Damit die von der Saugkörpereinheit 17 auf die Bogen 04 der neuen Lage ausgeübte Gewichtskraft die Ausrichtung der Vorderkante nicht behindert, kann die Höhe der neuen Lage mit einem nicht dargestellten Sensor gemessen und die Saugkörpereinheit 17 in Abhängigkeit dieses Messwertes vertikal verstellt werden. Claims (4)

  1. An apparatus (01) for transporting sheets (04) by means of at least one conveying arrangement (17) conformed as a suction-body unit comprising suction bodies (18), said suction-bodies (18) being arranged above a sheet stack comprising a plurality of sheets (04), imbricated sheets being fed to the sheet stack between the suction-body and sheet stack, the suction-body unit (17) being mounted in a vertically displaceable manner, characterized in that the suction-bodies (18) are formed as suction rollers which are drivable in rotation, in that the suction bodies suck the sheets (04) of the imbricated stream in the region of a freely accessible leading-edge and convey them by appropriate actuation against a leading-edge stop.
  2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the conveying speed of the conveying arrangement (17) can be changed, in particular regulated or controlled.
  3. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the suction-body unit (17) is mounted resiliently.
