Claims (25)

  1. Pièce d'insert destinée à être ajoutée à un liquide se trouvant sous une pression de gaz dans un récipient de liquide, la pièce d'insert présentant un corps pouvant être activé par la pression et comportant au moins une cavité, en combinaison avec un dispositif de positionnement, et la pièce d'insert étant telle
    (a) que le corps (4) pouvant être activé par la pression dispose d'au moins une ouverture (10) de diamètre réduit, qui relie cette cavité avec l'environnement de la pièce d'insert, et se trouve à un endroit qui, lorsque la pièce d'insert flotte sur un liquide, se situe au-dessus du niveau de liquide, et
    (b) que le dispositif de positionnement englobe un corps flottant (1, 2 ; 1, 2, 6) comportant
    (i) une ouverture (3) de faible dimension, qui lorsque la pièce d'insert est posée sur un liquide, est plongée dans celui-ci,
    (ii) une ouverture de purge (5), et
    (iii) un volume minimal (11) qui, lorsqu'il se remplit avec le liquide, assure l'immersion de la pièce d'insert dans le liquide,
    caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture de purge communique directement avec l'environnement extérieur (14) de la pièce d'insert.
  2. Pièce d'insert selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps flottant est agencé à l'extérieur du corps pouvant être activé par la pression.
  3. Pièce d'insert selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le corps flottant présente la configuration d'un bateau ouvert vers le haut (1, 2) ou d'un bateau recouvert au moins partiellement vers le haut (1, 2, 6), et le corps (4) pouvant être activé par la pression est agencé à l'intérieur du bateau.
  4. Pièce d'insert selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit bateau comprend au moins un fond (1) et une paroi latérale (2) périphérique, et le corps (4) pouvant être activé par la pression est agencé sur le fond du bateau.
  5. Pièce d'insert selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le fond du corps pouvant être activé par la pression et le fond du corps flottant forment une unité intégrale.
  6. Pièce d'insert selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps pouvant être activé par la pression ne présente qu'une seule cavité et celle-ci ne possède dans sa partie supérieure, qu'une seule ouverture (10) de diamètre réduit.
  7. Pièce d'insert selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le corps pouvant être activé par la pression présente une première cavité (9) avec une ouverture de diamètre réduit agencée dans sa partie supérieure, et une deuxième cavité (8) qui est prévue pour recevoir une substance solide ou liquide, et est séparée de la première cavité par une paroi étanche aux gaz et aux liquides et pouvant être ouverte par des forces relativement faibles.
  8. Pièce d'insert selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de séparation entre les deux cavités est une paroi périphérique, qui entoure latéralement la deuxième cavité en totalité.
  9. Pièce d'insert selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième cavité (8) présente une forme de cylindre ou une autre forme à symétrie de rotation ou de révolution par rapport à un axe (x), et la première cavité (9) présente la forme d'une douille cylindrique ou une forme dérivée de celle-ci.
  10. Pièce d'insert selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps pouvant être activé par la pression est agencé de manière centrée dans le corps flottant.
  11. Pièce d'insert selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce qu'aussi bien le corps pouvant être activé par la pression que le corps flottant sont d'une configuration à symétrie de rotation par rapport à un axe (x).
  12. Pièce d'insert selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps pouvant être activé par la pression comporte une masselotte (7) en supplément.
  13. Pièce d'insert selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la masselotte fait partie intégrante du corps pouvant être activé par la pression.
  14. Pièce d'insert selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est composée uniquement par une partie de fond (13) et une partie de couvercle (12), ainsi que, le cas échéant, par une masselotte (7).
  15. Pièce d'insert selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la partie de fond et la partie de couvercle sont assemblées par des liaisons d'encliquetage, des liaisons par adhérence ou de faibles liaisons de collage.
  16. Pièce d'insert selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites deux parties (12, 13) sont assemblées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire de leurs parois latérales.
  17. Pièce d'insert selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisée en ce que soit la partie de fond, soit la partie de couvercle, possède toutes les parois latérales de la pièce d'insert, et celles-ci, lors de l'assemblage, s'engagent par encliquetage dans le fond ou le couvercle de l'autre partie, ou enserrent des structures qui y sont agencées.
  18. Pièce d'insert selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps pouvant être activé par la pression et le corps flottant sont réalisés en matière plastique, et/ou en ce que la masselotte est réalisée en un matériau d'une densité >1, par exemple en métal ou céramique.
  19. Utilisation d'une pièce d'insert selon l'une des revendications précédentes, pour améliorer la formation de bulles de gaz dans un liquide qui est enfermé sous pression de gaz dans un récipient, lors de l'ouverture de ce récipient, caractérisée en ce que la pièce d'insert est ajoutée dans le récipient avant ou après le remplissage du récipient ouvert avec le liquide, et le récipient de liquide est ensuite fermé de façon telle, qu'après fermeture il s'établisse à l'intérieur du récipient de liquide, une surpression par rapport à la pression environnante.
  20. Utilisation selon la revendication 19, d'après laquelle l'espace de gaz au-dessus du liquide dans le récipient de liquide, est soumis à une pression conduisant après la fermeture à l'établissement de la surpression citée, à l'intérieur du récipient de liquide.
  21. Utilisation selon la revendication 18 ou 19, caractérisée en ce que le liquide est une boisson mousseuse et notamment de la bière.
  22. Utilisation d'une pièce d'insert selon la revendication 7 ou l'une des revendications qui en dépendent, pour mélanger une substance conservée séparément dans un récipient, à un liquide se trouvant dans le récipient, lors de l'ouverture de ce récipient, caractérisée en ce que la cavité (8) prévue à cet effet dans une pièce d'insert selon la revendication 7 ou l'une des revendications qui en dépendent, est remplie avec la substance solide ou liquide, le récipient ouvert est rempli avec le liquide, la pièce d'insert est ajoutée dans le récipient avant ou après le remplissage du récipient avec le liquide, et le récipient de liquide est ensuite fermé de façon telle, qu'après fermeture du récipient de liquide il s'établisse une surpression par rapport à la pression environnante.
  23. Utilisation selon la revendication 22, d'après laquelle l'espace de gaz au-dessus du liquide dans le récipient de liquide, est soumis à une pression conduisant après la fermeture à l'établissement de la surpression citée, à l'intérieur du récipient de liquide.
  24. Utilisation selon la revendication 22 ou 23, caractérisée en ce que le liquide est de la bière et la substance conservée séparément est un porteur ou vecteur d'arôme.
  25. Utilisation selon la revendication 22 ou 23, caractérisée en ce que le liquide est une boisson gazeuse sans alcool, ou une boisson non gazeuse, dont le remplissage a été effectué avec adition d'azote liquide, et la substance conservée séparément est un complément alimentaire et/ou un porteur ou vecteur d'arôme.
