Description

The invention relates to a sheet-fed system of a sheet-fed printing machine with a sheet guiding device, a feed table, this assignable Anlegmarken for aligning in a conveying direction on the feed table and with the leading edge against the Anlegmarke and with a sheet aligned and leading into the sheet-fed press arc accelerating device, said the sheet guiding device is arranged above the feed table and includes guide elements provided at intervals transversely to the conveying direction.

Out DE 296 15 996 U1 is such a guide known. It consists essentially of a over the width of the feed table extending hollow shaft which is mounted concentrically on a shaft which is guided in frame-fixed side plates. The hollow shaft is fixed in one of the side plates by means of an eccentric bearing. On the hollow shaft holders are clamped at intervals, which carry at its free end serving as guide elements roles. The rollers can be adjusted via the eccentric bearing on the material thickness of the sheet to be processed, while the distance between the rollers can be changed to the Anlegmarken by means of an attacking on the shaft actuator.
With this sheet guiding device is to be achieved that the incoming on the feed table sheets are securely transported with the leading edge to the feed marks. If the markers consist of front or top marks, this means that the leading edge must be under the top marks and the front marks. In addition to be prevented by the sheet guiding, that is entrained by the subtending sheet of the next sheet, ie from the free end of the subtending sheet, the leading edge of the follower sheet is pulled over the already returned to the feed table Anlegmarken, resulting in business interruptions.
A disadvantage of this known device is the effort required for the realization and the fact that the sheets are guided only by a small guide surface of the sheet guiding device on the feed table. Thus, the sheets are not struck on the feed table and thin materials stimulated wrinkling, which leads to overall productivity losses of the downstream sheet-fed press. In addition, it is disadvantageous that the free ends of the peeling sheet is not guided during transport by a sheet accelerator to a feed drum. This can lead to a so-called whip effect, which leads to material damage. Ultimately it is disadvantageous that it is processing thick substrates lead to a high level of noise when the sheet trailing edge is released by the vanes.

In the EP 0 822 154 A2 a device for the sheet feeding to a printing machine is described in which a suction cross is provided above the feed table for lifting the free end of a withdrawing sheet. The Saugtraverse are assigned in the Anlegmarken facing area guide rollers that pull the subtending sheet down against the feed table and over the edges of the feed marks.
Thus, there is a risk that scratching the underside of the peeling sheet causes the quality of the machine to be limited in productivity. In addition, the device is complicated by the use of cyclically controlled suction / blowing air and their adaptation to the material to be processed, the possibility can not be excluded that the subsequent sheet by lifting the free end of the withdrawing sheet, especially in the processing of absorbent material be torn, which leads to double-sheet and thus productivity losses.

The object of the invention is to provide a sheet guiding device with simple means in such a way that the productivity of the entire system increases and noise pollution is reduced.

According to the invention the object is achieved by a sheet guiding device according to the features of claim 1.
With the solution according to the invention, a sheet guiding device which can be realized with a simple manner is created, with which even troublesome sheet material can be applied without disruption to the laying marks and fed to the downstream printing press.

FIG. 2
a perspective view of a sheet guiding device.

In Figure 1, a feed table 1 with located in a position on these Anlegmarken 2, each consisting of a front 3 and a top mark 4, shown. The feed table 1 is a bow acceleration device 5, which is formed in the embodiment as a vibrating system 6, and this downstream of a feed drum 7. Sheet 8 are transported in a conveying direction 9 by a belt table, not shown, on the feed table 1.
In the conveying direction 9 in front of the located in their position on the feed table 1 Anlegmarken 2 this is associated with a sheet guiding device 10. The sheet guiding device 10 consists of an over the width of the feed table 1 extending base strip 11, which is mounted laterally displaceable in the guides not shown perpendicular to the conveying direction 9 and lockable. In the conveying direction 9 in front of the base strip 11 guide elements 12 are provided. The guide elements 12 are arranged at a distance next to one another on the base strip 11 and extend parallel to the conveying direction 9. They are displaceable and lockable connected to the base strip 11. In the conveying direction 9 after the base strip 11 guide elements 13 are provided spaced from each other. They are firmly connected to the base strip 11 and extend parallel to the conveying direction 9. The guide elements 13 extend from the base bar 11 via the Anlegmarken 2 about to the feed drum. 7
The surface of the feed table 1 facing surface of the base strip 11 is formed as a bow 8 leading Grundleistenleitfläche 14. The base strip 11 upstream guide elements 12 also have a surface of the feed table 1 facing base, which is designed as a guide surface 15. The guide surface 15 and the Grundleistenleitfläche 14 form a continuous plane, the distance to the surface of the feed table 1 in dependence on the material thickness of the reaching for processing sheet 8 can be adjusted. For this purpose, the base strip 11 is moved and locked in the lateral guides, not shown, perpendicular to the conveying direction 9. It is also possible to couple the base strip 11 with a setting of the distance of the deck marks 4 to the surface of the feed table 1 adjusting and forcibly with the height adjustment of the deck marks 4, the base strip 11 and thus the distance of the Grundleistenleitfläche 14 and the fins 15 to the surface of the Adjustment table 1. The base strip 11 may also be displaceably mounted in or against the conveying direction 9 in order to be able to adapt the position of the sheet guiding device 10 to the laying marks 2 for the sheet material to be processed.
The plant table 1 facing surface of the guide elements 13 is formed as a guide curve 16. The Grundleistenleitfläche 14 goes harmoniously into the guide curves 16, which has a concave characteristic.
It is possible to form the surface of the feed table 1 facing surfaces of the guide elements 12 directly as guide surfaces 15. However, the guide surfaces 15 can also be realized by additional baffles 17, which are exchangeably connected in each case with the guide elements 12. This makes it possible to provide different width baffles 17 and with these the sheet guide 10 diffizil adapt to the reaching for processing substrates (Fig. 2).
The sheets 8 are transported by a belt table, not shown, scaly in the conveying direction 9 on the feed table 1. The base strip 11 is adjusted so that the Grundleistenleitfläche 14 in a matched to the material thickness of the reaching for processing sheet 8 distance with respect to the surface of the feed table 1 extends. Accordingly, the guide surfaces 15 of the guide elements 12 are positioned at such a distance from the surface of the feed table 1, so that the sheet 8 are struck and guided with its leading edge securely below the cover marks 4 and against the front marks 3. The voltage applied to the front edge 3 with the leading edge 3 sheet 8 can be aligned below the side edge. Thereafter, the aligned sheet 8 is detected by the sheet accelerating device 5, the Anlegmarken 2 are from its position on the feed table 1 z. B. spent in a position under this and the aligned Sheet 8 is transported to the application drum 7, while a subsequent sheet 8 is guided on the feed table 1. By the guide curves 16, the free end of the transported by the sheet accelerating device 5 sheet 8 is forcibly guided, thus avoiding damage to the free end and entrainment of the subsequent sheet 8. In addition, noise pollution during the processing of thick sheet material is avoided by the continuous transition of the Grundleistenleitfläche 14 in the guide curves 16.
