Claims (14)

  1. Métier à tricoter circulaire comprenant au moins un support (1) doté d'outils de tricotage mobiles (2, 3) et une serrure (4), qui comporte de nombreuses zones de tricotage (71) conçues pour déplacer des outils de tricotage (2, 3) sélectionnés dans une position de réception du fil, auxquelles est chaque fois associé un changeur de fil (73 et 74) pour former des rayeurs, chaque changeur de fil présentant au moins deux jeteurs de fil (22) pouvant aller et venir entre une position de base et une position de travail, pour amener les fils sélectionnés aux outils de tricotage (2, 3) mis en position de réception du fil, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone de tricotage (71) peut être regroupée soit avec un rayeur formé par un premier changeur de fil (74) associé à cette zone de tricotage (71), soit avec un rayeur formé par le premier changeur de fil (74) associé et par au moins un second changeur de fil (73) précédant directement le premier par rapport au sens de tricotage, pour former facultativement un ensemble de tricotage commun, en rendant inactive la zone de tricotage (71) associée au second changeur de fil (73) qui précède le premier et en plaçant des fils (78, 79) amenés sélectivement par le premier et le second changeur de fil (73, 74) dans les outils de tricotage (2, 3) mis en position de réception du fil au niveau de la zone de tricotage (71).
  2. Métier à tricoter selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support (1) est monté de manière à tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (18), et en ce que la serrure (4) et les changeurs de fil (73, 74) sont disposés fixement sur le pourtour du support (1).
  3. Métier à tricoter selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'entraînement (81) est associé aux changeurs de fil (73, 74), au moyen duquel des fils (78) amenés par le second changeur de fil (73) peuvent être transférés vers la zone de tricotage (71).
  4. Métier à tricoter selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraînement (81) est fixé sur une bague d'appui (10) elle-même montée de manière à tourner avec le support (1) autour de l'axe de rotation (18).
  5. Métier à tricoter selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraînement (81) comporte un moyen de serrage destiné à saisir au moins les fils (78) amenés par le second changeur de fil (73).
  6. Métier à tricoter selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de serrage comprend un organe de serrage (81a) élastique qui serre automatiquement les fils (78).
  7. Métier à tricoter selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au voisinage de la zone de tricotage (71) est placé un organe ouvreur (85) destiné à ouvrir le moyen de serrage.
  8. Métier à tricoter selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe ouvreur (85) est fixe.
  9. Métier à tricoter selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les changeurs de fil (73, 74) présentent des jeteurs de fil (76, 77) qui sont chacun en liaison active avec un levier de sélection, des éléments de coupe et de serrage (80c, 84c) associés aux jeteurs de fil (76, 77), ainsi que des dispositifs d'ouverture et de fermeture pour actionner les éléments de coupe et de serrage (80c, 84c), et en ce que sont prévus au moins un sélecteur (56) destiné à sélectionner les leviers de sélection et au moins une came de commande (64) destinée à actionner les dispositifs d'ouverture et de fermeture.
  10. Métier à tricoter selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'ouverture et de fermeture peuvent être chacun actionnés par un mécanisme de renvoi (30 à 35) commandé par la came de commande (64).
  11. Métier à tricoter selon l'une des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un guide-fil (17) est présent dans la zone de tricotage (71), et en ce que l'élément d'entraînement (81) est réalisé sur un enfileur (66) destiné à placer les fils sélectionnés (78, 79) dans le guide-fil (17).
  12. Métier à tricoter selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé en tant que bordeuse circulaire, en ce qu'il présente un cylindre à aiguilles et un disque à côtes doté de rainures destinées à recevoir des outils de tricotage (2, 3), et en ce que l'élément d'entraînement (81) est fixé sur au moins une plaquette d'appui déposée dans au moins l'une des rainures.
  13. Élément d'entraînement pour un métier à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 3, doté de rayeurs, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraînement (81) comporte un moyen de serrage destiné à saisir au moins les fils (78) amenés par le second changeur de fil (73).
  14. Elément d'entraînement selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de serrage comprenant un organe de serrage (81a) élastique qui serre automatiquement les fils (78).
