Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines Faservlieses durch Übereinanderlegen mehrerer Faserflore, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von wenigstens einer Faserflorbahn abgetrennte Flortafeln wenigstens annähernd gleicher Abmessungen unter Ausrichtung an einem ihrer Ränder in gleicher Richtung und in gleichmäßigen Abständen gegeneinander versetzt schuppenförmig übereinander auf einer Unterlage abgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gegenseitige Versatz der Flortafeln ein ganzzahliger Bruchteil der Abmessung einer Flortafel in der Versatzrichtung ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flortafeln rechteckig sind und quer zur Erstreckungsrichtung der Faserflorbahn, aus der sie stammen, gegeneinander versetzt abgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flortafeln in Erstreckungsrichtung der Faserflorbahn, aus der sie stammen, gegeneinander versetzt abgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abtrennen der Flortafeln von der Faserflorbahn durch Schneiden ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flortafeln erst nach dem Ablegen auf dem in Erzeugung befindlichen Vlies von der Faserflorbahn abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flortafeln jeweils erst nach dem Abtrennen von der Faserflorbahn auf das in Erzeugung befindliche Vlies abgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abtrennen der Flortafeln von der Faserflorbahn durch Zerreißen als Folge eines örtlichen Überstreckens der Faserflorbahn ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flortafeln durch einen schräg zur Erstreckungsrichtung der Faserflorbahn verlaufenden Schnitt von der Faserflorbahn abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Flortafeln, die von zwei Faserflorbahnen stammen, abwechselnd übereinander unter gegenseitigem Versatz abgelegt werden.
- Vliesleger mit einem Abliefer-Transportband (1) und wenigstens einem Legeorgan (6), dem ein Faserflor (3) zugeführt ist und der einen über einer Ablieferzone des Abliefer-Transportbandes (1) beweglichen Lieferspalt zur Abgabe von Faserflor aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Legeorgan (6) eine Trenneinrichtung zugeordnet ist, die dazu eingerichtet ist, von einer dem Vliesleger (2) zugeführten Faserflorbahn (3) durch das Legeorgan (6) abzulegende oder abgelegte Flortafeln (3a) abzutrennen.
- Vliesleger nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trenneinrichtung eine Schneideinrichtung ist.
- Vliesleger nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung am Lieferspalt des Legeorgans (6) angeordnet ist.
- Vliesleger nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trenneinrichtung stromaufwärts des Legeorgans (6) angeordnet ist.
- Vliesleger nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Legeorgan (6) in Transportrichtung des Abliefer-Transportbandes (1) hin und her beweglich ist und die Trenneinrichtung ein Florstreckwerk ist.
- Vliesleger nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablieferzone des Abliefer-Transportbandes (1) zwei Legeorgane zugeordnet sind, die dazu eingerichtet und gesteuert sind, in der Ablieferzone abwechselnd aus zwei Faserflorbahnen stammende Flortafeln abzulegen.
- Vliesleger nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Legeorgane (6) schwenkbare Legearme eines Steilarm-Vlieslegers (2) sind.
