Definitions
- the present invention relates to a radial piston pump with a plurality of pump units, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- the radial piston pump has a pump shaft with an eccentric section. On the eccentric a movable cam ring is arranged in which a sliding ring is secured against rotation.
- the radial piston pump has three at a distance of 120 degrees to each other arranged pump units. Each pump unit has a radially in the pump housing longitudinally movably guided pump piston. The pump piston rests against a sliding shoe, which is supported on the lifting ring.
- the cam ring has a number of flats corresponding to the number of pump pistons.
- each pump unit has a Gleitschuhan onion with a return spring and a support piston.
- the return spring is supported with one end face on the pump cylinder and with the other end face on the support piston. By biasing the support spring ensures that the shoe remains in constant contact with the cam.
- the support piston is designed as a stepped sleeve 6.
- the sleeve 6 rests against the cylinder 4 and is thus guided during the up and down movement of the cylinder.
- the diameter enlargement of the sleeve in the lower area serves to accommodate the sliding block 8.
- the sliding block 8 is substantially cylindrical, with a narrow collar 17 at its upper end. The diameter of the collar 17 corresponds approximately to the inner diameter of the sleeve in the region of the Gleitschuhfact.
- the diameter of the sliding shoe is always smaller than the snap ring or the inner diameter of the sleeve 6 in the region of the shoe holder.
- the bearing surface of the shoe is limited to the lifting ring. Due to the ever increasing demand for maximum pressure generation increases the surface pressure between the shoe and the cam ring ever further, resulting in increased wear of the two components.
- an attachment by means of snap ring must always be an additional check whether the snap ring is mounted correctly.
- the object of the invention is therefore to enable a safe and simple installation of the Gleitschuhan ever and to reduce the surface pressure on the footprint between shoe and cam.
- the invention is characterized in that the connection between the shoe and the support piston is directly positive fit, wherein the positive engagement is effected by a latching connection. Due to the positive connection by means of latching connection, a particularly simple assembly can be ensured. An additional securing by means of snap ring is eliminated. The elimination of an additional component also reduces the material costs. After locking, the two components play on each other, whereby an axial offset between the shoe and the support piston are compensated can and a full-surface contact between the shoe and the cam ring is guaranteed.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides to form the shoe in the form of a punch, wherein the end face rests with the larger cross-sectional area on the lifting ring. In this way, a particularly large bearing surface can be achieved on the lifting ring, whereby the surface pressure compared to the prior art can be significantly reduced.
- the radial piston pump 1 has a pump housing, in which an eccentric shaft 2 is mounted. On the eccentric a movable cam ring 9 is arranged, in which a sliding ring 10 is secured against rotation.
- the cam ring 9 has, as can be seen in particular in Figure 2, three flats, on each of which a shoe 8 of an associated pump unit 13 is supported. By a support piston 6 of the shoe 8 is pressed against the cam ring 9, so that the cam ring 9 is fixed so that it can not follow the rotational movement of the eccentric shaft 2 free, but only performs a wobbling motion. This wobbling movement moves the individual pistons of the radial piston pump.
- the shoe 8 is connected by a latching connection with the support piston 6.
- the locking connection on the one hand forms a positive connection between the two components and on the other hand, it ensures a certain play between the support piston 6 and the shoe 8.
- it is possible to compensate for any axial misalignment between the support piston 6 and the shoe 8 and thus Ensure that the shoe 8 is always applied over the entire surface of the cam ring 9.
- FIG 3 shows a detailed view of a pump unit as used in the radial piston pump 1 according to Figures 1 and 2.
- the pump unit 13 consists of a piston 3, a cylinder 4, a return spring 5, a support piston 6, a return element 7 and a shoe 8.
- the piston 3 is guided axially freely movable in the cylinder 4.
- the piston 3 is located on the sliding block 8 at.
- the shoe 8 in turn is supported again on the cam ring 9.
- the pump unit 13 has a support piston 6, a return element 7 and a return spring 5.
- the support piston 6 is guided in the region of the outer circumference of the cylinder 4.
- the return spring 5 is supported with one end face on the cylinder 4 and on the other end face on the support piston 6.
- the sliding shoe 8 and the supporting piston 6 are formed such that an outer peripheral region of the sliding shoe 8 is engaged in the assembled state in the inner peripheral region of the support piston 6 and thus produces a positive connection between the two components.
- a restoring element 7 is additionally attached, which is supported on a shoulder region of the support piston 6 and ensures that the piston 3 is returned from its upper Enddazzlinglage out in its lower Endyaklage while constantly abutting the shoe 8.
- FIGS. 4a and 4b show a detailed view of the sliding shoe arrangement.
- the slide shoe 8 and the support piston 6 are positively connected to each other by a latching connection.
- an outer region of the sliding shoe 8 engages in an inner region of the support piston 6.
- the support piston 6 is essentially designed as a stepped, cylindrical sleeve.
- the shoe 8 is pushed into the flared end of the support piston 6 and is located on a first collar 15, which forms the transition from the larger to the smaller inner diameter of the support piston 6 at.
- the support piston 6 has an inner diameter D1, which is slightly smaller than the outer region of the sliding shoe 8, which is intended for form-fitting Diameter D3 has.
- the flared end of the support piston 6 has an inner diameter D2 which is slightly larger than the diameter D3 of the sliding block 8.
- the sliding block 8 To engage the sliding block 8 in the support piston 6, the sliding block 8 must first be narrowed by the second collar 14 Overcome the area of the support piston 6. For this purpose, the shoe 8 must be pressed with a corresponding force in the support piston 6. The pressing can be done for example with a hammer or a small press.
- the sliding block 8 has overcome the second collar 14, it engages in the support piston 6 and thereby forms a positive connection with the support piston 6.
- the second collar 14 is slightly chamfered to the outside, whereby the pressing of the slide shoe 8 is facilitated in the support piston 6.
- the second collar 14 has a sharp edge, which reliably prevents release of the latching connection.
- FIG. 5 shows a further, particularly advantageous embodiment of the sliding shoe connection.
- the locking connection is identical to that shown in Figure 4.
- the sliding block 8 is stamp-shaped, wherein the end face rests with the larger cross-sectional area on the cam ring 9. Due to the latching connection, by which the securing by means of snap ring is eliminated, it is possible to form the sliding block 8 so that the end face of the sliding block 8, which rests on the cam ring 9, has a larger circumference than the maximum circumference of the support piston 6. This reduces at same load of the piston, the surface pressure between the shoe 8 and cam ring 9, which leads to an increased life of the components.
- the invention is not limited to the detent connection shown in the embodiments but includes all known to those skilled detent connections.
- such locking compounds are included, in which the support piston is enclosed by the shoe and engages in it.
