Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Halten einer Last auf einem Lasttragmittel eines Flurförderzeugs mit den folgenden Merkmalen:eine Tragkonstruktion ist mittels eines Hubantriebs höhenverstellbar oberhalb des Lasttragmittels angebrachtdie Tragkonstruktion weist mehrere über eine Fläche verteilt vertikale Führungen auf, in denen jeweils ein Stempel (8) vertikal geführt istan der Tragkonstruktion ist eine Klemmvorrichtung angebracht, mit der die Stempel (8) in beliebiger Höhenlage in den Führungen festklemmbar sind undeine Betätigungsvorrichtung für die Klemmvorrichtung zum wahlweisen Klemmen oder Freigeben der Stempel (8) in ihren Führungen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion in einem Hubgerüst (2) des Flurförderzeugs (1) geführt und von einem Hubzylinder (16), einem Kettentrieb oder dergleichen angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Führungen von Hülsen oder Bohrungen (22) in der Tragkonstruktion gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion eine Tragplatte (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempel (8) an den oberen Enden einen Anschlag aufweisen, welcher ein Durchrutschen der Stempel (8) nach unten verhindert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Tragkonstruktion eine von der Betätigungsvorrichtung betätigbare Klemmeinheit zwischen einer Freigabe- und einer Klemmstellung begrenzt beweglich horizontal geführt ist und die Klemmeinheit Klemmittel aufweist, die in der Klemmstellung klemmend bzw. reibend seitlich mit den Stempeln (8) in Eingriff bringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsvorrichtung einen Betätigungszylinder (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungszylinder (14) einfach wirkend ist und eine Vorspannfeder (12) die Klemmeinheit in die Klemmstellung vorspannt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmittel ein Reibelement ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemm- oder Reibelement ein elastisches horizontal angeordnetes Band (11) ist, das in der Klemmstellung den zugehörigen Stempel (8) teilweise kraftschlüssig umschlingt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinheit eine Rahmenkonstruktion ist, die horizontal linear an der Tragkonstruktion geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinheit mehrere parallel beabstandete U-Profile (26) aufweist, deren Steg Langlöcher (30) aufweist, durch die Stempel (8) hindurchgeführt sind, und die Klemmittel den Langlöchern (30) zugeordnet sind, die an den Schenkeln der U-Profile (26) angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hubantrieb und die Betätigungsvorrichtung von einer Steuervorrichtung gesteuert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung die Klemmvorrichtung in die Freigabestellung steuert, wenn die Tragkonstruktion bewegt wird und in die Klemmstellung steuert, wenn die Tragkonstruktion im Stillstand ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß erste Sensoren den Stempeln (8) zugeordnet sind, die feststellen, ob ein Stempel (8) um einen vorgegebenen Weg gegenüber der Tragkonstruktion nach oben verstellt worden ist und die Steuervorrichtung die Absenkbewegung der Tragkonstruktion beendet, wenn sie ein erstes Sensorsignal erhält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Tragkonstruktion mit der Steuervorrichtung verbundene Kontakte (24) angebracht sind, die mit einer Kontaktfläche (19) am unteren Ende der Stempel (8) zusammenwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Tragkonstruktion mit der Steuervorrichtung verbundene zweite Sensoren vorgesehen sind, die ein zweites Sensorsignal abgeben, wenn ein Stempel (8) eine vorgegebene untere Stellung erreicht und die Steuervorrichtung die Absenkbewegung der Tragkonstruktion beendet, wenn alle Stempel (8) gegenüber der untersten Stellung angehoben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Tragkonstruktion mit der Steuervorrichtung verbundene zweite Kontaktelemente vorgesehen sind und am oberen Ende der Stempel (8) zweite Kontaktflächen vorgesehen sind, die mit den zweiten Kontaktelementen zusammenwirken, wenn die Stempel in der unteren Stellung sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stempel (8) am oberen Ende eine Verdickung (9) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am unteren Ende der Stempel (8) Teller (10) angebracht sind, deren Unterseiten einen hohen Reibbeiwert aufweisen.
