Claims (6)
- Magnetventil mit einstellbarem Ankerhub, insbesondere für einen Kraftstoff-Injektor einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem in einem Magnetventilgehäuse (26) angeordneten Magnetanker (23, 24) zur Betätigung eines Ventilgliedes, das in einem Injektorgehäuse (11) aufgenommen ist, wobei zwischen Magnetventilgehäuse (26) und Injektorgehäuse (11) ein Abstand einstellbar ist, der einen Ankerhub des Magnetankers bildet, und wobei das Magnetventilgehäuse (26) und das Injektorgehäuse (11) mittels einer Spannmutter (29) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Magnetventilgehäuse (26) und Injektorgehäuse (11) ein elastisch verformbarer Distanzring (30) angeordnet ist und dass durch eine Verformung des Distanzrings (30) über den Abstand zwischen Magnetventilgehäuse (26) und Injektorgehäuse (11) der Ankerhub einstellbar ist.
- Magnetventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Distanzring (30) ein druckbeaufschlagter metallischer Hohlring oder ein druckbeaufschlagbarer, elastisch verformbarer, metallischer Hohlring ist.
- Magnetventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der metallische Hohlring geschlossen und mit einem Fluid gefüllt ist.
- Magnetventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der metallische Hohlring mit mindestens einer Öffnung (31) versehen ist, über die der Hohlraum des Hohlrings mit dem Druck eines umgebenden Mediums beaufschlagt ist.
- Magnetventil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das druckbeaufschlagende Medium vom Kraftstoff gebildet ist, der dem Kraftstoff-Injektor (10) zugeführt ist.
- Verfahren zum Einstellen eines Ankerhubs für ein Magnetventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit einem ersten Anziehen einer Spannmutter (29) ein erster Ankerhub eingestellt wird, der innerhalb einer vorgegebenen Toleranzgrenze liegt, und dass nach Ausmessen des Ankerhubs nach dem ersten Anziehen gegebenenfalls mindestens ein weiteres Anziehen der Spannmutter (29) erfolgt, bis der gewünschte Ankerhub erreicht ist.
