Abstract
Description
- un organe de verrouillage pivotant, monté au niveau de la branche d'actionnement de cette poignée, cet organe étant pivotant entre une position de verrouillage de la poignée, dans laquelle il vient en prise avec l'embase, et une position de déverrouillage de la poignée, dans laquelle il n'est pas en prise avec l'embase ;
- un organe élastique maintenant normalement l'organe de verrouillage en position de verrouillage, et
- un organe de commande du pivotement de l'organe de verrouillage vers sa position de déverrouillage.
Claims (10)
- Mécanisme (1) d'ouverture/fermeture de portière de véhicule automobile, comprenant une poignée (4) montée pivotante sur une embase (2) autour d'un axe sensiblement parallèle au plan de la portière et sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal de la poignée (4), cette poignée (4) comprenant une branche d'actionnement (30, 50) agissant sur un ensemble de transmission (3) qui permet de réaliser le déverrouillage de la portière ;
mécanisme (1) caractérisé en ce que la poignée (4) comprend :un organe de verrouillage pivotant (5), monté au niveau de la branche d'actionnement (30, 50) de cette poignée (4), cet organe (5) étant pivotant entre une position de verrouillage de la poignée (4), dans laquelle il vient en prise avec l'embase (2), et une position de déverrouillage de la poignée (4), dans laquelle il n'est pas en prise avec l'embase (2) ;un organe élastique (6) maintenant normalement l'organe de verrouillage (5) en position de verrouillage, etun organe de commande (44) du pivotement de l'organe de verrouillage (5) vers sa position de déverrouillage. - Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (5) comprend une branche de verrouillage (30, 51), comprenant une surface de prise pour sa venue en prise avec l'embase (2), et une branche d'actionnement (40) reliée à cette branche de verrouillage (30, 51), formant un angle avec cette dernière, cette branche d'actionnement (40) étant située à proximité de l'organe de commande (44), lequel agit sur cette branche d'actionnement (40) lorsqu'il est actionné.
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la branche de verrouillage (30, 51) et la branche d'actionnement (40) que comprend l'organe de verrouillage (5) sont d'un seul tenant.
- Mécanisme (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (5) comprend au moins un logement (43) ou une saillie recevant une partie de l'organe élastique (6).
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (5) comprend une cavité (43) de réception de l'organe élastique (6), cette cavité (43) étant délimitée par une paroi (44) dont la face opposée à la cavité (43) forme l'organe de commande.
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe élastique (6) présente deux enroulements (58) propres à venir en engagement sur des saillies de l'organe de verrouillage (5), une branche intermédiaire (59) reliant ces deux enroulements (58), et au moins une autre branche (60) se prolongeant à partir d'au moins un enroulement (58), ladite branche intermédiaire (59) venant en appui contre l'organe de verrouillage (5) ou la poignée (4) tandis que ladite autre branche (60) prend appui contre, respectivement, la poignée (4) ou l'organe de verrouillage (5).
- Mécanisme (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (5) est indépendant d'une branche d'actionnement fixe (50) que comprend la poignée (4), et est monté sur cette branche d'actionnement fixe (50).
- Mécanisme (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la branche de verrouillage (30) de l'organe de verrouillage (5) constitue la branche d'actionnement (30) de la poignée (4) elle-même.
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la branche de verrouillage (30) comprend au moins un bossage (24) au niveau de son extrémité libre, venant s'engager, en position de verrouillage de la portière, dans un logement correspondant (23) aménagé sur l'embase (2).
- Mécanisme (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande (44) est aménagé sur la face de la poignée (4) tournée vers l'embase (2), en un emplacement tel qu'il se trouve sensiblement en regard de l'index de l'utilisateur lorsque que ce dernier saisit la poignée (4).
