Definitions

  • the invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock, with an inner locking element, and with a driving element connected to an outer locking chain.
  • a motor vehicle closure of the embodiment described above is known in many ways, including only by way of example on the DE 44 44 048 C2 , the DE 102 40 003 A1 and especially the DE 102 30 586 A1 is pointed out.
  • the known embodiments have proven successful, but require, depending on the installation state and design very different mechanical components. This is expensive and expensive.
  • the invention aims to provide a total remedy.
  • the invention is based on the technical problem of further developing a motor vehicle door lock of the embodiment described at the beginning in such a way that different embodiments make use of components which are as similar as possible.
  • a generic motor vehicle door lock is characterized in that the entrainment element has two or more mechanical interfaces for connecting the outer locking chain.
  • These mechanical interfaces are contours, recesses, projections or the like connected to the driving element, which are capable of transmitting movements and consequently commands of the outer locking chain to the driving element.
  • the invention is initially based on the recognition that the entrainment element can take over the function of a central control lever in the described motor vehicle door lock.
  • This central Control lever or the entrainment is now able to represent different installation situations. This is ensured by the two or more mechanical interfaces for connecting the outside locking chain. Because this makes it possible to selectively or cumulatively pivot the driving element, for example by means of an engaging outer locking lever.
  • a comparable movement can be achieved if, instead of the external locking lever, a nut element interacts with the driving element or is connected directly to it, like the DE 102 30 586 A1 explained in principle.
  • this nut element may engage an outer locking bar including lock cylinder.
  • other types of mechanical transmission paths from the outer locking chain to the driving element are conceivable and are encompassed by the spirit of the invention.
  • the entrainment element has at least two usually differently designed mechanical interfaces.
  • the outer latch can be realized so that an outer locking lever engages in a recess of the driving element as a mechanical interface and ensures its pivoting.
  • the driving element may have a fork recess, in which a boom connected to a nut element engages in its pivoting.
  • the outer latch is thus realized by way of example via an outer locking rod of a lock cylinder, the nut member, the boom and the Gabelausströmung.
  • a change from one to the other external locking chain or the realization of both external locking chains is easily possible without the carrier element according to the invention and the herewith together acting internal locking element requires any adaptation to the specific application.
  • a mandatory locking mechanism and an actuating chain the mechanical connection to the locking mechanism is interrupted by the inner locking element and / or a central locking element of the central locking unit.
  • the one or both mechanical interfaces can be detachably and / or interchangeably connected to the entrainment element. It is conceivable here, for example, to work with differently shaped Gabelausappelgeber that experience depending on the engaging element here (pin, lever, nose, etc.) a selection and adjustment.
  • To connect the respective mechanical interface with the entrainment can be made of known releasable connections such as snap-in connections, screw etc.
  • the entrainment element interacts directly with the inner locking element, ie without the interposition of further transmission elements, which of course are fundamentally possible.
  • the driving element is immersed with a stop edge in a recess of the inner locking element.
  • a stop contour corresponding to the stop edge on the driving element is provided.
  • the stop edge on the driving element comes with the stop contour on the inner locking element in mechanical operative connection, so that the driving element can pivot the inner locking element.
  • a movement of the driving element registering sensor is provided, which acts on a drive unit.
  • This drive unit is usually the drive unit associated with the central locking or central locking unit. This ensures that a certain minimum movement of the driving element is detected by the outer locking chain and subsequently the drive unit moves the inner locking element in the "locked” or "unlocked” position.
  • the drive unit ensures that the inner locking element is at least “locked” in its position transferred. If the drive unit fails, the carrier element ensures that the relevant position is taken. Since the driving element leaves the position “locked” after this process again and spring-assisted in the "unlocked” passes, remains solely and solely the inner locking element in the "locked” position. This also applies to the case that the inner locking element has been acted upon by the drive unit accordingly. The actuating chain is still interrupted in this functional position to the locking, so that the motor vehicle door lock is a total of "locked” position.
  • a motor vehicle door lock is shown, from the sake of clarity, only the essential components of the invention are shown.
  • an inner locking element 1 which is designed as pivotable about an axis A inner locking lever 1.
  • the inner locking element or the inner locking lever 1 With the help of an indicated inner locking knob 2, the inner locking element or the inner locking lever 1 with the interposition of an inner locking bar 3 from its position shown in Fig. 1 "unlocked” in the position "locked” according to FIGS. 3 and 4 and convict back.
  • all the illustrated lock elements are completely or partially accommodated in a housing G of the motor vehicle door lock, which is indicated only in FIG.
  • the inner locking bar 3 exits from the housing G and establishes the connection to the inner locking button 2.
  • the housing G as usual can have a lock case and a one-piece or multi-part lock cover and possibly other housing parts.
  • the driving element 14 ver in the form of a central control lever 14 about the common axis A. swing.
  • the outer locking chain 8, 9, 10 is connected to the driving element 14 and ensures that the driving element 14, the inner locking element 1 at least in its position "locked” transferred.
  • the inner locking element 1 is pivoted by a motor.
  • the rocker 12 of the sensor 11 and microswitch 11 is actuated by the abutting actuating contour 13, as in the transition from the unlocked basic position of FIG. 1 towards FIG becomes clear.
  • This pivoting completes the driving element 14, by the outer locking chain 8, 9, 10 for its corresponding application counterclockwise.
  • the nut 9 may be pivoted as indicated clockwise and / or the outer locking lever 8 experiences an upward movement in the Fig. 2, as indicated by arrows.
  • the stop edge 18 of the driving element 14 abuts the stop contour 17 of the inner locking element 1, because the driver 14 arranged coaxially with the inner locking element 1 has its stop edge 18 in a recess 19 of the inner locking element 1 with the stop contour 17 corresponding to the stop edge 18 is arranged on the inner locking element 1.
  • the sensor or microswitch 11 actuates the central locking drive 6, 7, which acts as a kind of drive unit 6, 7, at least in the position "locked” to transfer the inner locking element 1.
  • the inner locking element 1 is pivoted into the position according to FIG. 3 "locked".
  • an edge on the central locking element 4 may take the inner locking element 1.
  • the drive unit 6, 7 transferred the central locking element 4 and with it the inner locking element 1 motor, and at least "locked” in its position according to FIGS. 3 and 4, as soon as the sensor 11 is actuated by the manually triggered external locking request.
  • the outer locking chain 8, 9, 10 also purely mechanically provide for the function transition of the motor vehicle door lock of FIG. 1 on FIG. 2 to FIG. 3 and 4, if no drive unit 6, 7 is realized. The same applies if the drive unit 6, 7 fails.
  • the drive unit 6, 7 or the central locking drive 6, 7 is switched off.
  • the driving element 14 returns - starting from the position shown in FIG. 3 - in its normal position corresponding to FIG. 1, so that the position of FIG. 4 of the motor vehicle door closure results at the end of this sequence of functions.
  • the central locking element 4 takes in this process, the position "locked” and maintains this, because only the driving element 14 has been swung back to its original position by the spring 20.
  • the motor vehicle door lock is locked unchanged.
  • either the inner locking chain 2, 3 or the central locking drive 6, 7 must be acted upon in the opposite direction. It is also possible to act on the outer locking chain 8, 9, 10 in respectively opposite direction compared to the illustration according to FIG. 2, that is, the nut 9 in the counterclockwise direction and / or the outer locking lever 8 downwards (see FIG. , As a result, the driving element 14 comes with its further stop edge 21 in mechanical contact with an additional stop contour 22 on the mecanicverriegelungsele ment 1, so that as a result thereof, the inner locking member 1 in the clockwise direction about the axis A in the position "unlocked" - starting from the position in Fig. 4 - can be pivoted back to Fig. 1. In this process, the spring 20 is not compressed, but elongated and in turn ensures that after the elimination of acting on the driving element 14 actuating forces this again assumes the basic position of FIG.
