Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung in einer Faltschachtelklebemaschine mit einem um eine Achse (17) drehbar gelagerten Aufreißhaken (15, 16) zum Einleiten eines Vorlauffalzes eines Produkts (50a), mit Rückstellmitteln (13, 14) für den Aufreißhaken, wobei die Rückstellmittel (13, 14) wenigstens ein elastisches Element (14) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (17) des Aufreißhakens (15, 16) mittels eines abrollenden Riemens (13) mit dem elastischen Element (14) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellmittel (13, 14) Einstellmittel (3, 9, 34) für die Rückstellkraft des Aufreißhakens (15, 16) aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellmittel (3, 9, 34) für die Rückstellkraft des Aufreißhakens (15, 16) Vorspannungsmittel (3, 9, 34) umfassen, mit der eine bestimmte Vorspannung im elastischen Element (14) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem elastischen Element (14) um eine Feder (14) handelt, deren Befestigungspunkt (34) zur Erzeugung der erwünschten Vorspannung verstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein Dämpfungsmittel (12) umfasst, vermittels dessen die Rückstellbewegung des Aufreißhakens (15, 16) dämpfbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Dämpfungsmittel (12) um einen technischen Prallgummi handelt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung des Aufreißhakens (15, 16) derart ist, dass eine Verdrehung des Aufreißhakens (15, 16) um seine Achse (17) um etwa 60° bis 120°, insbesondere ca. 90° möglich ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Rastklammer (19) umfasst, vermittels der der Aufreißhaken (15, 16) dauerhaft aus der Arbeitsebene entfernbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufreißhaken (15, 16) um seine eigene Längsachse drehbar an der Welle (18) lösbar befestigt ist, so dass der Winkel zwischen Aufreißhakenwinkel (16) und Zuschnittslaufrichtung veränderbar ist, insbesondere in einem Bereich von -70° bis +70°. - Faltschachtelklebemaschine mit einer Aufreißhakenvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
