Claims (11)
- Tassenstößel (1) eines Ventiltriebs einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem an einer Seite durch einen Boden (2) verschlossenen hohlzylindrischen Hemd (3), welcher Boden (2) an seiner äußeren Stirnfläche (4) eine Anlauffläche (5) für einen Nocken sowie an dessen innerer Stirnfläche (6) eine zentrische Anlage (7) für ein Gaswechselventil aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Stirnfläche (6) des Bodens (2) einen radial verlaufenden, planen Steg (8) aufweist, zwischen dessen Kanten (9, 10) die Anlage (7) symmetrisch positioniert ist, wobei sich von jeder Kante (9, 10) ein dachartig vom Boden (2) weg abgeschrägter Schenkel (11, 12) an eine Innenseite (13) des Hemdes (3) erstreckt, welche Schenkel (11, 12) sich achssymmetrisch gegenüberliegen.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (1) mit Mitteln (13a) zur Verdrehsicherung gegenüber dessen Umgebungskonstruktion versehen ist, wobei der äußeren Stirnfläche (4) des Bodens (2) ein in Auswanderungsrichtung (A) des Nockens gesehen zylindrischer Verlauf immanent ist.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (8) an der inneren Stirnfläche (6) des Bodens (2) orthogonal zur zylindrischen Erstreckung der äußeren Stirnfläche (4) des Bodens (2) liegt.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mittel (13a) zur Verdrehsicherung ein in einer Aussparung (14) des Hemdes (3) befestigter und dieses zumindest radial nach außen überragender Körper wie eine Rollennadel, ein Stift oder ein stiftähnliches Element vorgesehen ist.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlage (7) für das Gaswechselventil als kegelstumpfähnliche oder nierensegmentartige Erhebung auf dem Steg (8) dargestellt ist.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlage (7) für das Gaswechselventil als tellerartige Einformung im Steg (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlage (7) durch einen spanlosen Fertigungsvorgang wie Prägen generiert ist.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gesamte innere Stirnfläche (6) des Bodens (2) mit dem Steg (8) durch ein spanloses Herstellverfahren wie Prägen oder Fließpressen geschaffen ist.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dachartig abgeschrägten Schenkel (11, 12) als dünnwandige und von der inneren Stirnfläche (6) des Boden (2) beabstandete Rippen ausgebildet sind.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dachartig abgeschrägten Schenkel (11, 12) im wesentlichen konkav oder konvex gekrümmt sind.
- Tassenstößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dachartig abgeschrägten Schenkel (11, 12) im wesentlichen flach verlaufen.
