Porte oscillo-coulissante pour véhicules sur rails munie de deux vantaux (1, 1'), un vantail gauche (1) et un vantail droit (1'), chaque vantail de porte (1, 1') étant guidé horizontalement dans sa partie supérieure dans un guidage fixe (8, 8') présentant une section droite (8a) et une section (8b) recourbée vers l'intérieur en direction de l'encadrement de la porte et relié à un bras de guidage (6, 6') fixé sur le vantail de porte (1,1'), munie d'un rail de guidage (3, 3', 3a) disposé sur le vantail de porte (1,1') et sur lequel des moyens (15, 15') destinés à déplacer le vantail de porte (1,1') s'articulent dans le sens transversal, et munie d'un système d'entraînement (5, 9, 9a, 9b) destiné à déplacer le vantail de porte (1,1') dans une position parallèle à la paroi extérieure du véhicule et équipé d'une unité de guidage à déplacement linéaire (12, 12') sur laquelle mord le bras de guidage (6, 6', 6a, 6b), caractérisée en ce que chacune des deux unités de guidage (12,12') est équipée d'un élément de commande (13,13', 31), et un levier coudé (15, 15') est associé à chaque vantail de porte (1,1') pour guider et déplacer les vantaux de porte (1, 1') dans le sens transversal, l'une des faces (15a) du levier coudé (15) étant en liaison fonctionnelle avec le rail de guidage (3) du vantail de porte (1) et l'autre face (15b) étant temporairement en liaison fonctionnelle avec l'élément de commande (13') du second vantail de porte (1'), chaque levier coudé (15,15') est logé directement à côté de l'encadrement de la porte (2) de façon à pouvoir tourner dans un plan horizontal, l'une des faces (15a) du levier coudé (15, 15') étant constamment reliée au rail de guidage (3, 3', 3a) du vantail de porte (1, 1'), et pour la translation transversale du vantail de porte (1,1') l'autre face (15b, 19) tournée vers l'intérieur du levier coudé (15, 15') étant temporairement en contact et en liaison fonctionnelle avec un élément de commande (13, 13', 31) disposé sur l'unité de guidage (12, 12'), et au terme d'une translation transversale définie du vantail de porte (1, 1') le contact est de nouveau interrompu, et pour commander la progression du déplacement pour l'ouverture complète et la fermeture successive du vantail de porte (1,1'), le bras de guidage (6, 6', 6a, 6b) est en liaison fonctionnelle avec l'élément de commande (13,13', 31), et pendant la fermeture du vantail de porte (1,1'), une fois que le vantail de porte (1,1') est rentré dans l'embrasure de la porte, le liaison fonctionnelle du bras de guidage (6, 6', 6a, 6b) avec l'élément de commande (13, 13', 31) est relâchée et en même temps la face (15b, 19) tournée vers l'intérieur du levier coudé (15, 15') est de nouveau en contact et en liaison fonctionnelle avec l'élément de commande (13,13', 31) et le levier coudé (15,15') reprend sa position initiale lorsque le vantail de porte (1, 1') continue de se refermer en pressant le vantail de porte (1, 1') fortement contre le joint d'étanchéité de la porte (25) et en le bloquant.
  2. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de commande (31) est réalisé en composant en forme de plaque qui est tourné vers le vantail de porte (1,1') et présente, sous forme de came de commande, un guidage (31a) en forme de fourche, recourbé en L, à l'intérieur duquel mordent le bras de guidage (6, 6', 6a, 6b) et la face (15b, 19) tournée vers l'intérieur du levier coudé (15, 15'), le bras de guidage (6, 6', 6a, 6b) étant logé de façon à flotter et à pouvoir se déplacer dans le guidage en forme de fourche (31a) pendant le liaison fonctionnelle entre la face (15b, 19) et la plaque de commande (31).
  3. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de commande (13, 13') est réalisé en composant en forme de plaque qui est tourné vers le vantail de porte (1,1') et possède à son extrémité saillante un orifice semi-circulaire (13a) à l'intérieur duquel vient mordre la face (15b, 19) tournée vers l'intérieur du levier coudé (15, 15'), et un creux (13b) à l'intérieur duquel vient mordre le bras de guidage (6, 6') est disposé à côté dudit orifice.
  4. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le creux (13b) présente une section agrandie (13c) et une piste de came (13d) adjacente à celle-ci et s'étirant vers l'avant, le bras de guidage (6, 6', 6a, 6b) étant logé de façon à flotter et se déplacer à l'intérieur de la section agrandie (13c) et étant relié à la plaque de commande (13, 13') par adhérence et par friction lorsqu'il entre en contact avec la piste de came (13d).
  5. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de commande (12,12') est réalisée sous forme de composant en forme de douille et l'élément de commande (13, 13', 31) est fixé sur la face inférieure de l'unité de guidage (12, 12').
  6. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un galet de guidage (6b ou 19) dirigé vers le haut est disposé à chaque fois à l'extrémité libre du bras de guidage (6, 6', 6a) et à l'extrémité libre de la face (15b) tournée vers l'intérieur, lesdits galets de guidage se trouvant dans un même plan et pénétrant à l'intérieur des orifices (13a, 13b, 31a) de l'élément de commande (13, 13', 31).
  7. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le rail de guidage (3, 3') fixé sur le vantail de porte (1,1') présente à l'extrémité tournée vers l'encadrement de la porte une section (3a) recourbée vers l'extérieur.
  8. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les deux faces (15a, 15b) du levier coudé (15,15') sont disposées dans un angle compris entre 90° et 120°.
  9. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la face (15a) du levier coudé (15, 15') reliée au rail de guidage (3, 3') fixé au vantail de porte (1, 1') possède à son extrémité éloignée des galets de guidage (16,17) et de support (18), l'un des galets de guidage (16) reposant sur la face intérieure et l'autre galet de guidage (17) sur la face extérieure du rail de guidage (3, 3', 3a).
  10. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les galets de guidage (16, 17) disposés sur la face (15a) mordant sur le vantail de porte (1, 1') sont tournés vers le haut et sont logés dans des axes de rotation verticaux.
  11. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le galet de support (18) repose sur la face inférieure du rail de guidage (3, 3', 3a) et est disposé entre les deux galets de guidage (16, 17).
  12. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que les galets de guidage (16, 17) reposent dans le rayon de la section incurvée (3a) du rail de guidage (3, 3') pendant la translation transversale du vantail de porte (1, 1 ').
  13. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'un rail de guidage (4) présentant à l'extrémité tournée vers l'encadrement de la porte (2) une section incurvée vers l'extérieur est disposé dans la partie inférieure du vantail de porte (1,1') en étant écarté de celui-ci, et est relié par des galets de guidage (21, 22) à un levier pivotant (20) qui est logé dans le même axe que le levier coudé (15, 15'), le levier coudé (15, 15') et le levier pivotant (20) étant reliés de par leur forme géométrique à une colonne rotative (14, 14') disposée sur le côté de l'encadrement de porte.
  14. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que le levier coudé (15,15') peut être bloqué après avoir pivoté dans une position dans laquelle l'axe médian (x) de la face (15a) est presque perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal du véhicule.
  15. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que sur le dessous ou le dessus de la face (15a) du levier coudé (15, 15') est logé un levier de blocage (28) à deux bras, sollicité par l'action d'un ressort, dont le bras de levier (28b) dirigé vers l'intérieur entre en contact pendant le pivotement du levier coudé (15, 15') avec une butée (29) disposée fixement lorsque le vantail de porte (1, 1') s'ouvre, fixe le levier de blocage (15, 15') en bloquant le levier coudé (15, 15'), et pendant la fermeture du vantail de porte (1,1') un toc d'entraînement (30) disposé sur le vantail de porte (1,1') mord sur le bras de levier (28a) dirigé vers l'extérieur du levier de blocage (28) et déclenche le blocage du levier coudé (15, 15').
  16. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que celle-ci est équipée de deux vantaux (1,1'), un vantail droit (1') et un vantail gauche (1), et de deux unités de guidage (12, 12'), une unité de guidage droite (12') et une unité de guidage gauche (12) qui sont disposées de façon à pouvoir se déplacer sur un guidage à déplacement linéaire (11), ainsi qu'un chariot à galets droit (7) et un chariot à galets gauche (7'), et les bras de guidage (6, 6', 6a, 6b) reliés aux vantaux de porte (1,1') sont disposés en croix, pendant les déplacements opposés des vantaux de porte (1,1'), le vantail de porte droit (1') étant relié et en contact par le bras de guidage (6') et le galet de guidage (6b) avec le chariot à galets gauche (7) et l'unité de guidage gauche (12), et le vantail de porte gauche (1) étant relié et en contact par le bras de guidage (6) et le galet de guidage (6b) avec le chariot à galets droit (7') et l'unité de guidage droite (12').
  17. Porte oscillo-coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée en ce que celle-ci est installée dans un module de porte préfabriqué sous forme d'unité modulaire entièrement fonctionnelle, le module de porte se composant d'un encadrement de porte dont les contours extérieurs sont adaptés aux contours extérieurs de la caisse du véhicule sur rails et possède plusieurs logements de fixation pour fixer le module de porte complet dans l'orifice de la caisse de voiture.
