Claims (15)
- Echangeur de chaleur comprenant au moins un bac collecteur (2), en deux parties, se composant d'un fond (4) et d'un couvercle (5) et présentant au moins deux conduits longitudinaux (8, 9) ayant une section sensiblement de forme circulaire, et comprenant des tubes plats (3) où les tubes plats (3) présentent des extrémités tubulaires (3a), et le fond (4) des ouvertures (11) servant au logement des extrémités tubulaires (3a), et où le fond (4), le couvercle (5) et les tubes plats (3) sont brasés ensemble,
caractérisé en ce que le fond (4) et le couvercle (5) sont respectivement fabriqués, en particulier comme étant gaufrés, dans un larget pour tôle, et présentent au moins une zone de paroi de séparation longitudinale centrale (12, 13) comprenant des conduits transversaux (10) disposés dans la zone des tubes plats (3) et des surfaces de contact (14, 15) disposées entre les tubes plats (3), et sont brasés dans la zone des surfaces de contact (14, 15), où les surfaces de contact (14, 15) du fond (4) et du couvercle (5) sont configurées, sur le côté intérieur, comme des parties en relief dont les parties en creux (18, 17) correspondent sur le côté extérieur, et caractérisé en ce que les conduits transversaux (10) sont gaufrés, sur le côté intérieur, comme des parties en creux dont les parties en relief (19, 20) correspondent sur le côté extérieur. - Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond (4) et le couvercle (5) présentent, dans la zone des parties en relief et des parties en creux, une épaisseur de paroi s presque constante.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le bac collecteur (2) présente un plan de séparation (6) disposé au milieu, et en ce que des parties en relief et des parties en creux sont disposées de façon symétrique par rapport au plan de séparation (6).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le bac collecteur (2) présente un plan de séparation (6) disposé au milieu, et en ce que des parties en relief et des parties en creux sont disposées de façon non symétrique par rapport au plan de séparation (6).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les parties en relief et les parties en creux forment, en coupe longitudinale, un profil en forme de trapèze.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de contact (14, 15) sont configurées presque comme des surfaces rectangulaires (14, 15).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) et le fond (4) présentent respectivement une zone de bordure dans laquelle ils sont brassés.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la zone de bordure du fond (4) présente des moulures (7) et / ou des pattes.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la zone de bordure du fond empiète sur la zone de bordure du couvercle (5).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) présente des moulures et / ou des pattes.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la zone de bordure du couvercle empiète sur la zone de bordure du fond.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bac collecteur (22) présente au moins trois conduits longitudinaux (24, 25, 26) et au moins deux parois de séparation longitudinale (30, 31) comportant des parties en relief et des parties en creux (32, 33).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux conduits longitudinaux présentent des sections différentes.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux surfaces de contact présentent des tailles ou des sections différentes, en particulier en largeur et / ou en longueur.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'échangeur de chaleur est configuré, ou bien peut fonctionner, comme un refroidisseur de gaz ou comme un condenseur.
