In Figur 1 ist ein Anlegtisch 1 mit in einer Position an diesen befindlichen Anlegmarken 2, die jeweils aus einer Vordermarke 3 und einer Deckmarke 4 bestehen, dargestellt. Dem Anlegtisch 1 ist eine Bogenbeschleunigungsvorrichtung 5, die im Ausführungsbeispiel als Schwinganlage 6 ausgebildet ist, und dieser eine Anlegtrommel 7 nachgeordnet. Bogen 8 werden in einer Förderrichtung 9 von einem nicht dargestellten Bändertisch auf den Anlegtisch 1 transportiert.
In Förderrichtung 9 vor den in ihrer Position am Anlegtisch 1 befindlichen Anlegmarken 2 ist diesen eine Bogenleiteinrichtung 10 zugeordnet. Die Bogenleiteinrichtung 10 besteht aus einer sich über die Breite des Anlegtischs 1 erstreckenden Grundleiste 11, die seitlich in nicht dargestellten Führungen senkrecht zur Förderrichtung 9 verschieb- und arretierbar gelagert ist. In Förderrichtung 9 vor der Grundleiste 11 sind Leitelemente 12 vorgesehen. Die Leitelemente 12 sind im Abstand nebeneinander an der Grundleiste 11 angeordnet und erstrecken sich parallel zur Förderrichtung 9. Sie sind verschieb- und arretierbar mit der Grundleiste 11 verbunden. In Förderrichtung 9 nach der Grundleiste 11 sind Führungselemente 13 beabstandet zueinander vorgesehen. Sie sind fest mit der Grundleiste 11 verbunden und verlaufen parallel zur Förderrichtung 9. Die Führungselemente 13 erstrecken sich von der Grundleiste 11 über die Anlegmarken 2 etwa zur Anlegtrommel 7.
Die der Oberfläche des Anlegtischs 1 zugewandte Fläche der Grundleiste 11 ist als eine die Bogen 8 führende Grundleistenleitfläche 14 ausgebildet. Die der Grundleiste 11 vorgeordneten Leitelemente 12 weisen ebenfalls eine der Oberfläche des Anlegtischs 1 zugewandten Grundfläche auf, die als Leitfläche 15 ausgeführt ist. Die Leitfläche 15 und die Grundleistenleitfläche 14 bilden eine durchgehende Ebene, deren Abstand zur Oberfläche des Anlegtischs 1 in Abhängigkeit von der Materialstärke der zur Verarbeitung gelangenden Bogen 8 eingestellt werden kann. Dazu wird die Grundleiste 11 in den nicht dargestellten seitlichen Führungen senkrecht zur Förderrichtung 9 verschoben und arretiert. Es ist auch möglich, die Grundleiste 11 mit einer den Abstand der Deckmarken 4 zur Oberfläche des Anlegtischs 1 verändernden Stelleinheit zu koppeln und zwangsweise mit der Höheneinstellung der Deckmarken 4 die Grundleiste 11 nachzuführen und damit den Abstand der Grundleistenleitfläche 14 sowie den Leitflächen 15 zur Oberfläche des Anlegtischs 1 anzupassen. Die Grundleiste 11 kann auch in oder entgegen der Förderrichtung 9 verschiebbar gelagert sein, um die Lage der Bogenleiteinrichtung 10 zu den Anlegmarken 2 dem zur Verarbeitung gelangenden Bogenmaterial anpassen zu können.
Die dem Anlegtisch 1 zugewandte Fläche der Führungselemente 13 ist als Führungskurve 16 ausgebildet. Die Grundleistenleitfläche 14 geht harmonisch in die Führungskurven 16 über, die ein konkave Charakteristik aufweist.
Es ist möglich, die der Oberfläche des Anlegtischs 1 zugewandten Flächen der Leitelemente 12 direkt als Leitflächen 15 auszubilden. Die Leitflächen 15 können aber auch durch zusätzliche Leitbleche 17 realisiert werden, welche auswechselbar jeweils mit den Leitelementen 12 verbunden sind. Dadurch ist es möglich unterschiedlich breite Leitbleche 17 vorzusehen und mit diesen die Bogenleiteinrichtung 10 diffizil den zur Verarbeitung gelangenden Bedruckstoffen anzupassen (Fig. 2).
Die Bogen 8 werden von einem nicht dargestellten Bändertisch schuppenförmig in Förderrichtung 9 auf dem Anlegtisch 1 transportiert. Die Grundleiste 11 ist so eingestellt, dass die Grundleistenleitfläche 14 in einem zur Materialstärke der zur Verarbeitung gelangenden Bogen 8 angepassten Abstand bezüglich der Oberfläche des Anlegtischs 1 verläuft. Entsprechend sind die Leitflächen 15 der Leitelemente 12 in einem ebensolchen Abstand zur Oberfläche des Anlegtischs 1 positioniert, so dass die Bogen 8 ausgestrichen und mit ihrer Vorderkante sicher unter die Deckmarken 4 sowie gegen die Vordermarken 3 geführt werden. Der mit der Vorderkante an den Vordermarken 3 anliegende Bogen 8 kann nachfolgend nach der Seitenkante ausgerichtet werden. Danach wird der ausgerichtete Bogen 8 von der Bogenbeschleunigungsvorrichtung 5 erfasst, die Anlegmarken 2 werden aus ihrer Position am Anlegtisch 1 z. B. in eine Position unter diesen verbracht und der ausgerichtete Bogen 8 wird zur Anlegtrommel 7 transportiert, während ein nachfolgender Bogen 8 auf den Anlegtisch 1 geführt wird. Durch die Führungskurven 16 wird das freie Ende des von der Bogenbeschleunigungsvorrichtung 5 transportierten Bogens 8 zwangsweise geführt und damit eine Beschädigung des freien Endes und ein Mitreißen des nachfolgenden Bogens 8 vermieden.
