- roll container for transporting the textile Objects such as laundry, especially dirty laundry used.
- textile Objects such as laundry, especially dirty laundry used.
- several loaded and above all empty roll containers in groups of several Roll container be transported.
- the invention is based on the object, a method and devices of the above to create said type, which makes it possible to roll containers different Automatically transport design and size, in particular in groups.
- a method for achieving this object comprises the measures of claim 1.
- the conveyor also takes care of buffering the roll container, namely any roll container.
- the conveyor is essentially driven only intermittently, if a new roll container is fed to him at the point of loading.
- the roll container with its front castors, which are castors or Bockrollen can act pushed forward on the conveyor and by a subsequent cyclic drive of the conveyor of the respective roll container completely on pulled the conveyor. Then the conveyor is stopped until the next Roll container is pushed to the beginning of the conveyor. This is how a group can be or form row with a small distance successive roll container of any kind.
- the rolling containers are in particular detected sensory when being placed on the conveyor.
- the roll containers will be practically measured, in particular scanned without contact or scanned.
- These Sensory detection, in particular contactless scanning of the roll container takes place especially with regard to their dimension in the conveying direction.
- the cyclic drive of the conveyor Sliding a new roll container started on the same and the other Drive stopped when the roll container is completely on the conveyor located.
- This is an automatic loading of the conveyor with closely spaced Roll containers, in particular different roll containers, possible. By an appropriate control while the distance of the roll container the conveyor variable.
- the device has at least one revolving conveyor.
- the Conveyor preferably has an endless conveyor organ or means of transport.
- the The upper strand of the same forms a conveyor line for transporting the roll container.
- the transport containers are quasi-stationary transportable. That is, it is are used for further transport of the transport containers not the roles of the same; Rather, the roll container stand still for further transport on the moving Upper strand of the conveyor. Because during this onward transport the rollers of the roll container do not move, it does not matter how big the roll containers are, which distances the rollers have and where the steering and fixed castors are located.
- the device may be a group of any roll containers, in particular in any order, form and transport.
- This device has a cleaning device, which is used for disinfecting and / or washing the roll container.
- These Cleaning device has a lockable cab through which the to cleaning roll container preferably of a through the cleaning device extending conveyor are transportable.
- This conveyor has an encircling Means of transport, the upper strand of a conveyor line for transport on the Conveyor stationary roll container forms the cleaning device.
- the conveyor makes it possible to transport any roll container automatically to the cleaning device, Roll container of different size and design, especially with different distribution of the castor and castors and different roller spacings, simply postponed onto the conveyor and from this then a group successive roll container is formed.
- the roll containers are on the Conveyor during the usually cyclic cleaning of a group of Roll containers buffered in the cleaning device and to reload the Cleaning device all or at least part of which is on the additional Conveyor located in front of the cleaning device group of rolling containers for Carried cleaning device.
- the upper strand of the transport assigned at least one in the conveying direction preferably continuous guide.
- the guide which is an elongated guide bar or too Guide rail is stationary, is assigned to the upper strand of the conveyor.
- the at least one stationary guide corresponds to the rollers on one side of each Roll container. In case of different width roll containers so the roll container through the guide along the same guided on the top strand of the conveyor. Thereby ensures that even differently sized roll container oriented and aligned get on the conveyor and so also during the onward transport on the Obertrum the conveyor stop.
- the cross to the Direction extending driver based on the roles, namely at least the front and / or rear rollers of the respective roll container, thereby ensuring that the roll container on the upper run of the conveyor in the Essentially stationary and thereby further transported targeted.
- the drivers provide especially in conjunction with the guides that make up the roll container regardless of their size during onward transport on the conveyor move appreciably relative to the upper run, both in the conveying direction as well transverse to the conveying direction.
- the device for cleaning rolling containers that ends to the cleaning device pointing end of the previously arranged conveyor immediately before passing through the Cabin of the cleaning device extending conveyor.
- This allows the front of the Cleaning device arranged conveyor the roll container for loading the Cleaning device directly on the through the cabin of the cleaning device transporting extending conveyor.
- the arranged in front of the cleaning device Conveyor thus serves not only for buffering still to be cleaned different roll container, but also for rapid loading of the cleaning device. This is the Conveyor before the cleaning device driven so long until a corresponding Number of roll container has been promoted in the cleaning device. Usually are all on the upper strand of the storage or buffer conveyor standing roll container.
- the directed away from the cleaning device End of the conveyor a ramp for driving the roll container on the upper strand assigned.
- the conveyor or at least its loading side end also be embedded in the ground, leaving a substantially stepless or seamless Sliding the roll container on the upper run of the conveyor is possible.
- the pioneering of the cleaning device free end attributable to the conveyor at least one detection means.
- the detection means is like this designed such that it recognizes a pushed onto the conveyor roll container.
- the detection means the beginning and the end of the respective Roll container (seen in the conveying direction) detected, for example, contactless sampled. This makes it known how long the respective roll container is.
- the cyclic drive of the conveyor is controlled. Once the detection agent recognizes the front end of a roll container, the drive of the conveyor started. It is then the roll container from the conveyor on the upper strand of the same drawn. Once the detection means detects that the whole roll container on the Conveyor is located, the drive is stopped. This makes it possible for the conveyor with more or less closely spaced roll containers of different sizes to load automatically. In particular, is controlled by the detection means Propulsion of the conveyor of the distance of successive roll container based corresponding defaults automatically brought about.
- roll container 10 serve for the transport of textile articles, in particular laundry, for example in Laundries. Soiled laundry is usually used with such roll containers 10 in delivered to a laundry. If it is contaminated laundry, for example Hospital laundry, the roll container 10 must be disinfected, before they can resume other laundry, especially clean laundry.
- the roll container 10 have a kind of cage, which is formed from coarse-meshed grids. From such grids consist longitudinal and transverse side walls of the roll container 10. Die Top side of the grid cages formed from the longitudinal and transverse side walls is over the entire surface open. Occasionally, one or two longitudinal or transverse side walls are missing. All Roll containers have four rollers, which vary depending on the size of the roll container Have distances. The rollers can be different in diameter. Some rollers are fixed fixed castors, while others are rotatable Castors are. The roll container 10 differ in the distribution and the Number of castors and fixed castors. Some roll containers 10 have four castors, others only via two castors. Although in the drawings all roll containers are uniformly provided with the reference numeral 10, these do not characterize the same roll container 10, but also differently designed roll container, especially those different size and different number and distribution of the castors.
- the device has a per se known cleaning device in the same time several roll containers (in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3, four roll containers 10) cyclically cleaned, preferably washed and disinfected.
- the Cleaning device 11 has a cuboid cabin 12 for receiving the To be cleaned roll container 10.

- the width of the conveyor belt 23 of the conveyor 18 is dimensioned such that it at least the largest width usual roll container 10 corresponds, preferably is slightly wider.
- the conveyor belt 23 of the conveyor 18 has drivers. In the illustrated embodiment it is the carriers to Mitauerancen 31, the transversely to the Conveying direction 19 directed over the entire width of the conveyor belt 23 of the conveyor 18th run and connected to the conveyor belt 23.
- the conveyor belt 23 has a Variety equally trained Mitauerologyn 31, in the conveying direction 19 with uniform follow each other.
- the distance between adjacent Mit rehabilitation instrumentaln 31 is greater than the maximum diameter of a roll 32 under the roll containers 10 shown embodiment, the distance 31 is about twice as large as the diameter a roller 32 ( Figure 5). This ensures that even with different Axle spacing of the rollers 32 different sized roll container 10 both the front and Also, the rear rollers 32 of each roll container 10 in a pocket 33 between each two consecutive Mit psychologyolin find 31 recording.
- the carriers 31 are connected to the conveyor belt 23, that in the region of the upper strand 21 the Mitauerologicaln 31 perpendicular to the plane of the upper run 21 upwards (Fig. 5 and 6).
- each of the same trained Mit psychologyologicaln 31 is comb-like formed by each Mit psychology utilze 31 emanating from the upper edge 34 rectangular Grooves 35 has.
- a plurality of grooves 35 are uniform Spaces arranged side by side, whereby between adjacent grooves 35 rectangular Increases 36 arise. Preferably, they are alternately consecutive Grooves 35 and elevations 36 provided with approximately the same width (Fig. 8).
- the Like trained grooves 35 have a depth which is slightly less than the height the respective carrier strip 31 (FIG. 8).
- the upper strand 21 of the conveyor 18 are in the embodiment shown two elongated Guides 37 and 38 assigned. If necessary, only one guide 37 or 38 is enough provided.
- the guides 37 and 38 are fixedly mounted over the upper run 21, at a slight distance.
- the elongate guides 37 and 38 extend continuously over the entire length of the conveyor 18, thus extending longitudinally to the conveying direction 19.
- Both guides 37 and 38 are parallel with a small distance to each other, wherein an outer guide 37 a lateral edge 39 of the conveyor belt 38th is assigned (Fig. 8). This guide 37 is thus laterally at a small distance next to the Mitschn 31.
