Claims (10)

  1. Joint d'angles pour un cadre de fenêtre ou analogue en bois, en matériau à base de bois ou en matériau synthétique, dont les éléments de cadre (10, 12) sont reliés dans l'angle à une surface d'assemblage (14, 14a), comprenant
    - des premiers perçages (16, 18) qui sont réalisés dans les éléments du cadre (10, 12) et qui partent des surfaces frontales de la surface d'assemblage (14, 14a),
    - au moins un élément de liaison (20, 20a) qui est conçu à partir d'un matériau plus dur que celui utilisé pour les éléments du cadre (10, 12) et qui est inséré dans les premiers perçages (16, 18),
    - des seconds perçages (26, 28 ; 26a) qui sont réalisés dans les éléments du cadre (10, 12) perpendiculairement aux premiers perçages (16, 18) ou s'étendent pour le moins jusqu'à ces derniers,
    - des perçages (30, 32 ; 30a) qui sont réalisés dans les éléments du cadre (20 ; 20a) et qui, mis à part un décalage (E, F ; K) donné avant l'assemblage du cadre de fenêtre, coïncident avec les seconds perçages (26, 28 ; 26a), et
    - des goupilles de serrage qui sont insérées dans les seconds perçages (26, 28 ; 26a) et dans les perçages (30, 32 ; 30a) de l'élément de liaison (20 ; 20a) et suppriment ce faisant pour le moins partiellement ledit décalage,
    caractérisé par
    - des troisièmes perçages (34, 36 ; 34a, 36a) qui sont réalisés dans les éléments du cadre (10, 12) et conduisent aux premiers perçages (16, 18 ; 16a, 18a) si bien qu'une colle peut être pressée à travers un des troisièmes perçages dans les premiers perçages et, à partir de là, dans un des autres troisièmes perçages.
  2. Joint d'angles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (20) présente deux bras (22, 24) disposés sous un angle droit l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  3. Joint d'angles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (20 ; 20a) est dans tous les sens plus faiblement dimensionné que les premiers perçages (16, 18 ; 16a, 18a).
  4. Joint d'angles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (20 ; 20a) est une pièce de métal plat.
  5. Joint d'angles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison possède des pièces en forme de goujons.
  6. Joint d'angles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le décalage possède aussi bien une composante (E) perpendiculaire au sens du premier perçage (18) qu'une composante (F) parallèle au sens du premier perçage (18).
  7. Joint d'angles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le décalage varie entre 0,3 et 1 mm.
  8. Joint d'angles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les goupilles de serrage possèdent un diamètre qui correspond aux diamètres des seconds perçages (26, 28) et à ceux des perçages (30, 32) dans l'élément de liaison (20).
  9. Joint d'angles selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par des chevilles et/ou des pièces plates qui sont insérées dans les surfaces frontales de la coupe en onglet (14) pour assurer un blocage en rotation.
  10. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un cadre de fenêtre ou analogue en bois, en matériau à base de bois ou en matériau synthétique, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - préparation des barres dont le profil correspondra à celui des éléments du cadre (10, 12) de fenêtre à fabriquer et dont la longueur dépassera de beaucoup la longueur d'un élément du cadre,
    - découpage sur place des barres pour les mettre à la longueur des éléments du cadre (10, 12),
    - réalisation des premiers perçages (16, 18) dans les surfaces frontales des éléments du cadre (10, 12),
    - réalisation des seconds perçages (26, 28) dans les éléments du cadre (10, 12) perpendiculairement ou pour le moins jusqu'aux premiers perçages (16, 18),
    - insertion dans les premiers perçages d'au moins un élément de liaison (20) conçu à partir d'un matériau plus dur que celui utilisé pour les éléments du cadre (10, 12), l'élément de liaison présentant des perçages (30, 32) qui, après insertion de l'élément de liaison dans les premiers perçages, présenteront un décalage (E, F, K) par rapport aux seconds perçages (26, 28), et
    - enfoncement des goupilles de serrage dans les seconds perçages (26, 28) et dans les perçages (30, 32) de l'élément de liaison pour supprimer au moins pour l'essentiel ledit décalage,
    caractérisé par l'étape :
    - réalisation dans les éléments du cadre (10, 12) des troisièmes perçages (34, 36 ; 34a, 36a) qui conduisent aux premiers perçages (16, 18 ; 16a, 18a) si bien qu'une colle peut être pressée à travers un des troisièmes perçages dans les premiers perçages et, à partir de là, dans un des autres troisièmes perçages.
