Definitions
- the invention relates to a sports boot according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Sports boots such as Ski boots, snowboard boots, mountain boots, Boots for skates or inline skates etc.
- Today most have an outer shell made of relatively solid and rigid plastic material and a usable in this Liner in contrast softer padding material, which fixes the foot relative to the outer shell, against pressure points and cold protects and essential for comfort is.
- EP 0 370 948 B1 shows a liner of relative hard plastic material that is on its inside with a plastic of lower hardness is fed, wherein the relatively hard plastic material at least a section with closed contour, in the for the better Upholstery used a plastic lower hardness is.
- This plastic is made by sewing, welding or Forms attached.
- EP 0 351 396 A2 shows an inner boot for a ski boot consisting of a carrier material and a foam layer, which has local recesses extending over extend at least 30% of the liner surface, thereby to be achieved, that at particularly critical points, such as. Ankle area or instep area, no bruises arise.
- EP 0 657 116 A1 shows an inner boot on which correction parts attachable to change the liner thickness are what is done by means of an elastic outer lining, which is partially cut out and / or broken and essentially of a non-elastic material consists.
- the CH 626 793 A5 shows a padded inner liner for Sport boots, with additional padding by a Bonding applied in the form of a hook and loop fastener can be.
- the object of the invention is the sports boot of the beginning mentioned type to improve that at high Comfort a good connection between liner and Outer shell is guaranteed.
- the basic principle of the invention is inner boot and outer shell by a positive connection with each other to pair. This will also be relatively loose closed outer shell a relative movement between Liner and outer shell prevented. This coupling takes place through openings of the outer shell and in this form-fitting manner engaging projections of the liner. hereby you do not only reach the good coupling between liner and outer shell but, if these openings and projections at particularly pressure point endangered areas, such as the ankle area, the heel area, the shaft, the Foot side or tongue, of the inner shoe are attached, also a high wearing comfort, since in these places no hard areas of the outer shell are present, the bruises could cause.
- the outside of the inner boot water impermeable, so that despite openings of the otherwise watertight Outer shell no moisture from the outside into the liner can penetrate.
- the outer shell has slots such that side parts of the outer shell swung outwards or be bent away.
- Such slots can preferably in the forefoot area transverse to the shoe's longitudinal axis be arranged and / or substantially continuously from Boot leg to the sole in the heel area.
- a relatively rigid toe cap is formed, the ensures high stability. So that the outer shell when closed Boots provides a good grip, of course Closing and holding devices provided, which overlap the slots and thus the relative to each other fix moving parts of the outer shell. This can be done by a conventional lacing, straps, timing belt, cocking lever, Tension wires with winding device or in other done in a known manner.
- the invention is applicable to any type of sports boots, regardless of their type of closure, so for example at laced boots, so-called buckle boots, as well as at so-called “Heckeinsteigern", in which a heel part to open is pivotable to the rear.
- FIG. 1 Of the Sports boot in its entirety is denoted by the reference numeral 1 denotes. He has an outer shell 2 of relatively hard Plastic material into which an inner shoe 3 in contrast soft, padded material is used. The outer shell 2 is connected to a sole 4, which also integrally can be formed with the outer shell.
- the outer shell a toe cap 5, two side parts 6 and a heel part 7.
- the heel part has an opening 8 with closed Peripheral contour.
- the side panels have 6 openings 9, 10 and 11, which is also a closed Have circumferential contour.
- the opening 9 is in each case in the area the ankle attached.
- the opening 10 is located in the upper part of the bootleg and the opening 11 is located near the bottom of the foot and There in the midfoot area in front of the toe area of the Foot.
- the two side parts 6 are through a slot-like Opening 12 separated from the toe cap 5. Next are you separated by slit-like openings 13 of the heel part 7 on both sides of the boot. After all are the two side parts, as best seen in Fig. 4 to is recognized by an opening 23 separated from each other. Thus, the two side parts 6 opposite the sole 4 something to be pivoted outward, taking the connection between the side parts 6 and the sole 4 a kind of hinge 14 forms.
- the liner 3 shown in Fig. 3 is made of elastic, padded material and consists of an inner shoe base body 15 and a tongue 16, which is also padded Material is.
- the outside of the liner is waterproof, what with an extra waterproof coating or also the outer material can be achieved.
- On the outside of the inner shoe are a plurality of projections 18, 19, 20 and 21 attached, which the openings 9, 10, 11, 12 of the outer shell are assigned and have their contour so that they Inserting the liner 3 in the outer shell 2 positively engage in said openings of the outer shell.
- the projection 18 thus engages in the opening 8, the Projection 19 is associated with the opening 9, the projection 20 of the opening 10 and the projection 21 of the opening 11th
- a projection 24 can also be attached to the tongue 16 be in an opening 25 at the forward facing Side of the side panels 6 is attached, which is better can be seen from Fig. 4.
- the projections 18-21 and 24th may be made of harder material than the liner, thus the best possible and relatively inflexible fixation of the liner on the outer shell is achieved.
- the attachment the protrusions can be done in a known manner, for example, by gluing, sewing, welding, where because of the required watertightness bonding and welding to be favoured.
- the boot is through a conventional lacing 22 closed, which in conventional Way through eyelets, loops or deflections (not shown) is guided.
- the lacing is self-evident so that they have the slot-like openings 13 and 23 covered to the side parts 6 and the heel part 7 of the outer shell 2 to fix relative to each other.
- the lacing is in the upper portion of the boot shaft around the heel part 7 led around.
- the liner 3 can in a conventional manner a Lacing or have a closure with Velcro closures. So it can be used without the outer shell, for example, for comfortable walking or driving.
- To insert the liner 3 in the outer shell 2 are the two side parts 6 and possibly also the heel part 7 each bent or pivoted outwards. Then it will the liner 3 is inserted until all the projections in the associated openings are engaged. Subsequently, will the boot closed, for example by tightening the lacing 22.
- Fig. 4 shows a variant of the sports boot, in which the two side parts 6 only by a narrow, slit-like Opening 23 are separated, with both sides 6 each have an opening 25 with non-closed contour for the passage and the positive connection with the projection 24, which on the tongue 16 of the inner shoe. 3 is appropriate.
- Timing belt 26 is provided with a buckle 27, the Boots in the shaft area surrounds. Otherwise corresponds this embodiment of the figures 1 to 3.
