Definitions

  • the He indation relates to a device for producing a spun thread from a Stapelfase ⁇ / erband, with an air nozzle downstream of a delivery device for the staple fiber association, which is arranged on a holder which, together with the air nozzle unit, can be pivoted away from the delivery device about a pivot axis.
  • a device of this type is known from DE 40 20 049 C2.
  • the known air nozzle unit is arranged on a pivotable holder in such a way that it can be pivoted away from the delivery line by an angle of approximately 30 ° from the delivery device for the purpose of cleaning or inspection.
  • the document mentioned does not contain any information on the mounting of the holder on the swivel axis.
  • the invention is based on the object of being able not only to be able to pivot the air nozzle unit away from the delivery device from its operating position, but also to be able to disassemble it from the pivot axis without any tools.
  • the object is achieved in that the holder and the swivel axis are designed in such a way that the holder together with the air nozzle unit can be removed transversely to the swivel axis after a predetermined swivel angle.
  • a basic solution for such a detachability of a holder from a pivot axis can be found in the non-generic DE 43 04 088 A1.
  • the design according to the The invention enables a secure fixation of the air nozzle unit to the delivery device during operation and still allows easy disassembly without any tools.
  • a continuous swivel axis does not necessarily have to be used. Rather, in an embodiment of the invention, the pivot axis can consist of two stub axles, each of which is arranged on its own bearing block. This is not only favorable in terms of symmetry, but also makes a separate axial securing on the swivel axis superfluous.
  • the pivot axis has an outer contour, which is partially designed as a cylindrical surface, which is interrupted by at least one flat surface in the manner of a secant, and if the holder is provided with a fork-like receptacle which is attached to the fork base the cylindrical surface has a matching hollow cylindrical counter surface, the receptacle having an opening that is smaller than the diameter of the cylinder surface but larger than the distance of the flat surface from the outer contour of the pivot axis.
