Claims (9)

  1. Verpackung (75) zum Verpacken eines Lebensmittels (70) der Art umfassend:
    - eine erste Folie (1), welche als Becher (2) zur Aufnahme des Lebensmittels ausgebildet ist und einen Boden (3) umfasst, der eine im Wesentlichen dreieckige Form aufweist und von zwei Seitenwänden (9, 11), die an einer Spitze (15) aufeinandertreffen, sowie von einer einen Absatz (13) bildenden, der Spitze gegenüberliegenden Wand begrenzt ist, und
    - eine zweite Folie (71), zum Abdecken des Lebensmittels (70) und zum Verschließen des Bechers (2),
    wobei die erste Folie (1) eine Zuglasche (58) zum Verursachen von Rissen sowie Mittel (51a, 51b) zum Führen der Risse umfasst, um das Öffnen der Verpackung zu ermöglichen, wobei sich die Führungsmittel (51a, 51b) im Wesentlichen entlang seitlicher Ränder (5, 7) des Bodens (3) bis in die den Absatz (13) bildende Wand erstrecken und wobei sich erste Enden (53a, 53b) der Führungsmittel bis in eine Klappe (21) erstrecken, welche den Absatz (13) verlängert und die zweite Folie (71) wieder bedeckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die erste Folie (1) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist und die ersten Enden (53a, 53b) der Führungsmittel (51a, 51b) seitlich voneinander beabstandet sind und zwischen sich in der Klappe (21) die Zuglasche (58) ausbilden.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Rand (45, 47, 48) der Klappe (21) seitlich außerhalb der Zuglasche (58) Abschnitte (41, 43) zum Auslösen des Risses angeordnet sind.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Führungsmittel (51a, 51b) entlang der Seitenränder (5, 7) des Absatzes (13) erstrecken.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die zweiten Enden (55a, 55b) der Führungsmittel (51a, 51b) bis in eine Flügelklappe (69) erstrecken, die die Spitze (15) verlängert und auf eine der Seitenwände (9, 11) umgeklappt ist.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuglasche (58) sich im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite des Absatzes (13) erstreckt.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel auf die erste Folie (1) aufgebrachte Streifen (51a, 51b) umfassen.
  7. Einheit (73) umfassend eine Verpackung (75) und ein in der Verpackung verpacktes Nahrungsmittel (70), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung eine Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ist.
  8. Einheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Nahrungsmittel (70) Schmelzkäse ist.
  9. Folie (1) zur Herstellung eines Verpackungsbechers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese
    - einen Abschnitt, der dazu vorgesehen ist, einen im Wesentlichen eine dreieckige Form aufweisenden Boden (3) zu bilden,
    - zwei Abschnitte, die dazu vorgesehen sind, zwei entlang einer Spitze (15) aufeinandertreffende Seitenwände (9, 11) zu bilden,
    - einen Abschnitt, der dazu vorgesehen ist, einen der Spitze (15) gegenüberliegenden Absatz (13) zu bilden,
    - Mittel (51a, 51b) zum Führen der Risse, welche sich im Wesentlichen entlang seitlicher Ränder (5, 7) des zur Bildung des Bodens (3) vorgesehenen Abschnitts bis in einen zur Bildung des Absatzes (13) vorgesehenen Abschnitt erstrecken, wobei die Führungsmittel (51a, 51b) erste Enden (53a, 53b) umfassen, die sich bis in eine Klappe (21) erstrecken, die dazu vorgesehen ist, den Absatz (13) zu verlängern, umfasst
    und dadurch, dass die erste Folie aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist und die ersten Enden (53a, 53b) der Führungsmittel seitlich voneinander beabstandet sind und zwischen sich in der Klappe (21) eine Zuglasche (58) zum Verursachen des Einreißens der Verpackung ausbilden.
