Claims (13)
- Volet roulant, destiné à protéger un ouvrant, tel que notamment une fenêtre, porte ou analogue, comprenant un coffre équipé à chacune de ses extrémités d'une joue (5), renfermant un tambour autour duquel s'enroule un rideau ou un tablier, des coulisses (1) pour guider le rideau, et des moyens d'assemblage (2) escamotables pour assurer le montage du coffre dans les coulisses (1), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'assemblage (2, 4) escamotables sont constitués par une queue d'assemblage (2) rétractable coopérant avec des moyens de guidage et de verrouillage (4) intégrés au niveau de chaque joue, et se déployant suivant un double coulissement.
- Volet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la joue (5) présente une première glissière (9) à l'intérieur de laquelle se translate ladite queue d'assemblage (2) et une deuxième glissière (10) à l'intérieur de laquelle se translatent les moyens de guidage et de verrouillage (4), et en ce que les moyens de guidage et de verrouillage se présentent sous la forme d'un plot de guidage (4).
- Volet selon la revendication 1, ladite joue (5) présente des moyens de limitation de la course en translation de ladite queue (2) d'assemblage lorsque cette dernière est déployée d'une longueur prédéterminée I1.
- Volet selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite joue (5) présente un système de clips (12) de telle façon que la queue d'assemblage (2) se déploie d'une longueur prédéterminée I1 avant d'être bloquée lorsque ledit clip (12) vient faire saillie avec un trou (13) de ladite queue d'assemblage (2).
- Volet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage et de verrouillage (4) sont aptes à coopérer en translation avec ladite queue d'assemblage (2) lorsque celle-ci est déployée d'une longueur déterminée I2 inférieure à ladite longueur I1.
- Volet roulant selon les revendications 2 et 5, caractérisé en ce que la queue d'assemblage (2) présente au moins un plot (15, 16) faisant saillie avec ledit plot de guidage (4) pour entraíner ce dernier.
- Volet roulant selon les revendications 2 et 5, caractérisé en ce que la queue d'assemblage (2) présente une lumière (9) coopérant avec une saillie (19) dudit plot de guidage (4).
- Volet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la joue présente des moyens (14) de limitation de la course desdits moyens de guidage et de verrouillage (4).
- Volet roulant selon les revendications 2 et 8 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de limitation de la course dudit plot de guidage (4) se présentent sous la forme d'un rebord (14) à fonction de butée.
- Volet roulant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la queue d'assemblage (2) et les moyens de guidage et de verrouillage (4) sont aptes à se déployer dans un logement (8) longitudinal de la coulisse (1), les moyens de guidage et de verrouillage (4), en fin de course, étant aptes à se positionner sans jeu à l'extrémité débouchante de ladite coulisse (1).
- Volet selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le logement (8) dans la coulisse (1) présente une fente (11) et ladite queue d'assemblage (2) présente un moyen de prise (23) tel que notamment un trou, en regard de ladite fente lorsque ladite queue d'assemblage (2) est insérée dans le logement (8) de ladite coulisse (1).
- Volet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque joue (5) présente un guide lame intégré sécable (20).
- Procédé pour l'installation d'un volet roulant selon la revendication 1, destiné à protéger un ouvrant, tel que notamment une fenêtre, porte ou analogue, présentant d'une part un coffre équipé à chacune de ses extrémités d'une joue (5) et renfermant un tambour autour duquel s'enroule un rideau ou un tablier et de deux coulisses (1) pour guider le rideau aptes à recevoir à l'une de leurs extrémités ledit coffre, caractérisé en ce que l'installation d'un ensemble coulisses (1) coffre, sur un bâti (7) et notamment sous linteau (6), se déroule selon les étapes suivantes :on fixe chacune desdites coulisses (1) sur le bâti (7),on dispose le coffre au-dessus des coulisses (1),on dispose l'extrémité (24) de chacune desdites queues d'assemblage (2) en vis-à-vis de l'extrémité de chacune desdites coulisses (1),on bascule ledit coffre jusqu'à sa position finale contre le bâti (7), notamment sous linteau (6),on déploie les moyens d'assemblage (2, 4) dans ladite coulisse (1),on verrouille les moyens de guidage et de verrouillage (4) à ladite coulisse (1).
