sowie bezüglich ihrer Vorschub- und Bearbeitungsrichtung A' in Übereinstimmung mit der Abwickelrichtung angeordneten Einzelpressen, Transferwerkzeugen oder Transferstraßen, deren Werkzeuge an die Lage der um 90° verdrehten Platinen (16) angepaßt sind.
mit einer Haspelvorrichtung zum Abwickeln des Bandmaterials vom Coil,
einer Bandtrenn- oder Scherenvorrichtung zum Abtrennen einzelner Platinen mit größerer Länge L als Breite B quer zur Abwickelrichtung A,
einer 90°-Transportrichtungsänderungseinheit zum Ändern der Transportrichtung der einzelnen Platinen in der Materialebene,
sowie bezüglich ihrer Vorschub- und Bearbeitungsrichtung A quer unter einem rechten Winkel zur Abwickelrichtung A angeordneten Einzelpressen, Transferwerkzeugen oder Transferstraße, deren Werkzeuge an die Lage der quer transportierten Platinen angepaßt sind.

Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Verarbeitung von auf Coils (12) aufgewickeltem flexibel gewalzten Bandmaterial (13) mit sich periodisch ändernder Materialdicke in Einzelpressen, Transferwerkzeugen oder Transferstraße zu einzelnen Blechumformteilen (21) mit der Abfolge der Bearbeitungschritte:1. Abwickeln des flexibel gewalzten Bandmaterials (13) in einer Haspelvorrichtung (11) vom Coil (12),2. Ablängen einzelner untereinander gleicher Platinen (16) mit größerer Länge L als Breite B quer zur Abwickelrichtung A des Bandes,3. Verdrehen der einzelnen Platinen (16) um 90° in der Bandmaterialebene,4. Schrittweises Vorschieben und Bearbeiten der einzelnen Platinen (16) in einer mit der Abwickelrichtung A übereinstimmenden Vorschub- und Bearbeitungsrichtung A'.
- Verfahren zur Verarbeitung von auf Coils (12) aufgewickeltem flexibel gewalzten Bandmaterial (13) mit sich periodisch ändernder Materialdicke in Einzelpressen, Transferwerkzeugen oder Transferstraße zu einzelnen Blechumformteilen (21) mit der Abfolge der Bearbeitungschritte:1. Abwickeln des flexibel gewalzten Bandmaterials (13) in einer Haspelvorrichtung (11) vom Coil (12),2. Ablängen einzelner untereinander gleicher Platinen (16) mit größerer Länge L als Breite B quer zur Abwickelrichtung A des Bandes,3. Ändern der Transportrichtung der Platinen (16) von der Abwickelrichtung A in eine davon um 90° abweichende Vorschub- und Bearbeitungsrichtung Aquer,4. Schrittweises Vorschieben und Bearbeiten der einzelnen Platinen (16) unter Beibehaltung der geänderten Vorschub- und Bearbeitungsrichtung Aquer.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ablängen der einzelnen Platinen (16) ein Detektieren der einzelnen Bandperioden des flexibel gewalzten Bandmaterials (13) vorausgeht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ablängen eine Bandspeicherung vorausgeht. - Vorrichtung zur Verarbeitung von auf Coils (12) aufgewickeltem flexibel gewalzten Bandmaterial (13) mit periodisch veränderlicher Materialdicke in Einzelpressen, Transferwerkzeugen oder Transferstraßen zu einzelnen Blechumformteilen,
mit einer Haspelvorrichtung (11) zum Abwickeln des Bandmaterials (13) vom Coil (12),
einer Bandtrenn- oder Scherenvorrichtung (15) zum Abtrennen einzelner Platinen (16) mit größerer Länge L als Breite B quer zur Abwickelrichtung A,
einer 90°-Verdrehvorrichtung (17) zum Verdrehen der einzelnen Platinen (16) in der Materialebene um 90°,
sowie bezüglich ihrer Vorschub- und Bearbeitungsrichtung A' in Übereinstimmung mit der Abwickelrichtung A angeordneten Einzelpressen, Transferwerkzeugen oder Transferstraßen, deren Werkzeuge an die Lage der um 90° verdrehten Platinen (16) angepaßt sind. - Vorrichtung zur Verarbeitung von auf Coils (12) aufgewickeltem flexibel gewalzten Bandmaterial (13) mit periodisch veränderlicher Materialdicke in Einzelpressen, Transferwerkzeugen oder Transferstraße zu einzelnen Blechumformteilen,
mit einer Haspelvorrichtung (11) zum Abwickeln des Bandmaterials (13) vom Coil (12),
einer Bandtrenn- oder Scherenvorrichtung (15) zum Abtrennen einzelner Platinen (16) mit größerer Länge L als Breite B quer zur Abwickelrichtung A,
einer 90°-Transportrichtungsänderungseinheit (27) zum Ändern der Transportrichtung der einzelnen Platinen (17) in der Materialebene,
sowie bezüglich ihrer Vorschub- und Bearbeitungsrichtung A quer unter einem rechten Winkel zur Abwickelrichtung A angeordneten Einzelpressen, Transferwerkzeugen oder Transferstraße, deren Werkzeuge an die Lage der quer transportierten Platinen angepaßt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Detektiervorrichtung (14), die die einzelnen Bandperioden detektiert und die Bandscherenvorrichtung (15) ansteuert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Schlingengrube zur Bandmaterialspeicherung.
