Claims (7)
- Einteilig ausgebildetes Verbindungselement (1) für eine Radialkolbenpumpe zur Verbindung eines Kolbens (2) mit einem Rückstellelement (6), wobei der Kolben (2) in einem Zylinder (4) beweglich gelagert ist und über das Rückstellelement (6) aus seiner oberen Totpunktlage rückstellbar ist und das Verbindungselement (1) formschlüssig mit dem Kolben (2) verbunden ist, wobei der Formschluss durch eine Rastverbindung zwischen dem Verbindungselement (1) und mindestens einer im Kolben (2) gebildeten Aussparung erfolgt.
- Verbindungselement (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (1) ein, im Wesentlichen ringförmiges Bauteil ist, wobei ein Innenbereich (11) des Verbindungselements eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem Kolben (2) bereitstellt und ein Außenbereich (12) des Verbindungselements eine Verbindung mit dem Rückstellelement (6) bereitstellt.
- Verbindungselement (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenbereich (11) in Axialrichtung des Verbindungselements und der Außenbereich (12) auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen angeordnet sind.
- Verbindungselement (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenbereich (11) durch mindestens eine aus einer Hauptebene (E) des einstückigen Verbindungselements (1) herausgebogene Eingriffsfläche (10) gebildet ist.
- Verbindungselement (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenbereich (11) durch vier Eingriffsflächen (10) ausgebildet ist, welche in die im Kolben (2) gebildete Aussparung (9) eingreifen.
- Verbindungselement (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffsflächen (10) symmetrisch am Innenumfang des Verbindungselements angeordnet sind.
- Verbindungselement (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die am Kolben (2) gebildete Aussparung (9) eine Ringnut ist.
