In diesem untergeschuppten Schuppenstrom liegt die Vorderkante eines jeden Bogens jeweils unterhalb des unmittelbar vorhergehenden Bogens. Im Ergebnis wird also beim Vereinzeln die Reihenfolge der Bogen nicht verändert. Hinter dem Bogenanleger ist in der Vorrichtung eine Wendeeinrichtung vorgesehen, mit der der Schuppenstrom gewendet wird. Durch die Wendung des Schuppenstroms wird im Ergebnis erreicht, dass jeder Bogen im Bereich seiner Vorderkante frei zugänglich ist. Zur eigentlichen Ausrichtung der einzelnen Bogen ist dann hinter der Wendeeinrichtung eine Fördereinrichtung vorgesehen, mit der die Bogen einzeln zum Vorderkantenanschlag des Auflagetisches gefördert werden. - 2. Vorrichtung nach Definition 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Vorrichtung (01) eine Seitenziehmarke (07) vorgesehen ist, an der eine Seitenkante der Bogen (04) im Schuppenstrom seitlich ausrichtbar ist.
- 3. Vorrichtung nach Definition 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenziehmarke (07) zwischen Bogenanleger (02) und Wendeeinrichtung (06) angeordnet ist.
- 4. Vorrichtung nach Definition 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördergeschwindigkeit der Bogen (04) nach Ausrichtung der Seitenkante an der Seitenziehmarke (07) zur Vergrößerung der Überlappung der Bogen (04) im Schuppenstrom verringert wird.
- 5. Vorrichtung nach einer der Definitionen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Wendeinrichtung (06) eine Walze (13), vorgesehen ist, an deren Umfang die Bogen (04) des Schuppenstroms zur Anlage gebracht und durch rotatorischen Antrieb der Walze (13) gewendet werden können.
- 6. Vorrichtung nach Definition 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Wendeinrichtung (06) Führungsbänder (12) vorgesehen sind, mit denen die Bogen (04) zumindest abschnittsweise an den Umfang der Walze (13) angedrückt werden können.
- 7. Vorrichtung nach Definition 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsbänder (12) zumindest am Auslauf der Wendeeinrichtung (06) als Saugbänder (12) ausgebildet sind.
- 8. Verfahren zur Ausrichtung von Bogen (04) mit folgenden Schritten:
- die Bogen (04) werden von einem Stapel einzeln getrennt und ein Schuppenstrom gebildet,
- dieser Schuppenstrom wird gewendet, so dass die obenliegende Seite der Bogen(04) unten liegt,
- die Bogen (04) werden an einem Vorderkantenanschlag ausgerichtet und einneuer Stapel gebildet.
- 9. Verfahren nach Definition 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogen (04) zum Wenden von 150° - 210° an eine einzige Walze (13) geführt werden.
- 10. Vorrichtung (01) zum Transport von Bogen (04) mittels mindestens einer einen Saugkörper (18) aufweisenden Fördereinrichtung (17), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkörper (18) über einen aus mehreren Bogen (04) bestehenden Stapel angeordnet ist und zwischen Saugkörper (18) und Stapel geschuppte Bogen (04) zum Stapel zuführbar sind.
- 11. Vorrichtung nach einer der vorhergehenden Definitionen , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördergeschwindigkeit der Fördereinrichtung (17) veränderbar, insbesondere regelbar oder steuerbar, ist.
- 12. Vorrichtung nach einer der vorhergehenden Definitionen , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinrichtung (17) in der Art einer Saugkörpereinheit (17) ausgebildet ist, deren Saugkörper (18) die Bogen (04) des Schuppenstroms im Bereich der frei zugänglichen Vorderkante ansaugen und durch entsprechenden Antrieb gegen den Vorderkantenanschlag fördern.
- 13.
Vorrichtung nach Definition 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugkörper (18) in der Art von rotatorisch antreibbaren Saugwalzen (18) ausgebildet sind. - 14.
