Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour la préparation et l'emballage de substances dangereuses telles que des substances bactériologiques, cancérigènes ou contaminantes se composant
    - d'un banc de sécurité (1) avec une chambre de travail qui est limité par une vitre frontale mobile (2) qui peut être soulevée en fonctionnement pour qu'une ouverture de travail (3) soit créée pour une personne utilisatrice, la chambre de travail étant traversé en service par un courant d'air purifié laminaire et subissant l'impact d'une dépression et
    - un appareil supplémentaire (4) pour l'emballage de conteneurs remplis de la préparation et de déchets dans des sacs (6), l'appareil supplémentaire pouvant être pivoté devant l'ouverture de travail (3) et présentant une ouverture de passage (5) derrière laquelle les sacs (6) peuvent être disposés individuellement,
    caractérisé par
    - une bobine de sacs (10) dans laquelle sont disposés les sacs (6) avec une ouverture se trouvant derrière dans le sens de tirage, la face arrière des sacs formant une bande de transport (3) et sur l'ouverture de sac (6b) étant disposée une languette (24),
    - une paire de cylindres (12) disposée au dessus de l'ouverture de passage (5) pour tirer les sacs (6) de la bobine de sacs par une tôle de guidage (13) derrière l'ouverture de passage (5),
    - un dispositif de préhension (14) qui saisît la languette (18) d'un sac (6), la déplace vers le bas et ouvre le sac (6) derrière l'ouverture de passage (5) pour déplacer à nouveau la languette (18) vers le haut après le remplissage du sac (6),
    - un dispositif de fermeture (15) pour les sacs remplis afin de coller ou souder l'ouverture de sac (6b) et
    - une unité de séparation (16) pour séparer les sacs remplis et fermés de la bande de sac (6a).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil supplémentaire (4) présente un boitier (8) qui présente une rainure d'insertion (11) pour une cassette de sacs (9) recevant la bobine de sacs (10).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de préhension (14) présente deux bras formant pinces et est disposé sur deux broches filetées parallèles (19) motorisées, qui déplacent le dispositif de préhension (14) vers le bas après la saisie de la languette (18) d'un sac, et ouvrent le sac et en ce que pour fermer le sac (6) les broches filetées (19) remontent le dispositif de préhension (14) vers le haut, où la languette de sac (18) est libérée.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par une coupelle de récupération (20) sur le bord inférieur de l'ouverture de passage (5).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (8) est un corps creux qui forme l'ouverture de passage triangulaire (5) de l'appareil supplémentaire (4) et loge la paire de cylindres (12), la tôle de guidage (13) ainsi que le dispositif de préhension (14), le dispositif de fermeture (15) et l'unité de séparation (16) et présente une ouverture pour le passage des sacs (6).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (8) est fixé de manière pivotante au moyen d'un support (7) sur le banc de sécurité (1).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bobine de sacs (10) est disposée dans une cassette de sacs (9) l'entourant étroitement.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par un moteur (17) avec un dispositif de commande commandant le tirage des sacs (6) de la bobine de sac (10).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque sac (6) présente sur sa face interne dans la zone de son ouverture (19) une surface autocollante en forme de ruban, recouvert par un ruban adhésif, permettant une fermeture des sacs (6) après leur remplissage.
