Claims (19)
- Machine pour déposer, d'une façon rangée, des produits flexibles dans un récipient
avec un tapis roulant (1) sur lequel sont amenés les produits (2),
avec un grappin (5, 11) disposé sur un bras de grappin rotatif (7) dont l'axe de rotation est vertical par rapport au tapis roulant (1), et qui est approprié pour faire glisser les produits du tapis roulant sur une plaque (9), avec un entraînement de bras de grappin (8) qui fait tourner le bras de grappin (7),
avec une plaque (9) qui prend en charge les produits à partir du tapis roulant (1) et, avec le grappin, les amène à la position prévue au-dessus du récipient (4),
avec un entraînement de plaque (10) assurant la rotation de la plaque (9) autour d'un axe entre une première position à proximité immédiate du tapis roulant (1) et une deuxième position au-dessus du récipient (4),
avec un convoyeur de récipients (3) qui amène les récipients (4) et, après la dépose d'un produit, en assure le transport. - Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que deux doigts (12, 13) sont prévus sur le grappin (5, 11).
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que l'un des deux doigts (13) coulisse dans le sens radial ou est relié de façon variable au bras de grappin (7) et que l'autre doigt (12) est fixé à demeure sur le bras de grappin (7).
- Machine selon revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée par le fait qu'une came (14) disposée de manière excentrique par rapport à l'axe du bras de grappin est prévue et que l'un des doigts (13) est relié par un galet de came (22) qui, lors de la rotation du bras de grappin (7), se déplace le long de la came (14) en épousant sa forme.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le bras de grappin (7) tourne autour de son centre et qu'un grappin (5, 11) est respectivement disposé aux deux extrémités opposées du bras de grappin.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que les deux doigts (12, 13) du grappin (5, 11) se trouvant à leurs extrémités dirigées vers les produits et/ou dirigées vers le bras de grappin (7) sont arrondis ou coupés en biseau.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la largeur de la plaque (9) correspond à la longueur du grappin (5, 11), en particulier à la longueur des doigts (12, 13) ou est supérieure.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'axe autour duquel le bras de grappin (7) tourne sous l'effet de l'entraînement du bras de grappin (8) et que l'axe autour duquel tourne la plaque (9) sous l'effet de l'entraînement de la plaque (10) sont placés de façon coaxiale dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'un second entraînement de plaque déplaçant la plaque dans le sens radial, est prévu.
- Machine selon lune des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'un servomoteur est prévu comme entraînement de bras de grappin (8) et/ou d'entraînement de plaque (10).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'est prévue, le long du tapis roulant (1), une cellule photoélectrique qui détermine le passage à hauteur d'un point déterminé de l'extrémité postérieure du produit (2) vu dans le sens de transport.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que, au-dessus de la position à laquelle le produit (2) doit être déposé dans un récipient (4), est prévu un piston (15) coulissant à la verticale qui enfonce le produit (2) de haut en bas dans le récipient (4) lorsque la plaque (9) revient à sa première position près du bord du tapis roulant (1).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que, comme convoyeur de récipients (3), est prévu un convoyeur linéaire qui transporte les récipients vers l'avant selon une cadence déterminée.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée par le fait qu'est prévu, comme convoyeur de récipients, un convoyeur à rotation qui fait tourner les récipients d'un angle prescrit selon une cadence déterminée.
- Procédé pour déposer, d'une façon rangée, des produits flexibles (2) dans un récipient (4), en particulier avec utilisation d'une machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée par le fait
que les produits (2) sont acheminés sur un tapis roulant (1),
que chacun des produits est amené à l'aide d'un grappin (5, 11) au bord du tapis roulant (1),
que le produit (2), au bord du tapis roulant (1), est poussé par le grappin (5, 11) sur une plaque (9),
que le grappin (5, 11) et la plaque (9) amènent la pièce dans la position prévue au-dessus du récipient,
que la plaque (9) est retirée, à grande vitesse et sous l'effet d'une forte accélération, du dessous du produit et revient à la position proche du tapis roulant (1), en conséquence de quoi le produit, sous l'effet de son poids, tombe dans la position prévue dans le récipient (4),
que le grappin (5, 11) revient dans sa position initiale pour prendre de nouveau un produit à partir du tapis roulant (1). - Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que le produit est poussé par le haut par un piston (15) dans le récipient.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé par le fait que le grappin (5, 11) et la plaque (9) tournent autour de deux axes qui sont placés de manière coaxiale dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15 ou 17, caractérisé par le fait que le grappin (5, 11) n'est rapproché d'un produit (2) se trouvant sur le tapis roulant (1) par l'arrière que lorsque l'extrémité postérieure du produit vue dans le sens du déplacement a franchi une cellule photoélectrique.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisé par le fait que le grappin (5, 11), dès qu'il entre en contact avec le produit (2) sur le tapis roulant (1), est déplacé à la même vitesse que le tapis roulant (1).
