Claims (7)
- Connexion enfichable électrique comprenant deux pièces de connexion en prise, dont une pièce de connexion présente un connecteur mâle (2) et un premier boîtier (11) et dont une autre pièce de connexion présente un connecteur femelle (21) et un deuxième boîtier (22), caractérisée en ce que la connexion enfichable électrique sert à établir une connexion électrique entre une porte coulissante et un encadrement de porte d'un véhicule,
en ce que le connecteur mâle (2) et/ou le connecteur femelle (21) sont supportés de manière déplaçable dans deux dimensions ou dans trois dimensions par rapport au boîtier respectif (11, 22), le connecteur mâle (2) présentant une tête de connecteur mâle (3) avec deux mandrins de centrage (7) faisant saillie sur la même longueur, qui font saillie dans la direction d'enfichage par rapport à des éléments de contact (6) du connecteur mâle (2) de telle sorte que les éléments de contact (6) puissent parvenir dans le connecteur femelle (21) seulement lorsque les mandrins de centrage (7) sont introduits dans des évidements de centrage (27) du connecteur femelle (21) prévus à cet effet et
en ce que le connecteur mâle (2) et/ou le connecteur femelle (21) présentent des éléments de contact (6, 28) sur lesquels sont placés et/ou insérés des éléments d'accouplement (29) en matériau électriquement conducteur présentant un effet lubrifiant, des éléments de contact mutuellement opposés (28) du connecteur femelle (21) étant en contact glissant avec les éléments de contact (6) du connecteur mâle (2) lors de l'enfoncement du connecteur mâle (2) dans le connecteur femelle (21). - Connexion enfichable électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le support est réalisé par des éléments de ressort.
- Connexion enfichable électrique selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les guides à ressort (16) sont réalisés sous forme de pots et/ou sous forme de cônes.
- Connexion enfichable électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le connecteur mâle (2) est construit sous forme d'unité constituée d'une tête de connecteur mâle (3), d'un guide de connecteur mâle (4) et d'un raccord de contact (5).
- Connexion enfichable électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les éléments d'accouplement (29) sont réalisés sous forme de goupilles de contact (36), en ce que les goupilles de contact (36) sont supportées élastiquement et
en ce que les goupilles de contact (36) sont insérées dans les éléments de contact (6, 28) par le biais d'un alésage (38). - Connexion enfichable électrique selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les goupilles de contact (36) se composent d'un alliage de cuivre qui est revêtu d'un alliage d'argent.
- Connexion enfichable électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les éléments d'accouplement (29) se composent d'un alliage d'argent.
