Claims (23)

- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le conteneur (10, 10a) rigide et de type tonneau est conçu de façon à pouvoir être relié par des pistons pneumatiques prévus sur le côté au capot (22) ou au bac à capot (80) ou au système de capot (80a, 80b), un joint (25) étant attribué à la surface de butée pour le conteneur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le capot (22) ou le bac à capot (80) ou le système de capot (80a, 80b) est placé dans une caisse de logement (66, 66a) de l'arbre (64), duquel les unités piston/cylindre (76) pour la plaque support (78) dépassent (figure 16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par une paire de parois avant (67), à peu près radiales, proches des paliers d'arbre (63) des bâtis latéraux (62), de la caisse de logement (66, 66a), parois avant desquelles dépassent respectivement des parois longitudinales (68) parallèles à l'axe, deux parois longitudinales alignées entre elles étant conçues comme des éléments de raccordement pour les unités piston/cylindre (76), et en ce que le capot (22) ou le bac a capot (80) ou le système de capot (80a, 80b) est fixé éventuellement sur les parois longitudinales (68), éloignées des unités piston/cylindre (76), de la caisse de logement (66, 66a).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le capot (22) ou le bac à capot (80) ou le système de capot (80a, 80b) tend au moins une plaque (84) plate, parallèlement à l'arbre, à base de matériau vitreux, qui est traversé par le tuyau de liaison (34, 34a).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par un bâti de serrage (38) entourant le tuyau de liaison (34, 34a), avec lequel une pression de compression peut être générée sur la surface extérieure de la paroi tubulaire (35), une bague de pression (44), conçue de préférence comme profilé gonflable, du bâti de serrage (38) étant attribuée éventuellement à la paroi tubulaire (35) et celle-ci étant conçue de façon à pouvoir coulisser radialement et/ou parallèlement à l'axe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par au moins un pied de poussée (43) guidant la bague de pression (44), qui entoure un bras de serrage (40) parallèle à l'axe, du bâti de serrage (38) et peut coulisser et peut être fixé sur celui-ci de façon parallèle à l'axe.
- Dispositif selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'orifice (51) du récipient (50) à base de matériau déformable peut être fixée entre le bâti de serrage (38) et le tuyau de liaison (34, 34a).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (50) pour le logement des débris (Q) pulvérulents est disposé sous la forme de sac intérieur dans un sac (46) extérieur qui l'entoure et les deux sacs sont maintenus dans le conteneur (10, 10a) rigide, un dispositif de fixation (28) annulaire étant placé éventuellement pour la zone d'orifice (47) du sac d'enveloppe ou du sac extérieur (46) sur un percement (23), à attribuer au conteneur (10, 10a) rigide, du capot (22) ou du bac à capot (80) ou du système de capot (80a, 80b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par une bague profilée (28) entourant le percement (23), à la surface extérieure de laquelle est attribué au moins un profil de pression (30,31) comme élément de serrage pour la zone d'orifice (47) du sac extérieur (46), la bague profilée présentant éventuellement une barrette de base (29) extérieure comme support pour un profil de pression (31).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de liaison (34a) est raccordé au moyen d'un élément de liaison (70) à un système de transport (88) pneumatique, l'élément de liaison (70) se rétrécissant éventuellement à partir du tuyau de liaison (34a) à la façon d'un entonnoir at/ou étant équipé d'un dispositif (74) cassant des blocages dans les débris (Q) pulvérulents (figure 20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que sur l'arbre (64), deux systèmes de capot (80b) sont attribués l'un à l'autre à la distance (q) et leurs tuyaux de liaison (34a) coaxiaux sont reliés par une vanne de dosage (122), des unités piston/cylindre (76) dotées chacune d'une plaque support (78) dépassant éventuellement des deux systèmes de capot (80b) l'une par rapport à l'autre et dans le sens opposé et/ou des éléments de pesée (124) étant prévus entre les systèmes de capot (80b) opposés.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par un dispositif de basculement pouvant être actionné manuellement ou automatiquement, qui est conçu pour un angle de rotation d'au moins 180°C.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que sur l'arbre (64) est disposé un appareil de processus (110) pouvant tourner avec cet arbre, duquel part le tuyau de liaison (34a) radialement par rapport à l'arbre, une moitié de caisse (112t), maintenant ce tuyau, de l'appareil de processus étant attribuée à la caisse de logement (66a) du dispositif (61) et l'autre moitié de caisse étant dotée d'un élément de remplissage (111) pouvant être fermée (figure 21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé par au moins une moitié de caisse (112, 112t) se rétrécissant au niveau de la section à partir de l'arbre (64), un organe de fermeture (116) étant disposé éventuellement entre la moitié de caisse (112t) qui se rétrécit vers le tuyau de liaison (34a) et le tuyau de liaison.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18 ou 19, caractérisé en ce qu'une douille (113) commune et entourant l'arbre (64) se raccorde des deux côtés à chacune des moitiés de caisse (112, 112t), un élément de tableau (114) radial pour la raison avec la caisse de logement (66a) étant fixé éventuellement sur la douille (113).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 20, caractérisé en ce qu'un moteur (M) est raccordé à l'arbre (64).
- Procédé pour le versement de débris. (Q) pulvérulents à un récipient (50) à base de matériau déformable, en particulier dans un sac, qui est disposé dans an conteneur (10, 10a) à base de matériau rigide et qui est placé temporairement en amont d'un système de sas contenant une boîte à gants, avec l'utilisation du dispositif selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le sac (50) recevant les débris (Q) est inséré dans un autre sac (26) et est disposé avec celui-ci dans le conteneur (10, 10a) rigide, après quoi le conteneur rigide est raccordé de façon étanche à un capot (22) conçu comme boîte à gants ou un bac à capot (80) ou un système de capot (80a, 80b) et la zone d'orifice (25) du sac intérieur ouvert est reliée à un tuyau de liaison (34).
- Procédé selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que le débris (Q) est amené dosé à un autre sac intérieur et/ou les débris (Q) sont amenés à un réacteur (92).
