouve sur l'une des extrémités de l'arbre (20), en ce que également de préférence la bague incrémentielle (22) peut être déplacée au moyen d'une denture (23) par le moyen de rotation (4), en particulier par la bague de rotation (21), et en ce que également encore de préférence l'organe d'actionnement (2) comprend une tête rotative (9).
  9. Interrupteur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que des impulsions consécutives sont générées en cas de rotation de l'organe d'actionnement (2) par l'élément de commutation (24) lorsqu'on atteint respectivement la position de rotation, en ce que de préférence l'élément de commutation (24) comprend une barrière lumineuse, et en ce que également avec une préférence des dents (25) sont disposées sur la bague incrémentielle (22), de telle sorte que les impulsions sont générées par la barrière lumineuse (24) par coopération des dents (25) avec la barrière lumineuse (24) en cas de rotation de la bague incrémentielle (22).
  10. Interrupteur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la bague incrémentielle (22) coopère avec au moins une boule sollicitée par ressort pour générer des positions d'encliquetage de rotation.
  11. Interrupteur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'aimant de levage (27, 27') présente deux positions d'extrémité stables de telle sorte que le verrou (28, 28') peut être déplacé par une alimentation de courte durée de l'aimant de levage (27, 27').
  12. Interrupteur électrique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (28, 28') est disposé sur un levier (30), en ce que de préférence le levier (30) est conçu à la façon d'une fourche, le verrou (28, 28') se trouvant sur l'une des extrémités du levier (30) et l'autre extrémité du levier (30) étant articulée sur un coulisseau (31) de l'aimant de levage (27, 27'), et en ce que également de préférence le coulisseau (31) se trouve sur le côté, opposé à la bague incrémentielle (22), de l'aimant de levage (27, 27'), de telle sorte que le levier (30) en forme de fourche enveloppe l'aimant de levage (27, 27').
