Definitions
- the invention relates to a housing for enclosing a nozzle, in particular an air-covering nozzle or a Lufttexturierdüse having at least one Faden be operationsö Maschinensnova having Faden prepare for the nozzle.
- a housing cover which covers a housing opening in a housing base, wherein the housing cover with lid edges on housing base edges of the housing base connects.
- Such a housing is referred to as a sound box and used on yarn processing machines, in particular, to dampen the working noise generated by the nozzle.
- Yarn processing machines with an air-covering nozzle are used to consistently combine filament yarns into a multi-component yarn (air-covering yarn).
- at least one sheath thread (fancy yarn) are joined as components with a core thread.
- the aim of this process is to achieve as uniform as possible linking nodes in the multi-component yarn and thus to connect the components with each other.
- An example of an air-covering machine is in the US Pat. No. 6,405,519 B1 disclosed.
- the core thread is usually an elastomer-containing yarn.
- the sheaths may include various fancy yarns.
- the filament yarns, ie the sheath threads and the core thread are fed via delivery mechanisms, eg godets, to an air-covering nozzle.
- the multicomponent yarn After the multicomponent yarn has passed through the air-covering nozzle, the multicomponent yarn is taken up by a spool on which the multicomponent yarn is wound up. Before winding, the multicomponent yarn can be stretched, fixed, shrunk and / or sharpened again.
- the sheaths are connected to the core thread with the help of an air jet.
- the air jet is guided in the air-covering nozzle with a jet direction that is not parallel to an air-covering nozzle axis of the air-covering nozzle.
- the air-covering nozzle axis of the air-covering nozzle is defined by a channel in which the filament yarns are passed through the air-covering nozzle.
- the core thread is guided with a thread entry direction into the air-covering nozzle parallel to the air-covering nozzle axis.
- the Hüllfäden with an inlet direction are at least approximately parallel to the air-covered nozzle axis in air-covered machines.
- yarn processing machines for processing filament yarns having an air-texturing nozzle are known.
- Such an air texturing machine is in DE 39 09 516 A1 disclosed.
- Air texturing machines are used to consistently curl smooth structureless filament yarns.
- Several original yarns (core threads) can be processed into a textured yarn using effect yarns of different traditions.
- the filament yarns in air-texturing machines are always fed with yarn entry directions forming an acute angle to an air-texturing nozzle axis into the air-texturing nozzle, ie a channel of the air-texturing nozzle through which the filament yarns pass, defining the air-texturing nozzle axis.
- the inlet direction of the effect yarns with the inlet direction of the core threads forms a right angle, wherein the Heiltexturierdüsenachse each forms an angle of 45 degrees with the inlet directions of the effect yarns and the core threads.
- the nozzle ie the air-covering nozzle or the air-texturing nozzle of such a yarn-processing machine is mounted in a housing.
- the housing protects the nozzle on the one hand, on the other hand, the housing dampens the working noise that are generated during operation of the nozzle.
- Known housings have thread passage openings in a housing base of the housing and a housing cover.
- the housing cover covers a housing opening in the housing base, wherein the housing cover with cover edges on housing base edges of the housing base connects.
- the lid makes it possible through the housing opening to perform work on the nozzle and / or additional arranged in the housing units.
- the threads to be processed that is, the core thread and the sheath threads
- the insertion of the threads is also carried out with the lid open, since the respective thread end has to be picked up in the housing.
- the thread passage openings are designed very narrow. The insertion of the threads therefore represents a time-consuming work, which is carried out, inter alia, with the aid of a special suction nozzle. In the known cases, therefore, result from the introduction of the threads considerable production losses.
- the JP 2000 303292 A describes a housing for wrapping a nozzle with Faden to operationsö réelleen and a lid, wherein the Faden mal entrysö réelleen are partially formed by cover edges, so that a thread can be easily inserted into the Faden be handled equipmentsö réelleen, but can easily fall out of the Faden be handled with the lid open.
- the invention has for its object to provide a housing for wrapping a nozzle, which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and in particular allows rapid insertion of the threads to be processed.
- the housing according to the invention for enclosing a nozzle has at least one thread-passage opening circumference Thread passage opening and a housing cover.
- the housing cover covers a housing opening in a housing base.
- the housing cover closes with cover edges on housing base edges of the housing base.
- the cover edges are thus formed complementary to the housing base edges, so that the housing with the housing cover closed, with the exception of the thread passage openings, tightly seals.
- the thread passage opening is arranged on one of the housing base edges such that the thread passage opening circumference is partially formed by one of the cover edges.
- the circumference of the thread passage opening (thread passage opening circumference) is divided into two.
- a thread then no longer has to be inserted, but can simply be inserted laterally in, preferably the part of the yarn feedthrough opening circumference lying on the housing base edge.
- the use of a suction nozzle can be omitted. This leads to considerable time gains and thus to lower production losses.
- a wolf tooth is arranged on the or the thread passage openings in the housing.
- a wolf tooth is a thread guide device in which two semicircular hooks interlock.
- a thread can be inserted by hooking into one of the hooks in the wolf tooth. Overlapping the hook prevents the thread from unhooking.
- the wolf tooth holds the thread inserted laterally into the part of the yarn feedthrough opening circumference lying on the housing base edge while the housing cover is unfolded in the correct position. The insertion, or in the case of an air-covering nozzle inserting, the threads in the nozzle is thereby additionally facilitated.
- the yarn feedthrough openings are arranged relative to a nozzle mounting position in the housing such that the yarn feedthrough openings lie in the yarn inlet directions of the nozzle. A deflection of the threads within the housing can thereby omitted.
- the thread passage openings can be arranged such that the housing according to the invention can be used both for wrapping an air-covering nozzle and an air-texturing. For this purpose, four or more thread passage openings are suitable to be arranged on the housing.
- a yarn processing machine with such a housing can then be used flexibly by retooling with a corresponding nozzle as an air-covering machine or as Heiltexturiermaschine.
- the housing base and / or the housing cover has a reinforcement in the region of the thread passage opening.
- the thread passage opening then forms an elongate channel.
- the housing preferably has a viewing window in the housing cover.
- the housing cover is preferably fastened by means of a hinge to the housing base. This allows a rapid closing of the housing cover, since the mutually belonging parts of Faden justify constitutional units of Faden justify constitutional units of Faden justifying them.
- FIG. 1 is a housing 1 according to the invention, with an air-texturing nozzle 3 mounted therein, with the housing cover 5 unfolded. Furthermore, a wetting device 7 is mounted in the housing 1. By means of the wetting device 7, the thread passing through these can be moistened, for example, before the thread passes through the air-texturing nozzle 3.
- the housing 1 has four Thread passage openings 10,11,12,13 on.
- the housing cover 5 is formed such that it covers the housing opening in a housing base 15 in the closed state. When closed, the housing cover 5 closes with cover edges 17 on housing base edges 18 of the housing base 15. The cover edges 17 are formed to complement the housing base edges 18 complementary. Between the lid edges 17 and the housing base edge 18 may be provided a seal.
- the thread passage openings 10, 11, 12, 13 are arranged on the housing base edges 18. Thereby, a part of the circumference of the thread passage openings (thread passage opening perimeter 20) is formed by one of the lid edges. The other part of the yarn feedthrough opening perimeter 20 is formed by a housing base edge opposite in the folded state.
- the thread passage openings 10,11,12,13 are arranged relative to a mounting position 22 of the nozzle (nozzle mounting position) in the housing 1, that the thread passage openings 10,11 are in thread inlet directions 24,25 of the nozzle.
- the thread inlet directions 24, 25 of a core thread 27, which are marked by arrows on the corresponding threads in the drawing, and a wrapping thread 28, form a right angle.
- a yarn feedthrough opening 10 is positioned centrally below the mounting position 22 of the air texturing nozzle 3 and a yarn feedthrough opening 11 centrally on the housing base edge of a right side wall 30 of the housing 1.
- a further thread passage opening 12 is arranged in the lower region of the housing base edge of the right side wall 30. This thread passage opening is located in a thread inlet direction of threads to be processed in air-covering.
- the illustrated housing 1 can therefore be used both for air-covering processes and for air-texturing processes.
- the fourth yarn feedthrough opening 13 which is arranged on the upper housing base edge above the air-texturing nozzle 3, a yarn 32 processed by the air-texturing nozzle 3 is drawn off, in order subsequently to be wound on a reel, for example.
- a wolf tooth 35 is disposed within the housing 1.
- the housing base 15 and the housing cover 5 in the region of the thread passage openings 11,12 on the right side wall 30, a reinforcement 37.
- the housing cover 5 is fastened by means of a hinge 40 to the housing base 15 and has a viewing window 41.
- FIG. 2 the housing 1 according to the invention is shown with closed housing cover 5.
- the housing cover 5 covers a housing opening in the housing base 15.
- the housing cover 5 closes tightly with cover edges 17 on housing base edges 18 of the housing base 15. Only at the thread passage openings 10,11,12,13 remain in the closed state of the housing 1 openings. A sound leakage through these openings is reduced by the fact that the housing base 15 and the housing cover 5 in the region of the thread passage openings 11,12 on the right side wall 30 have a reinforcement 37, whereby the thread passage openings 11,12 form an elongated channel.
- the viewing window 41 in the housing cover 5 Through the viewing window 41 in the housing cover 5, the mounting position 22 of the nozzle can be seen.
- a housing 1 is proposed for enclosing a nozzle, in particular an air-covering nozzle or an air-texturing nozzle 3, with at least one yarn feedthrough opening 10, 11, 12, 13 and a housing cover 5 which covers a housing opening in a housing base 15, wherein the housing cover 5 is connected to cover edges 17 at housing base edges 18 of the housing base 15, wherein the thread passage opening 10,11,12,13 is arranged on one of the housing base edges 18, that the Faden be manufacturedö Stamms protest 20 is partially formed by one of the cover edges 17.
