Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- Polyurethan (PU)-Schaum-Einlegesohle umfassend ein hartes Kernteil (2), das als Formteil aus thermoplastischem Polyurethan ausgebildet und allseitig mit Polyurethanschaumstoff (3) ummantelt ist.
- Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kernteil (2) ein Spritzgussteil ist.
- Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei sich das Kernteil (2) vom Mittelfußbereich bis zum Fersenbereich der Einlegesohle (1) erstreckt.
- Einlegesohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Kernteil (2) mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung (4) aufweist.
- Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 4, wobei die mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung (4) eine durchgehende Bohrungen mit ca. 5 mm bis 10 mm Durchmesser ist.
- Einlegesohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Kernteil (2) im Fersenbereich eine Aussparung (5) aufweist.
- Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Aussparung (5) oval gestaltet ist und in den Hauptachsen Abmessungen von ca. 10 mm bis 40 mm mal 30 bis 70 mm, insbesondere 30 mm mal 50 mm aufweist.
- Einlegesohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Kernteil (2) Fixiermittel aufweist, mit denen es in einer Form festlegbar ist.
- Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Fixiermittel als Bohrungen (6) zur Aufnahme von Stützstiften ausgebildet sind.
- Einlegesohle nach Anspruch 9, wobei eine Bohrungen (6) als Teil einer Rastverbindung ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer PU-Schaum-Einlegesohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 mit folgenden Schritten:Vorfertigen eines Kernteils aus thermoplastischem PolyurethanEinlegen des Kernteils in eine AusschäumformFixieren des Kernteils in der Form durch mindestens einen Stützstift allseitiges Umschäumen des Kernteils mit Polyurethanschaum
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Fixierung dadurch erfolgt, dass das Kernteil drei Bohrungen enthält, in denen es von drei Stützstiften aufgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Fixierung dadurch erfolgt, dass mehr als drei Stützstifte vorgesehen sind, die von entsprechenden Bohrungen des Kernteils aufgenommen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, wobei mindestens einer der Stützstifte so ausgebildet ist, dass er im Kernteil wiederlösbar einrastet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei der mindestens eine Stützstift einen verdickten Kopf aufweist, der nach Art eines Druckknopfes im Kernteil einrastet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, wobei das Kernteil so ausgebildet ist, dass es beim Ausschäumen der Form über Durchtrittsöffnurigen den Durchtritt der PU-Masse gestattet.
