Claims (31)

  1.   23. Boîte selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que les parties en creux (138, 144, 146), qui sont prévues dans la première paroi (136 ou 22a), dans la deuxième paroi (142 ou 24a) et dans le fond (20a), sont configurées en communiquant entre elles.
  24. Boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 23, caractérisée en ce que la partie en creux (138), qui est prévue dans la première paroi (136 ou 22a), est placée à distance de l'extrémité (152) - tournée vers le couvercle (18a)-de cette première paroi (136 ou 22a), et en ce que la partie en creux (144), qui est prévue dans la deuxième paroi (142 ou 24a), est placée à distance de l'extrémité (154) - tournée vers le couvercle (18a)-de cette deuxième paroi (142 ou 24a).
  25. Boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 24, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (18a) présente au moins une partie en creux (94a), en particulier une moulure ou une rainure formée en creux, dans laquelle s'étend la troisième paroi (140 ou 34).
  26. Boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 25, caractérisée en ce que le bord circulaire de la troisième paroi (140 ou 34) s'étend de façon circulaire pratiquement en totalité dans des parties en creux, et ce, en particulier dans des parties en creux (138, 144, 146, 94a) qui sont prévues dans la première paroi (136 ou 22a), dans la deuxième paroi (142 ou 24a), dans le fond (20a) et dans le couvercle (18a).
  27. Boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 26, caractérisée en ce que la troisième paroi (140 ou 34) s'engage dans les parties en creux (138, 144) de la première paroi (136 ou 22a) et de la deuxième paroi (142 ou 24a), à la façon d'un assemblage par encliquetage.
  28. Boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 27, caractérisée en ce que la troisième paroi (140 ou 34) forme, de façon conjointe avec les parties en creux (138, 144) de la première paroi (136 ou 22a) et de la deuxième paroi (142 ou 24a), un assemblage par encliquetage, et en ce que la troisième paroi (140 ou 34) est maintenue sur la première paroi (136 ou 22a) et sur la deuxième paroi (142 ou 24a), par des moyens d'assemblage supplémentaires, tels qu'un assemblage par soudage ou un assemblage par brasage.
  29. Boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 28, caractérisée en ce que la troisième paroi (140 ou 34) présente une patte (160) qui s'étend vers l'extérieur à travers une ouverture de passage (160) de l'une des parois ou couvercle (18a) délimitant la boîte (130) vers l'extérieur.
  30. Echangeur de chaleur, en particulier refroidisseur pour un véhicule automobile, comprenant un bloc (14) de tubes et d'ailettes et une boîte (10 ou 12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où les tubes du bloc (14) de tubes et d'ailettes, se trouvant dans la zone du fond (20 ou 20a) de la boîte (10 ou 12), débouchent dans ledit fond.
  31. Procédé de fabrication d'une boîte servant à recevoir un fluide, tel que du liquide de refroidissement, pour un échangeur de chaleur (1), procédé en particulier pour la fabrication d'une boîte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 29, caractérisée en ce que les parois délimitant l'espace intérieur de la boîte, qui sont en particulier deux parois latérales (22, 24 ou 22a, 24a), deux parois frontales (26, 28 ou 26a, 28a), un couvercle (18 ou 18a) et un fond (20 ou 20a) disposé à l'opposé du couvercle (18 ou 18a), sont formées par deux pièces respectivement d'un seul tenant, en particulier des tôles, où ces tôles sont découpées au cours d'une première étape, sont recourbées au cours d'une deuxième étape et, au cours d'une troisième étape, sont assemblées l'une à l'autre par brasage, et où avant, pendant ou après la première étape et, avant ou pendant la deuxième étape et, avant la troisième étape, l'une de ces deux pièces, qui présente une partie servant à la formation d'un fond prévu pour le logement de tubes de raccordement, est soumise à un emboutissage profond.
